The Sharp X1 was a Japanese home computer line produced by Sharp Corporation from 1982 to 1988. It was considered part of the major trinity of Japanese computers alongside the Platform/FM7 and UsefulNotes/PC88, despite not selling that many copies. It received a revision called X1 Turbo with better graphics and was succeeded by the UsefulNotes/SharpX68000.
