* BreakupSong: "Dead to Me" describes the aftermath of an apparently very dysfunctional relationship, with the speaker saying she gave everything for him and he always demanded more, and she's ''sick of it''.
-->''"You were the harlot of my heart\\
Like a fool I played my part\\
But now you're hanging on your cross\\
And I am banging in the nails\\

You're no one\\
Mean nothing\\
You're worthless\\
Dead to me"''
* MaleBandFemaleSinger: Like [[Music/{{Nightwish}} her previous band]], Anette is the frontwoman for a PowerMetal band composed entirely of men.
* MohsScaleOfRockAndMetalHardness: Much like Music/SonataArctica, floats somewhere around the 6-7 range, with the heaviest song on their debut album probably being "Dead to Me" (which has backing HarshVocals provided by Niilo Sevänen of Music/{{Insomnium}}). Anette sings her usual soprano clean vocals with HardRock-sounding guitar work, though the bass is more distorted.
* PowerBallad: "Someone You Used to Know" starts with just Anette and a piano and gradually adds in other instruments until the whole band is playing soft rock by about the three-minute mark.
