See, the thing is, that logic could apply to pretty much every single development in the show. I\'m reasonably certain no one went insane from learning that there rainbow/sonic boom hybrids, love potions, reality-warping chimera things voiced by Q, etc. This is a magical pony land powered by friendship. Time travel is not nearly as big a stretch as you\'re making it.
