* Jinpachi Mishima, founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu and the Mishima Style Fighting Karate. Once an honorable man that strived to benefit his company and dojo, considered to be one of the best martial artist in the world. That all changed when his son Heihachi Mishima betrayed him by staging a coup and taking over his company, imprisoning the old man and letting him starve to death under the temple of Honmaru. This was one of many tragedies that befell the Mishima clan, overtime something darker slowly awoke inside Jinpachi that perdured even after his death, corrupting his very soul and overtaking his body years later after his prison unexpectedly exploded. Jinpachi, with his remaining inner strenght, wrote a letter to his best friend, Wang Jinrei, and organized the Iron Fist Tournament 5 to ensure that someone would put an end to him should things get out of control. And he patiently waited for the one to put an end to his madness.
* That one fighter eventually turned out to be his great-grandson, Jin Kazama. After a grueling duel, Jinpachi was killed as he so desired, the fate of the Mishima Zaibatsu in Jin's hand. Though many would assume that was the end for the tormented old man, imagine his surprise when he awoke in another temple, familiar yet different, no longer shackled under a rock. Due to his plan to [[SuicideByCop end himself assisted by an unassuming fighter]], he was awarded such a title. Not an expected result but one that would give Jinpachi a second chance at life and redemption after death.
* Knowing that his family members were around in the pantheon didn’t amuse him in the slightest, especially knowing that both Kazuya and Heihachi shared a house. His presence did make Kazuya calm down a little, if only because both him and his grandpa have a common enemy in Heihachi. The latter is not surprised to see his old man again and is already planning to trap him under an even bigger rock.
** He’s on fairly cordial terms with his great-grandson Jin Kazama. Even though he killed him, he saw it as a necessary to end his madness. However, he definitely does not agree on the way Jin used the Mishima Zaibatsu to wage war against the world, even if [[WellIntentionedExtremist he had good reasons to do so]]
** And then there was Kazumi, one of his star students. Jinpachi was glad to see her again after so long, but learning that she is the origin point of the devil gene that plagues his descendants definitely didn’t sit well with him, especially given that she planned to end his bloodline. Although in rare twists of events, Jinpachi said that at very least, his son deserved it.
* Even here, he struggles to keep the devil at bay. Doing research inside the pantheon libraries and with some help from Kazumi, he discovered that the entity possessing him was not a curse in the Mishima bloodline, but an unrelated devil entirely. Even so, Jinpachi is dead set on getting rid of him, or managing to control it. This is one of the reasons he stays as far away from the house of Pantheon/{{Demons}} as possible (especially Pazuzu, who took an interest in Jinpachi as a potential host)
* As an old martial artist, he struck a friendship with those in similar positions. From Master Roshi to Mr. Miyagi, they respect Jinpachi for his prowess even if he is over 100 years old at this stage. He is also fairly close with Master Oogway, who style and personality remind him a lot of his old friend Wang Jinrei
** Gouken was another deity that was interested in learning more about the Mishima Style, hearing from both of his students who had fought users of the style before. Through Jinpachi he learned that his estranged brother Akuma actually was hired by Kazumi to kill both Heihachi and Kazuya should she fail her mission, which alarmed both he and Jinpachi. The elder Mishima is not at all pleased of this discovery and scoffs at Akuma's whole philosophy, while the latter is dissapointed such power and skill is wasted on a foolish old man struggling to even control a fraction of his power without obliterating the world.
* Sympathetic to those that were imprisoned for a long time. He couldn’t believe it when he met the legendary Sun Wukong who had also been imprisoned, but in his case under a mountain, and the two began to form friendship, even sparring from time to time. In another situation, he also heard of Tai Lung, a powerful martial artist feared in his lands from his immense might. He was warned by his friend Oogway to not take Tai Lung lightly, so when they actually met, Jinpachi was well prepared to fight him. It was a close match but Jinpachi proved to be the superior fighter, which only made Tai Lung [[BloodKnight even hungrier for a rematch]] as he finally found yet another worthy opponent.
* The House of Pantheon/{{Gaming}} is not fond of Jinpachi, supposedly due to how much of a [[SNKBoss challenge]] he is to beat, exploiting tricks that would leave even the most skilled of fighters helpless, although Jinpachi has claimed he fights fair and can't do much against the devil that takes control of his body whenever he is fought at the end of the tournament.
* The last thing Jinpachi wants to be reminded of is about his imprisonment under Hon-maru. There, Heihachi forced him to hold a giant rock till he either got crushed or starved to death. That’s why he almost went berserk when the Rock of Ages was just rolling around and almost ran over him. With his immense strength, Jinpachi stop the rock in its tracks and transformed into his devil form out of pure rage. After an intense battle, Jinpachi was victorious, though witnesses say it’s because he kept spamming his fireballs.
* Although his reputation precedes him, that doesn’t mean he gets along with fighters with similar reputations. He abhors the conqueror Shao Kahn as yet another power hungry monster not unlike his son Heihachi, a comparison that made Kahn scoff at the idea of being compared to mere earthrealmer. On the other hand, Geese Howard was itching to fight THE Mishima patriarch, as he had faced his brethren before and been wanting a real challenge after the disappointing output of the other Mishimas, a challenge Jinpachi was eager to accept. So was his co-deity, Rugal Bernstein, who found the perfect opportunity to go all out to someone that could actually take him head on.
* The GUAD took interest in the devil possessing Jinpachi, as the untapped potential of sheer destruction it has is immense and could further their plans of total annihilation. Unfortunately, Jinpachi has been getting help in attempts to control it and the demon’s influence diminishes by the minute. The GUAD has made numerous attempts to capture Jinpachi, but as usual, any attack is met with a swift beatdown provided by Jinpachi. He won’t lose his will this time.
* On calmer days, he can be found drinking his favorite drink in the House of Pantheon/{{Food}} alongside his best friend Wang Jinrei. He hadn’t had the proper time to catch up ever since his resurrection after all. Although secretly, they both have been trying to find a way to regain the lost hair they lost during their old age. (Some say that this is the actual Mishima curse: pattern hair loss)

* Pyrocynical is a british Youtuber, widely considered to be cancer incarnate. One day, he was preparing to make another video about Videogame/{{Fortnite}} when suddenly in the middle of one of his unfunny skits he tripped and fell from his bed into a random hole that opened in his bedroom-floor. He then fell down from a high altitude and dropped into a body of water and when he emerged he got greeted by an army of children reciting the "So guys, we did it." meme that has haunted Pyro for several years. Then he wound up in the Court of Gods, where they told the confused and perplexed youtube that it was actually a prank and that he was selected to be the new god of SelfDeprecation humor (something he does often). At first he didn't believe that some random fictional characters assigned him a weird job out of nowhere, but then he found out that the place he was in was very real and that he wasn't prepared for what he was about to witness.
* He rose to fame by making MLG Montage Parodies then switched to video commentary, although he frequently targets children. He became infamous for the latter fact since even to this day he still bullies children and the local House of Pantheon/ChildhoodAndAdolescence has Pyrocynical as the number one enemy (somehow he is considered worse than [[Pantheon/FleshEaters Pennywise the Clown]]) and the resident deities are trained in numerous ways to bully Pyro in turn. When word got to them about Pyro's incoming ascension, they decided to arrange the "So guys, we did it" prank as a way to scare him off, but the children knew perfectly that Pyro would come back and bully them.
* Good friends with Shrek, the ogre being a bit bothered at first about the infamous [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHYZDveT46c "Shrek has Swag"]] video but then he learned to get over it. Pyro was scared at first, fearing that Shrek would try to punch him in the face but he turned out to be a nice sport about the video. After that, he proceeded to make a [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wiFU5gPbnw review about the first Shrek film]], claiming to be the best movie ever made.
* His avatar used to be based on [[Videogame/FiveNightsAtFreddys Foxy the Pirate]] but then he added a [[TVHeadRobot head screen]] to it, this being the form he chooses to be in the Pantheon even though many people has accused him of being a furry (he is not). He is friends with Freddy and sometimes when he takes the television from his head he still resembles Foxy, making the animatronics confuse him from a Foxy variant even though.
** On that note, he may have a TV for a head but he is not related to Canti. Nonetheless, he does get along fine with the robot.
* Sometimes, Pyro is able to actually make videos that don't rely on bullying, instead doing some in-depth review from certain things like Videogames or Fandoms. He did an analysis on Videogame/{{Cuphead}} once and after finding out about the good thing he said about the game, both Cuphead and Mugman were very happy about said video. They became friends with Pyro afterwards, but they are a bit weary of him considering his tendency to bully children.
* Claims to be friends with The Rock and [[https://i.redd.it/vsf8o5kixmo11.jpg has shown proof of that]] but nobody believes him. Then he found out he is a god and went to visit him, trying to convince him to stop playing Minecraft and that they should collab again. Dwayne had no idea what this kid meant but he rolled with it.
* Pyrocynical was glad that he finally found a place where he could be free of his fans constant bullying and finally have some time to relax. Then when strolling around the House of Pantheon/{{Mentalism}} he came accross the Mob from Twitch Plays Pokemon and some of their members happened to be subscribed to Pyro. After spotting him, they started requesting the Petscop 2 review or else they would start chanting the "so guys, we did it" meme and then subscribe to LetsPlay/{{Pewdiepie}} until he does so. Needless to say, he stayed in his temple for one week until the Mob went away but they still don't give up on Petscop 2.
* While at the beginning his face was unknown, he later revealed it around late 2016. He then got flooded with comments that he looked like a [[DudeLooksLikeALady cute little lesbian]] and that stigma has followed here in the pantheon after getting similar comments from other deities, which made him prefer to stay in his avatar form.
* He is an avid gamer and has noticed that plenty of videogame characters he tends to meme on are ascended. He first went to meet Spyro the Dragon since he was a huge fan of his game series growing up and it holds a special place in his heart, something that the purple dragon was flattered by. Then he went to see Roadhog, allegedly his favourite character from Videogame/{{Overwatch}} and sometimes he evens dons his gas mask. The Junker only tolerates him because he is somehow a lot more bearable than his partner Junkrat but he does agreed that he should be banned from making more Overwatch videos.
** Has a bit of a vitriolic relationship with Steve from Minecraft, mostly because Pyro tends to make fun of his game series and especially the sounds he makes when he dies, but they are on good terms anyway. That said, he once teamed up with memelord Grandayy to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQBVDVX40ws bully Pyro]].
* Not very fond of the House of Pantheon/{{Justice}}, allegedly because [[MemeticMutation his dad is in prison]] and he is trying to figure out a way to break him out of it. The members of said house don't even take him seriously.
* Howard and Kreese consider his style of humor pretty good. They also think he is a pussy that targets children because if he dared go after someone older they would probably tear him a new one and even the children he targets also tend to bully him back. He has admitted that they are not wrong, but also stated that bullying children is also a pretty fun hobbie.
* There are two people that he definitely cannot tolerate. One is Thanos, not because of the atrocities he commited, but because he is the reason the "THANOS CAR" meme exist, making the titan wonder what's the deal with this kid. The other is Garfield, for the simple reason that he recorded too many hours playing Garfield Kart for his videos and now he cannot disassociate the game with its titular character and he hates him for it.
** On a similar note, Pyro likes to stay away from Spiderman and Elsa, mostly because he can't forget about the weird and cringy videos that surfaced a while back featuring them both. In a surprising turn of the events, they do agree with him that those videos are misleading and not even educational but he rarely tries to listen to them.
* One thing that Pyrocynical really hates is [[DiscreditedMeme outdated memes]] spouted by people who have no idea what they mean and it doesn't help that he is constantly pestered by his fanbase with memes that he doesn't like. One such deity that does that is Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard, [[Videogame/FateGrandOrder who tends to do that during his time as a servant]]. Pyro decided to do a video on him and while during the video he noticed that Blackbeard has a weird fascination with little girls, [[MistakenForPedophile making him think he was a pedophile]]. After finding out about the video and seeing, the pirate almost shanked Pyrocynical and swore that he would get his revenge somehow.
* Another quick way to piss him off is to quote the "So guys, we did it" meme. It's rumored that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0NrQ_ZIc7k the last time someone tried to make a meme out of it]], Pyro stabbed him [[DisproportionateRetribution 250.000 times]].
* Widely considered to be the number one most cancer deity in the pantheon. He is very proud of that title.

* No relation: [[Pantheon/{{Tics}} The T-103 Tyrant]] (also known as Mr. X)
* Mr. X is the leader of a powerful secret crime syndicate that seeked to take over Wood Oak City. Their corruption and crime spree was such that it even affected the local police forces, forcing three young police officers to turn in their badges and deal with the problem themselves. That's how Axel Stone, Adam Hunter and Blaze Fielding ultimately tracked down and beated Mr. X in his own hideout, seemingly dismantling his organization but the man didn't go down without a fight and in fact, he wasn't ready to give up. Now as a pantheonic deity, his goal is the same, to take over the city and make it his own. But he also plans to spread his influence in the pantheon however he can.
* Axel, Adam and Blaze weren't happy when they heard the news about their ArchEnemy joining the ranks of the pantheon, but unlike in their home universe, they have the support of the GUAG this time. Still, they are impressed about how he refuses to die and keeps coming back.
* Notably, Mr. X didn't die the first time but the second encounter he had with Axel and Blaze was after he kidnapped Adam. With the help of Adam's younger brother Skate and a friend of Axel named Max, they were able to defeat him for good. [[NotQuiteDead or so they thought]], as he still lived as a brain in a huge robot suit. Third time was the charm and that's when X bit it for good.
* His moniker is a source of confusion given that another deity shares it. The T-103 Tyrant deployed in the [[Franchise/ResidentEvil Raccoon City incident]] also goes by Mr. X, even if it's an unofficial designation but neither he nor the mobster have any strong feelings about the other. Mr. X at least knows that staying away from the Tyrant would be preferable, but if he could capture and weaponize it then he could use it more effectively as a lackey.
* Heard of the potential ventures he could take in Metro City, where contacts from the former Mad Gear Gang told him that it would be the perfect place to expand his influence. He face strong opposition from the Heroes of Metro City, the mayor and former mayor included, and he tried to bribe them with riches that unfortunately they were not impressed by. He had to halt his plans after Cody and his friends devastated his goons with barely breaking a sweat.
* Naturally accustomed to dealing with other criminals, which is why he fit quite nicely among the top crime lords of the Pantheon with Vito Corleone personally endorsing him (even if he finds him a bit too unorthodox in his more direct approach) and Mr. X was also willing to merge his syndicate with Raymon Reddington's. There was also Mr. Negative and Lord Recluse, who while tied to criminal organizations themselves they acted more as supervillains (and in Recluse's case, he turned his organization into a Supervillain empire). X only became interested in it since he could learn a few things that could turn the tide against the ones that keep foiling his plans. Mr. X even got in contact with another shady organization that behaved more line covert supervillain group than an actual syndicate and the Black Organization was willing to humor his attempts at taking over Wood Oak City, provided he would give them some power over it.
* Mr. X even planned to extend his influence to politicians that [[SleazyPolitician would agree to turn a blind eye on his operations]], with Ethan Roark Sr. being one of his primary backers, which impressed X on how he turned his own city into a playground for criminals. He also sought corrupt policemen to acts as enforcers for him and found the perfect candidates in C.R.A.S.H. who are already notoriously corrupt, X saw that he had to have them on his payroll to drive away the competition. He also appointed Chief Irons as his informant in order to gain more information about the law enforments that went to apprehend him.
* Not all the crime lords were open to the idea of working with him, chief among them was Geese Howard who was not thrilled that X wanted to muscle his way into South Town. The two had an encounter in Mr. X's temple where as usual he would face Geese himself, with his Tommy Gun of course which Howard found incredibly cheap but the battle was close nonetheless. They remain rivals as that small scuffle only enforced the idea that X had to take over South Town for himself.
* His time as a robot wasn't as pleasant as one would expect and even then he still fell against his foes and [[KilledOffForReal for real this time]]. That's why he thought that in order to improve a potential cybernetic body, he had to seek allies that knew how to handle them. Both Sektor and Frost approached him after seeing the androids he employs in use and were willing to form an alliance with him if he were to provide them with parts needed for their Cyber Lin Kuei army. He agreed but only if they would also work on a cybernetic suit for him.
** He also managed to get the assistance of Dr. Wily, first because he thought someone stole his alternate identity as Mr. X only to discover it was someone else entirely. Then he agreed to build X machines and a body armor if he helped him take down his arch-enemy Dr. Light.
* Many people have tried to take him down before but some of them were more unusual because he never expected them to retaliate to him directly. First one was Peyton Westlake, better known as Darkman, whose synthetic masks were almost stolen by X's goons after he took interest in them and he had to personally teach the crime lord a lesson. Another was Bloody Marie, notorious for her hatred for mafias and mobsters after suffering much at the hand of the Medici Family and after seeing another powerful criminal enter the Pantheon, she quickly tried to put him down.
* Was succeeded by his children, the Twins Mr. Y and Ms. Y who years later tried to take over Wood Oak City themselves. He is proud that they would try to continue in their father's footsteps and occassionally has them as his heralds in order to teach them how to run an empire effectively.

* Nobody knows who Sombra really is, but many have heard what she is capable of. She is one of the best hackers of her world and that caught the attention of Talon, who recruited Sombra for their sinister schemes. Her identity and motivations are a complete mystery, but there have been rumors that she is looking to uncover a big conspiracy that has been acting behind the scenes and is behind a lot of events in the world of Overwatch.
* Sombra's knowledge of her world's technology plus the augmentations she underwent to get better at hacking has made her able to hack pretty much anything. Her hacks are strong enough to disable [=McCree=]'s ability to roll or make Soldier:76 unable to run… or even allow Junkrat to lay his explosives or Roadhog to toss his hook. [[GameplayAndStorySegregation Now that's something nobody gets at all]], and [[Pantheon/BodyImages the duo]] are cross that she can somehow do that.
* Before she ascended, she left hints and clues about her whereabouts, teasing those who found them with countdowns and unhelpful messages. After a drawn out investigation (she actually made misleading hints that she's going to be in the Main House or something), Sombra relocated herself in the house of Technology without the Main House noticing but after a while they let her stay.
** Somebody once tried to decipher a code of hers that was supposedly caught in the sky and even made music out of it. She found that really funny.
* Very happy that her buddies Reaper and Widowmaker are already here. Unlike her, they are not so thrilled about her but they have no choice but to deal with her. After all, it doesn't hurt to have another member of Talon.
* Sombra likes to take a more subtle approach when it comes to combat, and thanks to her Thermoptic Camo she is able to go around unnoticed. That's until the cloaking runs out, because she has a nasty habit of [[WithCatlikeTread announcing herself before attacking someone]]. Though thankfully she does this much less often as she did before.
** Many found her very similar to the Spy in terms of combat, but Sombra believes that the Spy's technology is outdated and can be easily seen through. Though she knows that turning her back on him can be a fatal mistake, so she is sure to never do that.
* She likes to annoy people by booping them in the nose, [[MemeticMutation and she does that a lot]]. On another note, Nora doesn't like her boops, mostly because it just very similar to hers but used in a trolly manner.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVmdjw3COwk There was one time that Sombra decided to mess with some of the Defenders of the Ancient]]. After a succession of weird and unusual events, Rubick stole her hack and somehow fixed everything. [[MakesAsMuchSenseInContext Don't ask]]
* Apparently, a few deities keep confusing her with Laura Matsuda given their similar haircuts. This made her curious about Laura for a few days…until they actually met. Sombra found the Brazilian fighter easy to relentlessly troll because of her friendly disposition and casually loose fashion sense, but overall, they are worlds apart both as fighters and as people and Sombra is content to let it stay that way.
** When it turned out their native countries of Brazil and Mexico would face off in the elimination stages of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Laura challenged her to a bet for the equivalent of $100 USD in their native currencies. Sombra accepted, hoping to gain new funds for her plans. However, Brazil won 2-0 and she had to cough up near $1863.30 in Mexican pesos. She's plotting how to get that money back.
* She is one of the few deities that has found her way into the Grid, [[http://i.imgur.com/NWgfndh.jpg?1 even having her own avatar there]]. Many virtual deities fear what she might do there and so have taken extra measures to keep her out, but she always finds a way to get in.
* Many robotic deities are openly opposed to Sombra not only because she is able to mess with their programming, but because she also able to use an {{EMP}} at any given time. This was one of the only reason why no on wanted her near the House of Pantheon/{{Technology}} but she sneaked her way in anyway. She even has a temple there.
* People like to call her Sombrero given her heritage. She doesn't find it that funny to be honest.
* Due to her first target being a somewhat corrupt corporation ([=LumeriCo=]) and having a rather affable personality, [[DracoInLeatherPants Sombra is often seen as some sort of anti-corporate freedom fighter that is on the same level of Lucio and his fight against Vishkar]]. Sombra just chuckled at that; they can think whatever they like about her, but she really has 'other' motivations, while those fools just assumed the anti-corporate thing as some sort of confirmation bias when she struck against [=LumeriCo=] for her own reasons, and maybe the day will come where she'll manipulate Lucio. But speaking of Vishkar, she kind of enjoys annoying its ace Symmetra by booping her on the nose when opportunity presents itself.
** Though she'll deny that the dirty secret of Lucio that she found out was that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLF-eQMBkGE he has a frog he named Beyonce.]] Nope, that's ''so'' not true.
* She dislikes Harry Dresden due to his [[WalkingTechbane magic damaging her technology]]. After her first attempt at messing with him resulted in her technology being almost destroyed, she keeps her distance.
* ''"[[EverythingIsOnline Everything can be hacked...and everyone.]]"''
* Can also be found in the House of [[Pantheon/TechnologicalOccupations Technology]].

* Holden Caulfield is a rebellious young man from New York, troubled from a young age and seemingly stand-offish and cynical to most people that had met him. He was expelled from his boarding school and wandering the streets of New York while pondering about his place in the world of the adulthood and its "Phoniness". Holden met a lot of people during his "journey", many just enforcing his view that people either his age or older do not understand him and are a bunch of phonies, with him only appreciating those who hadn't lost their innocence yet. It was thanks to his younger sister Phoebe that Holden eventually came to realize how misguided he has become after seemingly making his sister follow in his footsteps, something he didn't want to happen to her and so decided to return home instead of running away.
* Initially, he decided to take another walk in the streets of New York just to kill time only to suddenly show up in the Pantheon. The place looked intriguing, and then a council of rather shady individuals told him why he was here. Considering Holden's work of origin is notoriosly lacking a cinematic adaptation thanks to the efforts of his author refusing one, he was chosen to represent said idea and while Holden liked the allure of holding a title, eventually he found to have the title of a goddamned god to be quite dull.
* The Pantheon proved to be an interesting place for Holden and it was more colorful than the dreary and realistic world he hails from, and he compared it to the museum in New York, where time is frozen and where maybe children won't lose their innocense to the evil that is adulthood. Then again, this place holds dangers that are far too surreal for Holden, which do satisfy his more childlike side but present a potentially even more dangerous world. He doesn't really care about the ins and outs of godhood, he just find it just daft nonsense, he just is interested in how others have accomodated to this insane universe and wonder if it could maybe be the place where he finally finds his calling.
* Wandering around the Pantheon is something that is not unusual for newcomers to do and deities were oddly welcoming to Holden, who usually is either snarky or a bit distant with those people that try to befriend him. He tends to visit the Houses of Pantheon/{{Musicality}} and Pantheon/ChildhoodAndAdolescence, the latter in which he feels right at home seeing a lot of child deities still keeping their innocent, although a few of them didn't really do so.
* "Phony" as an insult is heavily associated with Holden, probably his go to insult for anyone he perceives as fake. Peter Griffin got reminded of that kid who kept harassing him because he wasn't actually playing the piano and calling him "big fat phony". Somehow, Holden thinks Peter embodies the worst traits of his buddies Stradlater and Ackley and does not find the comparison amusing at all.
* To his surprise, he found a few people he actually could call friends. Initially, Jimmy Hopkins felt like yet another tough guy bully like Stradlater who while far shorter was quite the "sexy bastard" in his own right (according to Holden anyway) but was surprised when Jimmy just came to chat with him and explained that in many ways, he can relate to his situation, not being quite in the right place with family and friends and doing reckless things just because you don't know better. Jimmy and Holden often hang out when they have the time, they grew especially close after Gary Smith tried to manipulate Holden into another of his countless attempts to smear Jimmy's name in order to get back at him but Holden knew rights away he was full of shit and promptly told Gary to shove it.
* He had to clarify several times that he is not related to Max Caulfield but in a way, she could be the reflection of what his sister could be like once she comes of age and that terrifies Holden, even if he has accepted that growing up is just the natural course of life whether he likes it or not. He did eventually become friends with Max, relating to her troubles and being perplexed at the fact that she can manipulate time, with those powers Holden would probably never have gotten past his issues with age and maturity. That and for a time max and holden had a falling out because he had a rather low opinion on Max's best friend Chloe, thinking of her as another fake and phony individual that is more trouble than it's worth though he eventually took back what he said and made up with Max.
* During one of his many trips to the house of Pantheon/ChildhoodAndAdolescence, he was surprised to find a deity that was probably as or even more jaded than he was and that came in the form of the humanoid cat Mae Borowski. As an icon of teenage rebelry and issues with the concept of growing up, Mae looks up to Holden for going through that journey and managing to at least be able to learn from it, at the very least it didn't involve cults and for that reason alone, Holden agrees with her.
* Jonas was an individual that befriended Holden and he personally sought him out after reading about his short adventures in New York, trying to understand the reasoning behind his actions. As someone who was forcer into a very stressful role that is being the Receiver, Jonas understands a lot of Holden's issues regarding the loss of his brother as well as his inadequacy involving other people. Holden found him a bit overbearing at first but understands where he comes from and is a bit interested in knowing how it feels to live in a world where society as he knows it has collapsed but Jonas has warned him that it's not that pretty.
* Regarded as being the protagonist of one of the most controversial books of all time and some people don't really think he is story is that controversial (but for the time, it really was). This came to a head when the boys from South Park tried to write a far more offensive story since they didn't find his story that big of a deal anyway, and Holden sort of found that whole circus amusing at the very least. What wasn't amusing, was the accusations that his book is a brainwashing tool to murder popular figures as several infamous criminal like those involved in the shooting of John Lennon and Ronald Reagan, as he never ever meant to hurt anyone.

* Quan Chi is a powerful sorcerer hailing from the Netherrealm and the long time collaborator and underling of the fallen Elder God Shinnok. Notorious for being a master manipulator and for millenia planting the seeds in order to revive his master and attain ultimate power, Quan Chi has been a big player in the Mortal Kombat universe. Most notably being responsible for creating the revenants such as the vengeful Scorpion, Quan Chi use of BlackMagic is what allowed him to attain godhood well after he perished in his own universe.
* A lot of people have a serious bone to pick with Quan Chi given that he is artificer of their misfortune one way or another. Master Hasashi, having long abandoned his moniker as Scorpion was consumed by rage after learning of Quan Chi's return and so were several of the Earthrrealm and Outworld denizens, looking to settle the score with the Netherrealm sorcerer. Another notable one was Sindel, since as it turns out, Quan Chi is the one that assassinated her instead of the general belief that she took her own life.

Add later
* [[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill People love his leg-beating Fatality]], however, many consider the girafee Fatality as absolutely lame and doesn't fit him.
* Has enslaved Sub-Zero's avatar, making him temporarily depowered, and sent him to the Pantheon/GUAEReEducationFacility. When this is going to last is unknown. He also did the same to Kung Lao's, Smoke's, Stryker's and Kitana's. However, against all odds and to his irritation, Smoke still made it to the Pantheon and worked with Sub-Zero to decrease his influence over their respective enslaved avatars. With Rachel Alucard supporting Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade to free them from Quan Chi's control, things aren't going in favor of him.

* [[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill People love his leg-beating Fatality]], however, many consider the girafee Fatality as absolutely lame and doesn't fit him.

* The enimactic emperor of the Illuminati, from a young age Gill was meant for greatness as the center of a great prophecy. Genetically modified to become the Emperor of The Illuminati and The Savior of Humanity, Gill has been given the power to use both flames and ice through his red and blue sides, among other supernatural abilities. His goals are shrouded in mystery, only seeking to fulfill an apocalyptic agenda where he will save humanity and guide them to salvation, as was foretold years ago. Now in the Pantheon, he wants to ensure that goal also comes to pass here and doesn't really care if he has to unveil himself to the Pantheonic masses, in the end he will be the savior of humanity.
* Immeadiately after ascending, he tried to conduct a tournament that would allow him to be able to weed out the weak and lead the worthy to be able to live in paradise. Apparently the Pantheon isn't quite the "utopia" he envisioned and Gill is willing to show why he is going to save the Pantheon from destruction. Many shown interest in entering, especially after hearing about Gill's [[TheComputerIsACheatingBastard infamy]].
* Turns out his claim as the "leader" of the Illuminati is up to debate, not because of some petty scheme designed by Urien to overthrow him, but because many sects of the Illuminati outside of his universe don't see Gill as their emperor and refuse to follow him, something that definitely didn't amuse him. Most notably, the organization labelled as the "Official" illuminati seem to tolerate Gill as just another one of their thousand of schemes but don't respond to him as a leader or anything. Similarly, given Bill Cipher's ties to the organization, he and Gill have butted heads several times in order to prove who was the true leader and neither is willing to back down.
* Gill's action has earned him many enemies in his own universe, ranging from his estranged brother to many who had encounters with his organization. Gill's manner of resolving said conflict usually involve him coming to blows with his opponents, but sometimes he just throws a fights just to get them off his back.
** He once had troubles with Dudley in the past, due to his organization taking ownership of Dudley's father's car, and though they are still on opposing sides, Gill has given it back to him, as reward for Dudley showing him a good fight, paired with the fact that he doesn't really drive cars anyway.
** With Alex's ascension, Gill's tried to convice him to join the Illuminati. Alex, courtesy of Gill having injured his mentor Tom, rejected the offer, and since then, they've come to blows more then once.
* His Resurrection Super Art, giving him the ability to rise from defeat instantly completely unharmed should he be killed or knocked out in battle, is one of the Illuminati's Sixty-Six Secret Arts, and notoriously infamous amongst the Pantheon given how often people got caught off guard by the ability. Combined with his other ability, which he calls 'Seraphic Wing', it's rumored that maybe he is a descendant of angels but some believe the Illuminati scientist truly can make remarkable things. Even then, many angels refuse to consider Gill one of their own given his nefarious goals, well intentioned or not.
* He prefers balance, and has a dislike for both forces of Order and Chaos, though he keeps an eye on individual agents to see if they're worth bringing to The Promised Land. Particularly, he revealed himself into the world just to fight the so-called President of the World in order to find out what exactly is G's purpose. The two remained strong rivals after Gill easily one this bout but he suspects this innocuous buffoon may be up to something.
* Surprisingly gets along with Kars and The Pillar Men given their similar appearances. Kars agrees with Gill's goals of creating an Utopia but often clash on who should lead the people, considering Kars and Esidisi easily wiped out their people, Gill was cautious in not turn away these potentially powerful allies and entertain their goals of becoming the ultimate lifeform for a while, even if that search of perfection is not really something Gill is super interested on.
* Took interest in the young Shoto Todoroki after hearing about his rather complicated family history, not unlike that of his own. Interestingly, Shoto was also groomed to become the perfect successor of his family and even had a similar powerset but that's about when the similarities ends, as Todoroki wants nothing to do with Gill or the Illuminati and as a hero, promised to bring down Gill's organization.
* Gill has shown an immense amount of respect for Algol, a king that in many ways refers his own status and is rare for Gill of all people to do so. That also ultimately lead the Illuminati emperor to take notice of the blades that once were related to Algol, Soul Edge and Soul Calibur and Gill saw the potential these two had should he managed to get ahold of them. Maybe the prophecy hinted at him becoming the wielders of both swords? Nevertheless, neither of them are actually that fond of Gill at all.
* Despite ostensibly appearing on the same side, The Illuminati and Shadaloo have secretly opposed each other for a long time, since Gill has far more altruistic intentions for his world-ruling agenda than M. Bison does. [[spoiler:At the advent of Bison's final plan to become invincible using the power of seven artificial Black Moons, Gill tasked Urien and his secretary Kolin, operating as 'Helen', with assembling an anti-Shadaloo fighting force, which included the likes of Juri and a resurrected Nash. Kolin's team, along with one assembled by Karin Kanzuki, were ultimately successful in taking down the Dictator and clearing Gill's path to rule. Gill is watching Karin as a potential rival for future global leadership in the wake of Shadaloo's downfall.]]
* Was ''very'' pleased to hear that Kolin ascended into the Pantheon and is hoping that she brings in more potential allies for the Illuminati. This has seen dividends in some ways better than others: while Gill is very much appreciative of the alliance she's forged with Regime Superman, with he and Savage both looking forward to seeing if she can bring the Kyrptonian into the Illuminati fold, he is also nearly as annoyed as the Phantasm of Snow and Ice herself is at Kano's obsessive lust towards her.

Kolin's team, along with one assembled by Karin Kanzuki, were ultimately successful in taking down the Dictator and clearing Gill's path to rule. Gill is watching Karin as a potential rival for future global leadership in the wake of Shadaloo's downfall.]]
** The moment he chose to reveal himself to the world after [[spoiler:the fall of Shadaloo]] has finally been shown. [[spoiler:He met the challenge of the so-called "President of the World" and seemed to recognize something familiar about his power.]]

* Onyxia, eldest daughter of Deathwing and the Broodmother of the Black Dragonflight, has been an infamous force in the world of Azeroth. She was responsible for the dissapearance of King Varian Wrynn and later disguised herself as Lady Katrana Prestor to bring the downfall of Stormwing from within. After her guise was discovered, Onyxia fled to her lair where adventurers would fight her alongside her offspring, who came in great numbers. Eventually she was defeated and her head has been hung in stormwind ever since, a fact that she is not very happy about.
* It is said that her brother Nefarian was the one behind her ascension. Not out of love or anything but because she would prove useful for his plans. He also once reanimated her sister using alchemy, but Onyxia doesn't recall this events at all.
* If anyone wonders who is the father of all the children she has bred, then that would be Nefarian. Yes, [[BrotherSisterIncest her older brother]]. The black dragon culture doesn't seem to have a problem with incest.
* Tiamat has welcomed another evil dragon to the pantheon, and is glad she is no longer the only female of the bunch. She actually gets along much better with Onyxia than with her family members.

* One time, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7GoGIwLvhg she was raided by a group led by a very bossy commander]]. She of course defeated them but can't help but laugh at their pathetic attack

** She also has developed a minor alliance with Cell, only because she took interest in the junior copies he has created.
* Because of being a black dragon and her ties to her father, Vulkan has also decided to target her. His army has been proved troublesome for Onyxia to deal with, but thankfully she has made a deal with the Stonemaul Ogres to keep the salamanders at bay.

* Conflicting opinions: [[Pantheon/LegalProcess John Donovan]]
* Caleb Quinn was the son of struggling irish immigrant during the wild west american era and from a young age, Caleb had a knack for inventing all sorts of gadgets, often to get back at people that wronged him. His intellect managed to get the attention of an important company run by Henry Bayshore, who proceed to patent Quinn's creations as his own, which ended bad for Bayshore once Caleb found out and promptly brutalized the man as payback, but Bayshore miraculously survived, saving Quinn from being hanged. For years, a Warden in Hellshire Penitentiary employed Caleb as a BountyHunter to bring back escaped convicts in exchange for power and a reduced sentence, only for the Warden to sell him out to Bayshore once the latter bought the prison. Enraged once again, Quinn round off the prisoners and led an uprising against the warden and bayshore, succeeding in finally killing them but Caleb himself wouldn't be witness to their demise, as he was swiftly recruited by the Entity to acts as one of its many killers.
* As the Deathslinger, Caleb utilizes his trusty rifle called "The Redeemer", which fires harpoons that are designed to snare his targets closer to him (although his first attempt ended up being fatal to the target). The Entity once again organized the ascension of one of its champion to ensure many of the killers found in its realm are in the pantheon and switfly turn the place into part of the Entity's realm. For Caleb himself, he mostly doesn't bother that many people unless he has a good reason to do so or the Entity commands him to sacrifice deities in its name, to him it's usually NothingPersonal. Even the measures to contain other killers aren't applied to him as he tends to have more run-ins with the law than with actual supernatural organizations, although him being among the Entity's entourage certainly complicates things.
* Spends most of his time building the one odd invention that he tends to come up whenever he has time to kill, otherwise he is usually deploy as an agent for the Entity whenever it needs Caleb to sacrifice some survivors. His loyalty towards the Entity is unknown, some believe he never really intended to be taken by it but at the very least it allowed him to escape retribution from starting the prison break. Concerning his inventions, the Engineer as a fellow SouthernFriedGenius has actually praised Caleb for his creativity but isn't thrilled to know about his employer, though Deathslinger was quick to point out that as a mercenary he serves equally shady people himself. The two remain strong rivals and Caleb has had trouble overcoming the Engineer's creations, only being able to get around them by designing his own turrets and dispensers.
* Moonlights as a BountyHunter sometimes, to remind him of the days he could reduce his sentence by bringing convicts to the Warden. Ironically, Caleb quickly became infamous for his brutal methods and so gained a bounty on his name that got him clashing with several other cowboys. John Marston thinks of Quinn as the unholy fusion of Micah Bell and Irish, and somehow finds him more bearable than the aforementioned two yet still hates his guts. A similar sentence comes from Marston's son Jack, who actually feels sympathetic towards Quinn because of his genius intellect that was wasted on a criminal life given his social status as a child of irish people as well as being screwed over by Henry Bayshore. But perhaps the oddest of the cowboys was Cole Cassidy, a man who wasn't from his time but from a futuristic setting, even having a few unusual gadgets of his own, which instantly caught the attention of the deathslinger, who wants to steal those tools from Cassidy and reverse engineer it into something new (and since Cassidy is also a wanted man, he would also collect the bounty just for the hell of it).
* Not one to make many friends, most folks in his life always looked down on him for being irish-american. Of all deities, only Aran Ryan was crazy enough to approach the deathslinger and many expected the boxer to get skewered the second he got close to Quinn, but he actually took a liking to Ryan. Apparently, Aran is kind of a way for Caleb to get closer to the people from his heritage and even if he probably could have started with someone less insane, the fact that he is a killer working for a EldritchAbomination doesn't exactly do wonders for your reputation.
* Despises corrupt officials, wardens especially considering he used to work for one. The likes of Amanda Waller or the Warden (not to be confused with Hellshire's warden, who also goes unnamed) disgusts him for being callous and using criminals as fodder, swearing to rip their brains out with Redeemer should they ever try something funny with him. Quinn was also placed in the Wall after an altercation during one of his many escapades as a BountyHunter, which ended horribly for the organization as mere hours after being placed into a cell, the Entity snatched Quinn from his cell without anyone noticing.
* That being said, he did manage to make some friends in the field. Erron Black, who also serves supernatural forces, is sympathetic to Quinn's plight with being screwed over by others and often works together with him, which has somehow made the relationship between the Entity and Outworld actually somewhat amicable, but even the latter is hesitant to work with an abomination that even the Elder Gods would have trouble dealing with.
* As a BoxedCrook, Caleb is actually sympathetic to Tychus Findlay's situation. Widely different timeframes aside, they aren't that different considering how Terrans are viewed as inferior to the humans of earth just like Caleb's irish side always screwed him over one way or the other. Being knowledgeable about engineering, Caleb has actually tried to help Tychus get rid of his suit but his unfamiliarity with futuristic tech didn't help much unfortunately. That said, Tychus could get freed should he serve the Entity but even then Tychus is firmly against serving an abomination like that.
* John Donovan is actually quite sympathetic with the treatment Quinn received back in the day, but draws the line at that considering [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse that's not a reason for murdering innocents]] in the name of some evil god. Donovan has tried to persuaded Quinn to leave the Deathslinger moniker behind and go legit but he neither trusts the Pantheonic system to forgive him nor does he think he can straight up leave the Entity just because.
* After being screwed over by his creations being patented by Bayshore, he refuses to create stuff for any big organization or rich deity. In fact, he has been approached numerous times and every time he just shanks them to death with Redeemer as a grizzly reminder that he isn't messing around. Caleb has an habit of actually targetting deities in Pantheon/BusinessesAndCorporations and sacrifice them to the Entity just to get back at those types that wronged him in the past.
* The only time the Deathslinger was actually in real trouble was when he pissed off the Saint of Killers. Legendary for killing both god and the devil, the Saint heard of Quinn's reputation and sought him out, asking him about why he would work for the Entity. Quinn initially brushed him off as another annoying cowboy out to get him but he quickly found out how powerful the Saint was when he was instantly put down by one of his bullets. Worse yet, The Saint of Killers is actually aiming to destroy the Entity and put an end to it permanently thanks to Caleb's actions, which certainly has displeased the creature who punished Quinn accordingly by severing their connections for a few days and depowering him.
