* In ''WesternAnimation/MiloMurphysLaw'' it is revealed that Melissa is afraid of roller coasters because Phineas and Ferb's crushed her science project, and was just a few feet away from crushing '''her''' too. So, how many inventions of Phineas and Ferb (when are not destroyed at the end of the episode) have caused collateral damage or even risked to kill someone?

* This is, as a whole, a mildly creepy episode, which may or may or not be a ShoutOut to a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adventure_Thru_Inner_Space beloved Disney attraction]]. Its status as Nightmare Fuel is understandable due to its FantasticVoyagePlot, but the ''real'' kicker is during the song "Hemoglobin Highway", when an ''entire eyeball is seen [[BodyHorror inexplicably floating around in Candace's]]'' '''[[BodyHorror bloodstream]]'''. And it's not just randomly placed in the background, ''[[http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/phineasandferb/images/4/4f/Hemoglobin_Highway.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130727052943 it takes up half the freaking screen]].'' To make it worse, said eyeball ''watches the boys as they pass by in their mini-sub''. Oh, and it's a BigLippedAlligatorMoment to boot.

* Doofenshmirtz's childhood best friend, Balloony ventures into the UncannyValley territory.
* Ferb flies so fast that ''his face is ripped off his skull.''

* Grandpa Reg literally lost his feet without visible reason (it was the boys' teleporter) and got the feet back, only backwards. This is played for laughs.

Oh, and it is also a LiteralGenie that is not afraid of pulling {{Gambit Roulette}}s at your expense. It says "I knew this would happen" and then explodes at Doofenshmirtz's building. IT KNEW IT WOULD DIE.

[[AC: Skiddley Whiffers]]
* We find out that Doofenshmirtz has a [[ItMakesSenseInContext fire hydrant]] ''stuck under the skin of his leg''.

[[AC: The Curse of Candace]]
* The song is a parody of teen vampire movies, but the coloring and Ozzy Osbourne-esque voice make it chilling to the core.

* This episode is creepy on ''so'' many levels. That's right, Phineas and Ferb deliberately created an AI smarter than them to trap them repeatedly - a new trap every time they escape one - so that they may ''never'' be able to get out. The mallet they built to smash it from the outside in case of the inevitable emergency? Doesn't work. And ''then'', when they finally get into their backyard (by tunneling through the ground), the thing traps them with a shield and announces its plan to ''cut off their air supply''. The happy ending? The shield expands to include the entire galaxy. Cold comfort. (As a little-added bonus FridgeHorror, Candace, who'd typically come dashing in to bust/save them in an episode of this type, is asleep the whole time.)

[[AC: Gi-Ants]]
* Played for laughs, but Carl turns the lights off when Monogram finishes briefing Perry and Perry leaves, and when Monogram tells Carl to turn the lights back on, he's answered only by an evil laugh, and Carl says that it wasn't him...

[[AC: Where's Perry? - Part Two]]
* The evil Phineas robot's transformation.
--> "I know what I'm going to destroy today."

* Doofenshmirtz's evil monster form.

** Also a BrickJoke from "Nerds of a Feather" appears, (the rare Ducky Momo collectible plate that had a typo making it accidentally say "I hate people") is very cleverly added into the background during the chase song, but the situation when you see it makes it both funny yet ironically disturbing at the same time. Plus, not long after she got said plate she dropped and broke it.

** The second 'story' was more funny, with Doof summoning the Inexplicable Giant Floating Baby Head so he can get three wishes. However, to symbolizes how many wish he has left, his hand has [[BodyHorror the faces and hair of the Giant Floating Baby Head, which can even make his fingers move on their own!]] Doof even comments on it being [[NightmareFuel "Slightly Horrifying".]]

[[AC: Vanessassary Roughness]]
* Vanessa almost being torn to shreds when the rope she's tied to gets caught in a lawnmower and pulls her up. If it wasn't for Ferb's intervention, how much of Vanessa would have covered the Escalator floor?

* Playing as Phineas in the online game for TheMovie. Due to the shape of his head, you can ''see (part of) his eyeballs when viewing him from behind''. Maybe there's a reason we rarely (if ever) view Phineas directly from behind (or for that matter, directly from the front) in the cartoons.

* The entire haunted house, but the [[SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic song Phineas sings]] provides more than enough effect to make it more entertaining than scary. That is, until it goes berserk and Candace is taken through it without the aid of her brothers.

* Norm in this episode is funny, but also pretty creepy: his face is completely immobile, with a frozen grin and wide, crazy eyes, he runs with an unnaturally stiff gait, and spouts nonsense in an eerily cheerful voice as he tries to smash Perry.

* Perry has to wear a cone on his head for the entire day. The reason he has to is that it's to prevent him from getting at patches of missing fur on his body. The way he got like that, however, can be kind of scary: he fell into a ''sandpaper factory''. Sure, he got out with only patches of his fur missing and his entire subplot of him trying to get into his lair are pretty hilarious, but the thought of him falling into a sandpaper factory is not.

* The SanitySlippage when it's revealed that the whole episode is Candace's nightmare (within Perry's nightmare), especially the bit where Candace turns around, and suddenly Phineas and Ferb are juggling a pair of corn dogs between each other, just due to how out of left field it is.

* The characters helplessly being pulled in by a gnawing Id Candace is very chilling. Candace puts it best when she says she's got s really weird mind.

* It would probably just be easiest to say "the whole episode", when compared to most of the series, but let's give a few examples anyway.

*** The song is also unnerving, and the tune and haunting lyrics are just the tip of the iceberg. Imagine being Candace: [[ParanoiaFuel You're alone, in a dark house and it's storming. Then, you hear a creak. Then later, footsteps. Then you see something out of the corner of your eye or in the corner of a mirror and when you turn around, there's nothing there.]] Throughout the song, Candace starts off calm, and by the end she's calling Stacy in terror.

*** And let's not forget the end. [[spoiler: Ducky Momo isn't evil, he just wanted a hug. Why? Because Candace didn't expose it to moonlight, which was the key factor for it being evil. Then the moon comes out and shines on [[KillerTeddyBear Mr. Miggins]] who grows ''claws and teeth'' and sports a horrible expression and ''[[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou leaps at the screen]]'' to the [[SarcasmMode delightful sound]] of Candace screaming.]] Cue commercial break, then a new, unrelated segment all together.

** Finally, there's the third 'story', involving Perry having grape juice spilled on him (via Buford) which creates an evil, purple clone. The clone, after scarring the kids, pours more juice onto itself to create more clones, and then they spread out throughout Danville causing havoc and [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking playing tennis]]. In the end, the kids, after trying and failing to wipe out the at least several hundred clones, they end up in a grape juice box factory and end up ''[[spoiler: [[FamilyUnfriendlyDeath being ripped to shreds]]]]'', thankfully offscreen. Of course, [[spoiler: it was all just a story and the ending got changed from that]], but that arguably makes it worse... ''[[CheerfulChild Phineas]]'' wanted the story to end that way!

** When Candace escapes [[spoiler: Mr Random's]] hideout, you can also see a bin with [[FridgeHorror dead Klimpaloon recreations]].

* Seeing Phineas act so harsh and coldly because [[spoiler: Candace continuously screws up the attempts to give the Marvel superheroes their powers back]] just because of how serious he thought the situation was is pretty unsettling to watch, if only because we are so used to Phineas being much happier than this. And this was the third time he ever had an outburst; the first was the movie after finding out Perry's secret and the second was when he tells Candace to firmly get on the trike.

* Stacy [[http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140524182458/phineasandferb/images/3/3c/Khguykd.png after]] she [[spoiler: is bitten by a spider.]]
* Rodney's willingness to throw the Earth into a new Ice Age is kinda disturbing, even going so far to destroy the reverse switch and self-destruct button on his latest machine to ensure that he would accomplish that, which would endanger the entire world population. [[spoiler:Fortunately, Doofenshmirtz's HeelFaceTurn was enough to prevent it from happening as he holds sheer disgust over Rodney's plot; even Perry too shares Doof's feelings over the event, as evidenced when [[EnemyMine he personally helped Doof in taking down the machine to save the Earth and foil Rodney for good]]]].

* Two words: [[spoiler:Darth Ferb]].
** [[spoiler: Just imagine seeing this from the point of view of Phineas. You see your brother get a new makeover and laugh it off, thinking this is all a joke. That's right, Phineas and Ferb deliberately created an AI smarter than them to trap them repeatedly - a new trap every time they escape one - so that they may ''never'' be able to get out. The mallet they built to smash it from the outside in case of the inevitable emergency? Doesn't work. And ''then'', when they finally get into their backyard (by tunneling through the ground), the thing traps them with a shield and announces its plan to ''cut off their air supply''. The happy ending? [[spoiler:The shield expands to include the entire galaxy.]] Cold comfort. (As a little added bonus horror, Candace, who'd typically come dashing in to bust/save them in an episode of this type, is asleep the whole time.)

* The Kinderluper. Apparently it kidnaps naughty kids and puts them in his sack, with "naughty" being defined as drinking water, slightly tilting their head or even just blinking. Although according to Roger, it rewards good kids. Indicating once again how abusive Doofenshmirtz's mother is towards him and treats Roger the opposite way.

* When Perry and Doofenshmirtz are exploring Doof's castle during a costume party, an they come across an elevator that opens and two identical twin girls walk out and down the hall, quickly and in unison with blank expressions on their faces.It doesn't help that they are dressed in the same outfit or that they're wearing normal clothes rather than costumes. What do Perry and Doofenshmirtz do? [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment Get on the elevator without a word and continue the hunt.]]

* Seeing Phineas act so harsh and coldly because [[spoiler: Candace continuously screws up the attempts to give the Marvel superheroes their powers back]] just because of how serious he thought the situation was is pretty unsettling to watch, if only because we are so used to Phineas being much happier than this. And this was the third time he ever had and outburst; the first was the movie after finding out Perry's secret and the second was when he tells Candace to firmly get on the trike.

** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGqsEBgXHVI trailer]] for the special is already pretty creepy, especially since there's ''so many pharmacists''.
** The transformation from normal person into Zombie-Doofs is beyond disturbing, as it's sheer BodyHorror. Add to the fact that their entire motivation is to turn you into another Doof...yeah.

** When Phineas, Isabella and Ferb are going to activate the vortex sprayer to spray all the Doof-zombies back to normal with water, the Doof-zombies ''climb the pillars of the water tower'' towards them! It gets worse when, just as they are about to be touched, Ferb [[HeroicSacrifice sacrifices himself so they can go]] by kicking them away...and is then touched by one of them, shortly turning into a Doof-zombie in front of Isabella and his step-brother!

** Near the end of the episode, [[spoiler: Isabella says: "Everything is fine behind the walled-city of Danville, but it's a bummer about the rest of civilization. Cut to a shot of a now walled-off Danville, ''surrounded by Doof-zombies.'' Meaning Doofenshmirtz caused TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt, ''completely by accident.'']]

So, how many inventions of Phineas and Ferb (when are not destroyed at the end of the episode) have caused colletral damage or even risked to kill someone?

** '''[[TheHeroDies Agent P getting infected.]]''' Yes, you read that right. Perry the Platypus, who has gone through another dimension and fought endless times with Doofenshmirtz with little to no trouble, and has overall been shown to be extremely good on the job, [[AndThenJohnWasAZombie is touched by one of the Doof-zombies and is helpless to do anything as he transforms into yet another fusion between Doof and an animal]]. It also highlights the fact that, as pointed out earlier by Phineas, even someone who is a complete {{Badass}} at hand to hand combat (as many of the characters are) is [[TheWorfEffect helpless]] against the zombies if they are unarmed, because ''any'' physical contact will cause infection.

* Rodney's willingness to throw the Earth into a new Ice Age is kinda disturbing, even going so far to destroy the reverse switch and self-destruct button on his latest machine to ensure that he would accomplish that, which would endanger the entire world population. [[spoiler:Fortunately, Doofenshmirtz's HeelFaceTurn was enough to prevent it from happening as he holds sheer disgust over Rodney's plot; even Perry too shares Doof's feelings over the event, as evidenced when he personally helped Doof in taking down the machine to save the Earth and foil Rodney for good]].

* Many of Doofensmirtz's defeats are really really dark at times for a kid's show. Once he was stranded on Mars (Though it had breathable atmosphere because... because), Another time he was left trapped inside a submarine on the bottom of a lake, another time he and a bunch of other scientists were zapped into another dimension and eaten by an alien baby. Cartoons (especially Disney) have done the "villain gets trapped in a situation they couldn't possibly escape from but do anyway to preserve status quo and is never explained" scenario all the time, but it doesn't make these any less dark.

* This is, as a whole, a mildly creepy episode, which may or may or not be a ShoutOut to a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adventure_Thru_Inner_Space beloved disney attraction]]. Its status as nightmare fuel is understandable due to its FantasticVoyagePlot, but the ''real'' kicker is during the song "Hemoglobin Highway", when an ''entire eyeball is seen [[BodyHorror inexplicably floating around in Candace's]]'' '''[[BodyHorror bloodstream]]'''. And it's not just randomly placed in the background, ''[[http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/phineasandferb/images/4/4f/Hemoglobin_Highway.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130727052943 it takes up half the freaking screen]].'' To make it worse, said eyeball ''watches the boys as they pass by in their mini sub''.
