The last one they find is Origami Tobiichi playing the role of the Emperor, naked except a cape. She is so lost in her role that she doesn't notice she is naked until the others point it out. She claims the clothes could only be seen by people with love in their hearts, and because of her love for Shido, she deluded herself into thinking she could see it.
