An illustrated suggestion adventure (ISG) started by '''freeformschooler''' of the Bay 12 forums (best known for its [[VideoGame/DwarfFortress dwarfs]]) on January 17, 2013. It mixes inspiration from classic dungeon crawlers and other retro video games, tabletop games, and the works of [[Creator/AndrewHussie Andrew Hussie]], with an ever-evolving storyline and a respectable host of side characters. The game was officially ended by freeformschooler on February 25, 2017, though the final update was four months prior and regular updates had tapered off well before that point. ** Aside from a few characters commenting on game mechanics, the forumgoers seem to exist in the Warrens universe as spirits of some kind, and can be summoned in special "spirit duels" or by certain traps. ** The Outer Slicer, despite not even being targeted by Ciro or his allies, leaves to get reinforcements rather than fight them. However, it is unclear if this is due to pragmatism or just not wanting to deal with the insanity of the group.
