* PinkBoyBlueGirl: Dusk and Piper have this dynamic.

* LoveDodecahedron: Kainashi seems very attached to Rowan, but Rowan is much more interested in Wilson. Jezebel might also arguably like Wilson, but she might also like Thaddeus, whom may like her back. Wilson also had that [[{{Squick}} disturbingly]] OutOfCharacterMoment where he said he liked Madigan (which his roleplayer said was a BlatantLie, but since there seems to be no decent in-canon explanation for said confession...), but [[ShipperOnDeck Siren ships her]] with Bernie ([[SheIsNotMyGirlfriend which seems to aggravate him]]). Wilson and Augustin both seemed to show some interest in Ellen Junior, but then she and Kyle ended up becoming an OfficialCouple. Augustin seemed a bit upset with hearing that, but then Cass came along and he started to take some interest in her (or at least Mathew thinks so, and he could be right).

** Heather's [[HasTwoDaddies parents]] aren't exactly romantically involved. Their relationship, for the most part is an [[InterspeciesFriendship Interspecies]] VitriolicBestBuds [[InterspeciesFriendship Friendship]]. Then, of course, her mouse dad started to develop another level of feelings for her cricket dad, and... Well, to put it simply, they did some things that led to them arguing the next day, which led to [[MakeAWish the wish being made]] that eventually brought Heather into being.

** Also Yuuka, the morning after she met "The Bully."

** Jim, in his own opinion. In truth, he's actually more like TheArthurDent.

* RightBehindMe: [[{{Dhampyr}} Xavier]] calls [[TheArthurDent Jim]] a {{Robosexual}}...[[CrowningMomentOfFunny as Jim is standing behind him]].

* TheArthurDent: This trope definitely defines Jim.

Something similar happened when the alternate-universe, mad scientist counterpart of Bernie's father managed to find a way to make his parents [[IfYouKnowWhatIMean get together]]...[[{{Squick}} without his father's consent]].

* NotWhatItLooksLike: During [[spoiler:the fight with KJ]], Ellen and Kyle accidentally land in a [[IfYouKnowWhatIMean rather awkward position]].

** Siren appears to be in her early to mid twenties, but she's really only four years old. [[FridgeHorror Now think about her past]] [[IfYouKnowWhatIMean "encounters"]]. ''[[{{Squick}} All of them.]]''

* FakeBrit: Rowan pretends to be one.

* TheUglyGuysHotDaughter: Piper and Kurgan Junior look quite pretty in their concept art, despite their respective fathers being [[{{TheBatman}} a deformed flipper person]] and [[{{Highlander}} a barbaric immortal]].

* AncestralWeapon: Kyle's weapon was passed down from [[{{Highlander}} Ramirez to Connor MacLeod/Russel Nash]] to him, Xavier's .38 once belonged to his mother, WordOfGod says that Kurgan Junior's broadsword was once her father's and (according to WordOfGod) Inochitori's knife is the same knife [[YumeNikki Madotsuki]] used.

* BadAss: Kurgan Junior, Kainashi and Newt.

* [[DaddysLittleVillain Daddy's Little Villain(ess)]]: Roxy and Kurgan Junior. Grover might be one, depending on [[AmbiguousGender what gender you see him/her/it as]].

* EldritchAbomination: Thaddeus has one that live under his sink, named Sinkthulu. [[MundaneUtility He uses [Sinkthulu] as a living garbage disposal.]]

* HairOfGold: Yuuka and (in an unusual male example) Bernie are both blonde.

* JustFriends: Piper said that she and Dusk are not a couple before they actually did become a couple. Madigan and Bernie really are just friends, but Siren (and arguably Thaddeus and Mathew) ships them anyway.

** If you're one of those people who thinks that RapeIsLove...Dusk's parents would be a disturbingly exaggerated version of this (his mother was arguably not a teenager yet, and his father is goodness knows how old).
* MeaningfulName: Siren is, fittingly, a beautiful girl ([[PettingZooPeople sort of]]) who can charm most anyone with her voice.
** "Inochitori" is Japanese for "[[TitleDrop deadly mistake]]".
** "Kainashi" means "worthless".

* MixedMarriage: [[BadAss Kurgan Junior's]] mom, an African-American, ended up marrying [[CuteBookworm Bernie's]] dad, a British caucasian. [[HalfHumanHybrid Considering]] [[CompleteMonster everything]] [[HybridMonster else]] in this role-play, this is one of the ''least'' questionable things in it.

** Susan is so talkative that Thaddeus had to cast a silencing spell on her just to get her to shut her up.

* MysteriousPast: A few of the Mistakes have these; the most puzzling one might be Kurgan Junior's.

* ObliviousToLove: Wilson. Dear ''God'', Wilson. Not only is he oblivious to others who love him, but he seems to be oblivious to ''others who are '''in love in general''''' as well. (See also: TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers.)

* OlderThanTheyLook: Dorian, possibly.

* OverlordJr: Salvation, Chester and Master II. Grover could arguably be one, [[AmbiguousGender depending on what gender you perceive him/her/it to be]].

* ReferenceOverdosed: Just look at all those [[ShoutOut Shout Outs]].

* RightBehindMe: Xavier calls [[TheArthurDent Jim]] a robosexual...[[CrowningMomentOfFunny as Jim is standing behind him]].

** Similarly, Mathew's roleplayer has done his research on wolves for Mathew, badgers for Tumnus and mice for Cass.

** Bernie looks an awful lot like a younger, blonde version of his dad, Reginald Stewart.

* TheArthurDent: Jim, initially.

* ThisIsWrongOnSoManyLevels: Kyle and Thaddeus said something along those lines with Wilson's OOC confession of love for Madigan.

** [[ObliviousToLove Wilson]] (A), [[{{Yandere}} Rowan]] (B), and [[ActionGirl Jezebel]] are type 3.
** [[DeadpanSnarker Augustin]] (A), [[{{Omniglot}} Newt]] (B), and [[GeniusBruiser Kyle]] are a type 4.

* AmbiguousDisorder: Kainashi seems vaguely autistic.

** Try not to compare Dorian's hair to...[[JustinBieber this guy's]].

* RightBehindMe: Xavier calls [[TheArthurDent Jim]] a robosexual...[[CrowningMomentOfFunny as Jim walks up behind him]].

** Ellen Junior eventually found out about her father and what happened to him. [[spoiler:Originally, Ellen's role player wanted her to find out about who her father was and what happened to him through a diary that her mother kept before and during the time she was pregnant, but dropped the idea in favor of a scrying session.]]
