He blames himself for the child's death...then he reveals that he was the one who was playing Mr. Bumble.

* PirateSong: Parodied. The pirates sing "Hey to Davy Jones," a standard sea shanty. However, the mechanism for the rotating stage is not working, and the stage keeps rotating between the three different sets (the pirate ship, the forest, and the bedroom) while the pirates are singing. Some stagehands are working on the bedroom set, and when they realize they're on camera, they start awkwardly swinging their arms to the beat to make it look like they're supposed to be there. Eventually, everyone on the bedroom and forest sets starts fighting, creating a lot of commotion that drowns out the pirates' song.

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Peter Pan himself. While Jonathan, who plays Peter for most of the show, is a bit of a {{Jerkass}}, the character has pretty much lost all the darker aspects he had in the original stage play, and is presented as friendly, pleasant and happy-go-lucky.

* PantyShot: Annie gets one when she goes backstage through the doggy door, on her way to change from Mrs. Darling to Tinker Bell.

* NeverWorkWithChildrenOrAnimals: According to the in-universe program, the CPDS apparently imported a live crocodile from Kenya to use in the show[[note]]They even planned on feeding her an actual alarm clock covered in water buffalo meat[[/note]]; unfortunately, she broke free from her shipping container, injured her handlers, roamed the school, and was eventually killed by armed policemen.

By the time they finally return to their own stage, Po the Teletubby somehow ends up on their ship, and joins in the ''Peter Pan'' finale.

* KickingMyOwnButt: The adaptation of ''Literature/PeterPan'' that the CPDS is performing calls for a fight between John Darling and Mr. Smee during the final battle. [[ActingForTwo Since Dennis plays both characters]], however, this means one actor beating himself up throughout the scene.
