* FanserviceExtra: Two naked, well-endowed prostitutes in Chris D'Amico's pool.

* RealLifeWritesThePlot: Because Lyndsey Fonseca was busy filming ''Series/Nikita'', she was demoted to extra after being the lead love interest in the previous film, appearing in just a single brief scene where she dumps Dave. Her character is also changed to be completely unsympathetic (in sharp contrast to her sweet persona in the first film), so audiences (and Dave) don't miss her absence.
