* AmbiguousSituation: By the end of the episode, its not made entirely clear if Roy is Sara's killer or not. While it appears that his dream of killing Sara is a corrupted version of his memory of killing the police officer last season while insane from Mirikuru, there's still a lot of evidence that suggests Roy's dream could be accurate, and there's no definite confirmation that the final assumption is right. In either case, Oliver is convinced he's not the killer, but Oliver is known to ignore obvious realities concerning those he cares about.
