When threatened by a team of United Nations officers, he would order his men to slaughter all of them in the Japanese branch, leaving only one survivor from each base. He would launch various attacks on the city and was even willing to [[WouldHurtAChild kill children]] if it meant advancing his goal. If any of his minions so much as thought of disobeying him, [[BadBoss he would kill them on the spot]]. Nearing defeat, he would use the sacrifice of his most loyal general, Golden Mask, as a way to both escape and carpet-bomb Tokyo, causing untold destruction, not even caring about the death of Golden Mask. Caring only about himself and power, he would also serve as a prototype of countless, diabolical villains of the franchise that would succeed him.

Anyone who fails him, regardless of rank, is [[YouHaveFailedMe sentenced to death]], with Iron Claw personally executing many of the CRIME Bosses under him. When his master, an alien conqueror named Shine, demotes him in favor of Great King Icarus, Iron Claw jumps at the first opportunity to execute Icarus and take back his place, and when J.A.K.Q. exposes Shine as [[TheManBehindTheCurtain a powerless fraud]], he immediately abandons him. Later resurfacing after his supposed demise, he enacts Operation UFO: [[NukeEm nuking all the great powers of Earth]] and fleeing to space for a few years before subjugating the remnants of humanity.

To make his students try harder, Bias builds two robots disguised as aliens, Guildos and Butchy, and programs them with FakeMemories, killing Butchy when he discovers the truth and tries to defect. Eventually, Bias sacrifices his top student Kemp to complete the Giga Brain Wave so he can use it to turn all of humanity into his slaves. When his Giga Brain Wave is stopped and Megumi offers him kindness, Bias mocks her and [[RedemptionRejection rejects any chance at redemption]].

* [[TheEmperor Great Boma (Violent) Emperor Lagorn]] is the [[BigBad supreme ruler]] of the Hundred Boma Tribes who sought to finish their war with humanity and the fairies. Despising failure and having a short fuse, [[BadBoss Lagorn]] would punish his men and even force his three most loyal generals, who were responsible for freeing him, into final stands which resulted in their deaths. [[FantasticRacism Despising anything human-related]], Lagorn [[PlayingBothSides manipulated both the Wandering Boma and Turborangers into trying to kill each other]], and later stripped them of their powers. A monstrous misanthrope who doesn't care about his tribe and is only concerned with power and the destruction of humanity, for his final scheme, Lagorn would attempt to destroy the Turborangers' base in order to release the army of 108 Boma sealed beneath it.

* [[ItsAllAboutMe Vulgyre]] once [[StalkerWithACrush desired a woman named Meadow to be his queen]] and, when she rejected him, chased her until she fell of a cliff, keeping her soul captive within him. Assuming her likeness, Vulgyre [[BigBad takes command]] of the Galactic Imperial Army Zone as part of his plan to destroy 1,000 inhabited planets--with Earth being the thousandth--as part of a ritual to obtain eternal life so he could become God of the Milky Way. When his true identity is outed to his subordinates, [[BadBoss Vulgyre]] fuses two into a mindless monster to force them to continue serving under him. Corrupting Chevalier's soul using the blood of his victims, Vulgyre absorbs the energy of his death to take on his destructive "[[OneWingedAngel Galactic Super Beast]]" form.

Doing anything to gain power, Radiguet aids the Jetman in killing Juuza and takes advantage of the Jetman defeating his rival to torture him to insanity. Gaining a lustful obsession with Rie, Radiguet brainwashes her into becoming his servant and when it wears off, spitefully kills her to prevent her from being with anyone else. Returning in the [[https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Choujin_Sentai_Jetman:_Toki_wo_Kakete non-canon manga]], Radiguet, as sadistic and cruel as ever, gleefully possesses his old rival Tranza and tries to wipe out humanity again. Trapping Ryu, the Jetman leader, in a painful time loop where he will suffer endless agonies. Later kidnapping Ryu and Kaori's daughter, Radiguet turns her into his own child, Ruma, to make her kill her parents, or enjoy them killing them. When this fails, he simply tries to kill "Ruma" along with her father.

Guirail also tricks his own allies into being subjected to horrible experiments while being unconcerned about collateral damage. Even his own allies are revolted by how far Guirail is willing to go and are more than happy to set him up to his own end.

Then, in a cruel and cold act, Grandiene sends her own son Beast Baron Cobolda to his death to accomplish her goals; revealing to Dark King Zylpheeza that [[AbusiveParents she never really cared for the well-being of her children]]. After the destruction of her physical body, she [[DemonicPossession possesses]] Zylpheeza and revives Salamandes as a [[EmptyShell soulless]] Destruction God in a final attempt to wipe out humanity. As fitting of the family theme in [=GoGoFive=], Grandiene stands for everything the Tatsumi family bond isn't.

* [[TheChessmaster Captain Ryuya]], the descendant of Tatsuya Asami, serves as the [[BigBad ultimate mastermind]] behind everything that occurred in the series. He helped Don Dolneiro to escape from captivity and releasing the other Londerz prisoners who would wreak havoc on the present, with one even trying to release a virus to poison an entire city. He would later drive Gien--who was a 5-year-old—[[DrivenToMadness to insanity]], which lead to [[WouldHurtAChild his death]]. He was responsible for the crisis that took place in the finale (he had seen two futures--one in which 1/3 of the 21st century is destroyed and one in which the 31st century ceases to exist). Willing to kill billions of innocents to [[ItsAllAboutMe save his own hide]], he is everything the Timerangers are not.

''[[AC:Series/NinpuuSentaiHurricaneger]]''
* [[BigBad Boss/Leader Tau Zant]], master of Jakanja, is a monstrous being who destroys worlds throughout the cosmos to become the supreme being. Coming to earth, Tau Zant begins targeting civilians and cities while destroying the Hurricenger ninja school, leaving only a few survivors. [[BadBoss Betraying his own men]] and having them eliminated [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness once their purposes are served]], Tau Zant gleefully attempts to harness the Evil Force trapped beneath Earth to [[OmnicidalManiac destroy the very universe]] and [[AGodAmI recreate it as a god]].
* [[KnightOfCerebus Seventh Spear, Sandaaru]], is Tau Zant's [[TheDragon most powerful and wicked soldier]]. Leader of the Seven Darkness Lances, Sandaaru is a [[ThreateningShark vicious shark-like alien]] known for destroying entire worlds. Coming to earth to assume leadership of Jakanja's military, he immediately shows himself as a more brutal and cunning foe than the Hurricengers have yet faced, even killing the ninja Lady Gozen to steal a magic gem from her. Betraying his own side and eliminating fellow Lances when they have fulfilled their purpose, Sandaaru even [[TheStarscream turns on and kills Tau Zant]] before attempting to hijack his plan to use the Evil Force to wipe out all life and become a god in his stead.

* [[BigBad Wicked Life God Dezumozorlya]], worshipped by the Evoliens as a GodOfEvil, has launched genocidal wars against innocent planets for no reason other than bigotry, for fun, or because the people of those worlds refused to worship him as a god. It also stands as the only [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rapist]] in the entire franchise as it brainwashed Mahoro so she could give birth to [[TheDragon Lijewl]] and cares nothing about the fact that its acts are despicable. Despite his belief in his superiority to other lifeforms, Dezumozorlya demonstrates cruelty and sadism, such as how it takes sheer delight in the destruction it causes in the finale, which shows it is NotSoDifferent to the beings that it despises.

* [[BigBad Agent Abrella]] is a ruthless ArmsDealer who sells weapons to criminals so as to continue galaxy-destroying wars, regardless of how many lives are taken. Seven galaxies have been destroyed due to Abrella's hideous actions, with him having the blood of billions on his hands. Abrella is motivated by [[WarForFunAndProfit both his desire to increase his wealth as well as simply for fun]], and treats all crime as a business opportunity and helps with the destruction of cities, selling slaves, pawning stolen merchandise, or filming obscenity. After the Dekarangers defeat most of his criminal clientele, Abrella [[VillainousBreakdown loses it]] and goes on a city-wide destruction spree, planning to wipe both them as well as the Earth out and [[ToCreateAPlaygroundForEvil plunge the Galaxy into violent lawlessness and disorder]] to ensure his warmongering can continue.

''[[AC:Series/MahouSentaiMagiranger]]''
* [[DragonInChief Hades Wise God Dagon]], leader of the [[JerkassGods Infershia Pantheon of Hades Gods]], is dedicated to the revival of the Dark God [[GreaterScopeVillain N Ma]]. Adhering to the Dark Precepts, Dagon shows no regret in executing his fellow God Ifrit when [[YouHaveFailedMe Ifrit fails to defeat the Magirangers within a time limit]]. Dagon soon shows his true colors by cheating, and when the good-hearted Hades God Titan attempts to seal away N Ma within himself, Dagon ambushes and kills him, releasing N Ma to devour Magitopia, earth and even Infershia as well. Betraying and attempting to kill his honorable companion Sphinx, Dagon later rejects her offer to ally with the humans, claiming all he desires is destruction and to see "the ultimate nightmare."

* [[OurDragonsAreDifferent Long the Infernal Dragon]] is the [[BigBad true leader]] of the Genjūken. Growing bored of his ancient immortal life, Long [[ManipulativeBastard manipulates humanity]] and is responsible for hundreds of years of war and strife. Eventually deciding to [[OmnicidalManiac destroy the world]] to alleviate his boredom, Long tries to corrupt Maku into the god of destruction, succeeding in turning him to the dark side, though his omnicidal goals are stopped. Trying the same with Jan and Rio, years later, Long destroys their hometown, killing Jan's parents and brainwashing the soul of his dead father into becoming one of his generals and trying to get him to murder his own son. Also corrupting Rio, [[TreacherousAdvisor Long acts as his right-hand-man, while truly guiding him down the path of evil]] in the hopes of cultivating the destruction he desires.

* Though a light-hearted work, [[BigBad Crime Minister Yogoshimacritein]] still [[KnightOfCerebus stands out as a monstrous being]]. Ordering his minions to destroy the sound, magic and prism worlds, Yogoshimacritein nearly drives the Gian race to extinction in a bid to gain power for himself. Ravaging Earth when he arrives, Yogoshimacritein sends waves of {{killer robot}}s to crush any opposition so he can rule supreme. Caring nothing for his own minions, Yogoshimacritein uses two of his loyal followers as {{human shield}}s to save himself from an attack and later mind controls them to use as CannonFodder. His robot army defeated, Yogoshimacritein launches a final crusade to force the eleven braneworlds under his iron-fisted rule.

* [[HellSeeker Sujigarano Akumaro]] shows that a villain can take a show to even darker levels even if it was already fairly dark to begin with. The Gedōshū at large wanted to create enough anguish to cause the Sanzu River to rise high enough to flood the world of the living, thus enabling their incursion thereof. Akumaro, on the other hand, wanted to [[HellOnEarth open a portal to Hell]] because he wanted to [[TheHedonist enjoy absolute human suffering]]--even though said opening would destroy both the human world and the Sanzu River. He also made Fuwa Juzo's sword from [[PoweredByAForsakenChild Juzo's dead parents]], whom he murdered himself. His monstrosity extends to even the Ayakashi who [[BadBoss serve under him]]; they seem specifically made to cause as much suffering as possible in order to further his goal, which was to use the suffering of people as a wedge into one of six precise points along a line, at the center of which was a portal to Hell.
* [[TheBrute Fuwa Juzo]] was a remorseless BloodKnight to the point that even his fellow [[DemonOfHumanOrigin Gedōshū]] wouldn't trust him; he even only became a Gedōshū in the first place so that he could keep killing in spite of his sickness. Akumaro saw potential in him for his ability to walk the line between humanity and the Gedōshū and sought to use him to open the gates of Hell. However, he [[KickTheSonOfABitch throws a sharp wrench into the plan]], declaring that he already knew that his sword made by Akumaro was made of his parents--a fact which Akumaro had recently told him to bring him to a DespairEventHorizon--and that he didn't care.

''[[AC:Series/TensouSentaiGoseiger]]''
* [[DarkMessiah Buredoran[=/=]Brajira of the Messiah]] is a [[FallenHero fallen Gosei Angel]] seeking to destroy and rebuild the world because he deems it corrupt. In the distant past he murdered his allies to become more powerful, after which he escapes into the future, where he manipulates an alien army into invading Earth and unseals monsters born of pollution he himself sealed away to do his dirty work. After his memory is erased and he is enslaved by Robogog, he develops a relationship with Metal Alice. Together, they restore his memory and destroy Robogog. [[UngratefulBastard As thanks]], Brajira murders a wounded Metal Alice. Brainwashing Gosei Knight, Brajira tries to enact his plan by using massive drills to destroy the world. When fatally wounded, he decides to just destroy the planet anyway, even though he can't make a new one. While claiming the world is corrupt, his attitude and omnicidal tendencies [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist expose his noble motives as hollow]], and prove him to be just a madman with [[AGodAmI a god complex]].

''[[AC:Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger]]''
* [[ItsAllAboutMe Basco ta Jolokia]] represents SelfishEvil, and is far worse than his boss and his replacement/dad. He betrayed the Red Pirates, leaving Aka Red to his apparent demise and Marvelous alone, while stealing several of their gathered treasures under the pretense that "you have to sacrifice something to get something else", which means that if he wants something, he sacrifices anything to get it, and isn't above blackmail; hurting children; blowing up schools—and the students; and [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder betraying allies]], including his supposed MoralityPet Sally, for anything he wants. He does all this with a cheery smile, and is usually [[FauxAffablyEvil cheery and jovial]], but when he is the main focus, the situation gets even worse than when Space Empire Zangyack is the main focus.

''[[AC:Series/TokumeiSentaiGobusters]]''
* [[DragonInChief Enter/Dark Buster]] is responsible for turning innocents--including children--into his [[UnwillingRoboticisation robot slaves]] and using them as {{human shield}}s, showing sickening amusement with his own cruelty. After the destruction of his boss, Enter takes over as the new Messiah, seeking to assimilate all of Earth to rule supreme. Turning the heroic Hiromu into a SoulJar to allow himself to continuously regenerate if defeated, Enter forces the Go-Busters to [[SadisticChoice considering killing their friend to stop him]]. When Hiromu threatens to kill himself to stop Enter, he tries to put Hiromu into a coma to force him to become a docile part of his nefarious scheme.

''[[AC:Series/ZyudenSentaiKyoryuger]]''
* [[OmnicidalManiac Ferocious Knight D]] is one of the first and most remorseless Deboss Knights in existence. Debuting as the [[BigBad main villain]] of ''[[Film/ZyudenSentaiKyoryugerGaburinchoOfMusic Gaburincho of Music]]'', he was released after 100 million years of slumber, receiving Fake Kyouryger powers transforming him into [[EvilCounterpart Deathryuger]]. Kidnapping a friend of Daigo named Meeko in an attempt to resurrect Tobaspino and use the former as a power source for Spinodai-Oh as part of his genocidal plan to wipe out all life on Earth. Upon defeat he later returns in the series proper, where after escaping from Deboss Hell, D turns Meeko into his personal necromancer, with the intention of making her resurrect the various fallen monsters in his plan to conquer the planet. When the Kyoryugers thwarted his latest evil plan, D attempts to [[TakingYouWithMe blow up the Earth by enlarging himself out of spite]].

''[[AC:Series/DoubutsuSentaiZyuohger]]''
* [[BigBad Lord Ginis]], an alien with an InferioritySuperiorityComplex, despises being made of [[{{Mook}} Moebas]], beings he looks down upon. Creating the Deathgaliens, Ginis uses them to serve as his warriors in the "Blood Games"--wherein he challenges and destroys other worlds--currently having done so to [[OmnicidalManiac 99 planets]] and now targeting Earth. Creating an ever-collapsing barrier around planet Earth, Ginis plans to allow it to destroy the world unless the heroes managed to deactivate it. Although his barrier is stopped, Ginis sets up a destructive robot to continue his genocidal plans. [[ManipulativeBastard Cunning and manipulative]], Ginis tricks the friendless Misao Mondō into becoming his servant and hires a sadistic alien hunter to make his "game" of planetary destruction more interesting for himself. When one of his men betrays Ginis after finding he was responsible for the destruction of his home planet, Ginis defeats and spares him, before watching with amusement as the [[DrivenToMadness broken man]] insanely destroys everything in his path. After all but one of his followers are killed, Ginis decides to end the Blood Game by injecting his cells into the core of the Earth, wiping it out entirely. Incapable of loyalty or gratitude, when the Zyuohgers discover Ginis's body to be made of Moebas and reveal it to his last remaining follower and she declares her loyalty to him in spite of this, Ginis, cruel to the end, [[BadBoss kills her off]] for [[DontYouDarePityMe daring to pity him]].
* ''[[Film/DoubutsuSentaiZyuohgerTheMovieTheHeartPoundingCircusPanic The Heart Pounding Circus Panic]]'': [[BigBad Domidol(l)]] is an alien [[RepulsiveRingmaster ringmaster]] who runs an [[CircusOfFear evil circus]] where he enslaves his victims, including [[WouldHurtAChild children]], as he traverses the cosmos to build his ultimate intergalactic ring. Destroying planets and stars he deems as in his way, Domidoll arrives to Earth, kidnaps a host of children and plans to [[HumanResources convert their fears and sorrow to energy]], whereupon he will begin bombing Earth's cities. His ultimate goal is to obliterate Earth to clear the space for his circus, and he has no compunction attempting to murder children who get in his way.

''[[AC:Series/UchuSentaiKyuranger]]''
* [[EvilFormerFriend Kuervo/Quervo]], the ex-best friend of Tsurugi Ohtori, supposedly died blocking an attack from [[BigBad Don Armage]] for Tsurugi. {{Secretly|Selfish}}, Kuervo only sacrificed himself so he would be known as a hero throughout the universe. After Armage was apparently defeated, a dying Kuervo allowed Armage's essence to possess him so he could become more powerful. Unlike Armage's other hosts, Kuervo maintained his complete identity, allowing Armage to use him as a host to take over and subjugate the universe. After his true identity was revealed to his subordinates, Vulgyre forcefully fused Doldora and Zaza together to transform them into a mindless monster when they refused to continue serving him. He then corrupted Chevalier's soul with the blood of his victims and had him killed so he could absorb the energy of his death in order to become his "[[OneWingedAngel Galactic Super Beast]]" form. A cruel being who [[ItsAllAboutMe cares for nobody but himself]], Vulgyre is as vile as his name implies.

[[ItsAllAboutMe Doing anything to gain power]], Radiguet aids the Jetman in killing Juuza and takes advantage of the Jetman defeating his rival to torture him to insanity. Gaining a lustful obsession with Rie, Radiguet brainwashes her into becoming his servant and when it wears off, spitefully kills her to prevent her from being with anyone else.

* [[AGodAmI Great Professor Bias]] has [[TheCorrupter corrupted three geniuses]] before the show began, [[TheChessmaster turning them into his students]]. He has them massacre the remaining geniuses at Academia. After kicking out Goh Omura and attempting to kill him, Bias recruits the aliens Guildos and Butchy. When Guildos tries to prove his superiority through Guild-zuno, it is revealed that both aliens are actually robots built by Bias to make the humans try harder, which he coldly tells Butchy to his face after Guildos's death. After Butchy is convinced to defect, Bias blows him up. Goh later realizes that Bias only wants his students for their brains, one of which will be used for the Giga Brain Wave, which will turn all humanity into Bias's slaves and make Bias immortal. After Yusuke saves the world from the Giga Brain Wave, Bias is reverted to a child who shifts his goals from conquest to [[OmnicidalManiac destruction]] and mocks Megumi's kindness when she offers it, before finally [[RedemptionRejection rejecting redemption]].

He also made Fuwa Juzo's sword from [[PoweredByAForsakenChild Juzo's dead parents]], whom he murdered himself. His monstrosity extends to even the Ayakashi who [[BadBoss serve under him]]; they seem specifically made to cause as much suffering as possible in order to further his goal, which was to use the suffering of people as a wedge into one of six precise points along a line, at the center of which was a portal to Hell.

Creating an ever-collapsing barrier around planet Earth, Ginis plans to allow it to destroy the world unless the heroes managed to deactivate it. Although his barrier is stopped, Ginis sets up a destructive robot to continue his genocidal plans. [[ManipulativeBastard Cunning and manipulative]], Ginis tricks the friendless Misao Mondo(u) into becoming his servant and hires a sadistic alien hunter to make his "game" of planetary destruction more interesting for himself. When one of his men betrays Ginis after finding he was responsible for the destruction of his home planet, Ginis defeats and spares him, before watching with amusement as the [[DrivenToMadness broken man]] insanely destroys everything in his path. After all but one of his followers are killed, Ginis decides to end the Blood Game by injecting his cells into the core of the Earth, wiping it out entirely. Incapable of loyalty or gratitude, when the Zyuohgers discover Ginis's body to be made of Moebas and reveal it to his last remaining follower and she declares her loyalty to him in spite of this, Ginis, cruel to the end, [[BadBoss kills her off]] for [[DontYouDarePityMe daring to pity him]].

* [[SmugSnake Commander Guirail]]'s defining features are his {{sadis|t}}m and his love for [[TryingToCatchMeFightingDirty underhanded tactics]]. A brutal, savage fighter who relishes the pain of his victims, Guirail's only loyalty is to himself, as he repeatedly demonstrates, not hesitating to catch his own enemies in the crossover to gain an advantage, particularly his ally Yugande: After "tricking" him to work together for the common cause, Guirail makes him take full brunt of damage when the chips are down against him. Guirail also tricks his own allies into being subjected to horrible experiments while being unconcerned about collateral damage. His most defining crime, however, is his kidnapping [[WouldHurtAChild children]] just to use them as {{human shield}}s to seize his advantage. Even his own allies are revolted by how far Guirail is willing to go and are more than happy to set him up to his own end.

* Commander Guirail is a seriously depraved creature with love of underhanded tactics, whatever it takes to win. Even [[WouldHurtAChild children]] wouldn't be spared. His favorite tactic seems to be using {{human shield}}s. Anyone's fair game, even his ally Yugande: After "tricking" him to work together for the common cause, Guirail [[DirtyCoward makes him take full brunt of damage when the chips are down against him]]. He's the only one amongst Nejirejia Kingdom who knows nothing of "family/companionship" value: The moment Yugande was subjected of those things, both Hinelar and Shibolena [[EvenEvilHasStandards were thoroughly disgusted]] and socked him with a PsychoSerum under the guise of power-up in revenge of what he did to Yugande.

* [[BigBad Grand Witch Grandiene]] is the EvilMatriarch of the Saima Family and the ultimate form of all the minus energy in the universe. After [[TheDragon Dark King Salamandes]]'s death, Grandiene takes matters into her own hands and used the evil energies gathered by him and his siblings to complete her revival. Then, in a cruel and cold act, Grandiene sends her own son [[DishingOutDirt Beast Baron Cobolda]] to his death to accomplish her goals; revealing to [[NobleDemon Dark King Zylpheeza]] that [[AbusiveParents she never really cared for the well-being of her children]]. After the destruction of her physical body, she [[DemonicPossession possesses]] Zylpheeza and revives Salamandes as a [[EmptyShell soulless]] [[OurDragonsAreDifferent Destruction God]] in a final attempt to [[OmnicidalManiac wipe out humanity]]. As fitting of the family theme in [=GoGoFive=], Grandiene stands for everything the Tatsumi family bond isn't.

* [[BigBad Agent Abrella]] sold many weapons supporting galaxy-destroying [[WarForFunAndProfit wars for fun and profit]] to most of the Alienizers, regardless of how many lives were taken. Once a galaxy is destroyed, he moves to the next to generate [[{{Greed}} profit]] and destruction. Abrella treats any and all crime as a business opportunity, and it doesn't matter if you're destroying cities, selling slaves, pawning stolen merchandise, or filming child pornography, as long as the price is right, he'll be more than happy to sell you the tools you need to further your enterprise. And his VillainousBreakdown near the end of the series was caused merely because ''the Dekarangers were ruining his transactions''. Yes, Abrella ''himself'' caused a citywide destruction spree and nearly destroyed the whole of the Space Police [[ItsAllAboutMe ''just so he could keep his job'']].

In the distant past he murdered his allies to become more powerful, after which he escapes into the future, where he manipulates an alien army into invading Earth and unseals monsters born of pollution he himself sealed away to do his dirty work. After his memory is erased and he is enslaved by Robogog, [[AmnesiacDissonance he develops a relationship]] with [[DarkActionGirl Metal Alice]]. Together, they restore his memory and destroy Robogog. [[UngratefulBastard As thanks]], Brajira [[spoiler:murders a wounded Metal Alice]]. Brainwashing Gosei Knight, Brajira tries to enact his plan by using massive drills to destroy the world. When fatally wounded, [[TakingYouWithMe he decides to just destroy the planet anyway]], even though he can’t make a new one. While claiming the world is corrupt, his [[LackOfEmpathy attitude]] and {{omnicidal|Maniac}} tendencies [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist expose his noble motives as hollow]] and prove him to be just a [[DarkMessiah madman]] with [[AGodAmI a god complex]].

* [[PsychoForHire Basco ta Jolokia]] represents SelfishEvil, and is far worse than his [[GeneralFailure boss]] and his [[OrcusOnHisThrone replacement/dad]]. He betrayed the Red Pirates, leaving Aka Red to his apparent demise and Marvelous alone, while stealing several of their gathered treasures under the pretense that "you have to sacrifice something to get something else", which means that if [[ItsAllAboutMe he wants something, he sacrifices anything to get it]] and isn't above blackmail. He would [[WouldHurtAChild hurt children]], [[StuffBlowingUp blow up schools and youngsters]], and [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder betray allies]], including the MoralityPet, for anything he wants. He does all that with a cheery smile befitting of a {{Troll}} and did it for [[{{Greed}} profit]] and [[ForTheEvulz whatever fun he wants]]. Basco's disposition is usually [[FauxAffablyEvil cheery and jovial]], but when he is the main focus, [[KnightofCerebus the situation gets even worse]] than when Space Empire Zangyack is the main focus.

* [[KnightOfCerebus Ferocious Knight D]] is one of the first and most remorseless Deboss Knights in existence. Debuting as the [[BigBad main villain]] of ''[[Film/ZyudenSentaiKyoryugerGaburinchoOfMusic Gaburincho of Music]]'', he was released after 100 million years of slumber, receiving Fake Kyouryger powers transforming him into [[EvilCounterpart Deathryuger]]. Kidnapping a friend of Daigo named Meeko in an attempt to resurrect Tobaspino and use the former as a power source for Spinodai-Oh as part of his genocidal plan to wipe out all life on Earth. Upon defeat he later returns in the series proper, where after escaping from Deboss Hell, D turns Meeko into his personal necromancer, with the intention of making her resurrect the various fallen monsters in his plan to conquer the planet. When the Kyoryugers thwarted his latest evil plan, D attempts to [[TakingYouWithMe blow up the Earth by enlarging himself out of spite]].

* [[BigBad Vulgyre]] killed Princess Meadow for [[StalkerWithACrush rejecting his attempts to covet her]]. Impersonating her, Vulgyre created the Galactic Imperial Army Zone, planning to use it to destroy 1,000 inhabited planets in a bid to become the immortal [[AGodAmI God of the Milky Way]]. Coming to Earth after destroying the other 999 planets, Vulgyre forcefully transformed his own General Doldora and her subordinate into a mindless monster after they refuse to continue to serve him after discovering his true nefarious plan. Corrupting Chevalier's soul by charging him with the blood of his victims, Vulgyre intends to have Chevalier killed as a power-up for himself. Becoming [[OneWingedAngel Galactic Super Beast Vulgyre]], he unleashes his final assault on the city and it is revealed Vulgyre has kept Meadow's soul captive for his own selfish needs.

* [[KnightOfCerebus Seventh Spear, Sandaaru]], is Tau Zant's [[TheDragon most powerful and wicked soldier]]. Leader of the Seven Darkness Lances, Sandaaru is a [[ThreateningShark vicious shark-like alien]] known for destroying entire worlds. Coming to earth to assume leadership of Jakanja's military, he immediately shows himself as a more brutal and cunning foe than the Hurricengers have yet faced, even killing the ninja Lady Gozen to steal a magic gem from her. Betraying his own side and eliminating fellow Lances when they have fulfilled their purpose, Sandaru even [[TheStarscream turns on and kills Tau Zant]] before attempting to hijack his plan to use the Evil Force to wipe out all life and become a god in his stead.

* [[DragonInChief Lieutenant Colonel]] [[DragonAscendant Shadam]] cares nothing for his two sons and wife, as shown by his [[AbusiveParents amazingly abusive treatment]] to Akomaru. He also shows zero honor: When Doushi Kaku showed mercy for him and the tables were turned for his side, Shadam instead uses the chance to [[UngratefulBastard mercilessly and brutally murder Kaku]] through an utter CurbStompBattle. He also doesn't care about any of his subordinates; they are clay dolls created by him and he plans to discard them once [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness they are useless to him]]. He doesn't care about his master either. [[ItsAllAboutme It's all about him in his head]].

Whenever ''Franchise/SuperSentai'' decides to go DarkerAndEdgier, expect [[CompleteMonster these kinds of creeps tend to appear]]. Of course, the LighterAndSofter ones might not be excluded from this...

* [[BigBad Back Dimensional Count Radiguet]] is a genocidal maniac with [[AGodAmI megalomaniacal fantasies of ruling the Dimensional War Party Vyram and Earth under an iron-fisted dictatorship]]. When his boss, Empress Juuza, arrived, he [[TheStarscream planned to overthrow her and attacked her]]. Failing at this, he had his memories removed and was banished to Earth, where he met a dying girl, whom he cured unknowingly and becomes his lover. After regaining his memories, he spurns and rejects her and than [[KickTheMoralityPet promptly kills her]]. Always wanting to rise higher and higher in the Vyram, he briefly aids the Jetman in killing his master Juuza, and later, after the Jetman defeat his rival Tranza, he has him tortured until he becomes insane and leaves him at the door of an asylum. Gaining a lustful obsession over having the love interest of Ryu Tendo, a girl named Rie, he has her brainwashed into his loyal servant Maria. After the brainwashing wears off, he kills Rie by saying he'd rather do that than give her to Red Hawk. A being of immense cruelty defined by his [[ItsAllAboutMe selfishness]], Radiguet stands as one of the worst the franchise ever produced.

* [[DragonInChief Enter/Dark Buster]] started with his "attempts" to appease his Majesty [[BigBad Messiah]]. This involves causing misery as much as he likes and pulling UnwillingRoboticisation, even on children, using them as human shields, while having a blast while doing all of this with an unabashedly relaxed, but still nasty speech pattern peppered with French phrases. Even after Messiah is apparently destroyed, he attempts to revive him before later deciding [[AIIsACrapshoot that he would be much better at the job then his lowly creator]] and escalates his horrors, going so far as to implant himself with two cards containing backups of Messiah's data--one of which also contains Masato Jin's data--in order to become the new Messiah, as well as implant Hiromu with another card to serve as his SoulJar, forcing the Go-Busters to face the possibility of killing Hiromu in order to stop Messiah once and for all. He even threatens to harm Hiromu so grievously as to put him into a coma, just so that he can keep said Soul Jar alive without worrying about Hiromu attempting to off himself--assuming the card would let him do so.

* [[BigBad Galactic Super Beast Vulgyre]] serves as the true antagonist. A [[GeniusLoci plant-like alien]] who once coveted the hand of Princess Meadow, after she refused him, he took her life. Later impersonating her, he would use her as [[TheManBehindTheMan his figurehead]], creating the Galactic Imperial Army Zone with the purpose of destroying 1000 inhabited planets with the hope of becoming immortal and the [[AGodAmI God of the Milky Way]]. After succeeding in destroying 999, he made his way to Earth to complete his goal. He forcefully transformed his general Doldora and her subordinate into a mindless monster after they discovered the truth about him and refused to continue working for him. He helped turn Chevalier into a killer to corrupt his soul with the blood of his victims, with the purpose of killing him off later to gain a power-up. Later becoming [[OneWingedAngel Galactic Super Beast Vulgyre]], he launched an attack on the city and it was shown that he had kept the soul of Meadow from moving on [[IfICantHaveYou just so he could have her for himself]]. Vulgyre is obsessed with pleasing only himself, uncaring to the countless innocents whose lives that he took and has one of the highest body counts in the history of the franchise.

* [[BigBad Long]] the [[OurDragonsAreDifferent Infinity Dragon]] has to remove all worldly attachments from a person by systematically destroying everything they love in order to create the god of destruction and destroy the world. He did it four thousand years ago to Maku, causing the original rebellion, the Kensei had to use a forbidden technique and be turned into animals before he could destroy the world. Years later, Long destroys Jan and Rio's hometown. Jan loses his mother, forcing him to be raised in the jungle. Rio is taken in by Master Shafu, but eventually turns away and seeks evil power to get revenge on anyone. His motivation is [[ForTheEvulz boredom]], and since [[AGodAmI he's an ancient being]], he thinks he has all the rights to manipulate these lesser creatures for his own amusement at their expense.
