The ''Shounen Jump'' redaction admitted that their editors made a mistake and accidentally switched Hayami and [[FatGirl Sumire Hara]]'s cup sizes (C-cup and D-cup, respectively). It was later corrected in the tankoubon release.

* TooSoon: Episode 3, which featured "a character swinging a knife to kill a monster", was delayed by a week due to a hostage situation in the Middle East. Two Japanese men were being held by hostage by the terrorist group ISIS, and the deadline for the ransom happened to be on the same date (almost right down to the minute) as the episode's scheduled premier. However, due to a mistake by the Australian simulcasting website, the English subtitled version was still released (and pirated) at the normal time, leading many fans to mistakenly think that the next week's episode was actually the one delayed.

* FakeRussian: Lovro, to an egregious degree in the dub. He speaks with a heavy Russian accent, but his lines are full of figurative and idiomatic expressions that would be unlikely for a non-native speaker to use.

** TheOtherMarty: In the broadcast simuldub of Episode 7, Ryuki was voiced by Creator/ScottFreeman. After his arrest for possession of child porn, Ryuki's lines was redubbed by Newton Pittman for video releases.
** RoleReprisal: In a notable fashion of this however, Creator/NobuhikoOkamoto even manages to reprise his role as Karma from the OVA in the anime.
