The Pigs and the Bears are on holiday at the same time in Rocky Bay, but Podgy isn't nearly as excited about it as Rupert -- not when it means being forced to spend time with his cousin Rosalie. Rosalie isn't a big fan of the arrangement, either, and jumps on the opportunity to ditch the boys to go off on an adventure with a young sea serpent she befriends. Thinking she's in trouble, Rupert talks Podgy into helping him go look for her, but the more they learn, the more confusing things get. What exactly is her new friend so afraid of? Where did all the treasure come from? And why would it be so terrible if they got caught near it...?
The only episode where Rupert has co-ed companions, and the only time one of his inner circle of friends is part of the conflict he tries to resolve.
