Wolf RPG Editor is a GameMaker program. Similar to UsefulNotes/RPGMaker, it enables users to easily create their own RolePlayingGames. It was developed by [=SmokingWOLF=] and first released in Japan on 24th December 1998. Velella Himmel (vgperson) and Jeffrey Casey (Widderune) provided an English translation.
