He goes to magic school with his self-proclaimed rival [[VideoGame/RiverCityGirls Misako]] and takes in a strange cat named [[VideoGame/SonicFrontiers Sage]] as his familiar. However, he also has to contend with demons who want to take Sage away, including [[VideoGame/FreedomPlanet Sash Lilac]] and [[Manga/JujutsuKaisen Miguel]]. Gon also briefly gets involved with a cult of religious fanatics including [[Manga/MyDressUpDarling Marin Kitagawa]] and [[VideoGame/AHatInTime the Badge Seller]].

* ''Anime/{{Aggretsuko}}'': [[Franchise/LoveLive Nico Yazawa]] is an office lady who deals with all the crap she endures at her workplace (like her stoic-yet-mischievous co-worker [[Franchise/LittleWitchAcademia Professor Nelson]] and her bullying boss [[VideoGame/{{Overwatch}} Roadhog]]) by singing DeathMetal at the local karaoke joint. She eventually has a brief romance with [[Webcomic/OnePunchMan Saitama]] and [[Anime/BNABrandNewAnimal Shirou]] has a PrecociousCrush on Nico.
