After Vane attempts to escape his abuser, "Papa" punishes him by repeatedly throwing him to the floor, heavily injuring his body, while also {{Gaslighting}} Vane into thinking "Papa" loves him. When the Foundation investigates "Papa's" cabin, they find boxes filled with other SCP-6618 instances and a pit containing at least several hundred corpses, Vane's among them. All of these corpses are [[AndIMustScream wailing like infants even after their bodies have rotted away]], with some of them being crushed to the point of near liquification and granularization, and are only able to cry for their Papa, who has already escaped the Foundation's grasp.

Ultimately killed by Francis to save their daughter from her, Lily's actions caused the Scarlet King to haunt her universe, forcing the SCP Foundation to use the horrific Procedure 110-Montauk to prevent the arrival of the evil deity.

Experimenting on hundreds of people with live brain surgeries to convert them into unwilling SuperSoldiers to act as sleeper agents and vivisecting others, Madison left some of her victims either dead, comatose, mentally challenged or paralyzed. Describing in perfect detail what would happen to her victims [[PsychopathicWomanchild like an excited child]], Madison's successful creations were divided into two categories: Mikes with invasive cranial implants that controlled nerve impulses while they are [[AndIMustScream aware of everything]], and their handlers, who have been augmented with computer interfaces to enslave Mikes, the "vehicles" and the "drivers" respectively. When given a target by the Delta Command, Madison is disappointed in them for wasting the true potential of the Mikes, which involves clearing minefields, bioweapons dispersal, dangerous labor and "plain old distraction", only changing her mind when she realized that she could kill an associate of her past as payback for [[DisproportionateRetribution having supposedly keyed her car]], unleashing the Mikes to commit a massacre at a GRU site that left hundreds of people dead, executing the wounded Mikes before sending them on more missions, killing even a pregnant woman. After Madison was finally captured, she betrayed the Insurgency to live comfortably under Foundation custody, surviving an assassination attempt and vivisecting a crying Mike for fun.

After the torture has ended with the death of his victims, the Yule Man places the youngest child in a sack with other children and takes them to his sweatshop, a cave filled with mud and bones, where they are forced to work for him in making toys from the remains of other children, until they are either [[WouldHurtAChild devoured, starved to death]] or turned into toys themselves. Aside from beating the children who wouldn't work hard enough, the Yule Man would also burn them or bite off their fingers. When a little girl named Ekaterina Morozova couldn't work because she was sick, the Yule Man forced her friends to replace her eyes with painted pebbles, sew her mouth with tendons and remove her scalp to turn her into a living life-sized doll.

Aware of the world outside his game, Farmer advertises ''Goat VR'' in several websites across the internet to lure potential victims and damages their brains through their headset to leave them comatose, collecting the consciousness of players and [[AndIMustScream reshaping them into deformed goats to suffer as his pets for eternity]], erasing the individuality of those who misbehave. When contacted by the lead researcher on his case, Farmer initially pretends to be misunderstood but quickly drops the act once the man sees through his façade, demanding that they stop deleting his online posts to toy with more visitors and gleefully admitting that he [[{{sadist}} enjoys hurting innocent human beings]] before finding a way out of the game and getting his hands on Site-301.

After his unit dies off, Lawrence is hospitalized before he attempts to sexually assault a nurse, an attack that costs her an eye and a few fingers. Lawrence is then institutionalized before he disappears, taking several patients with him and leaving their teeth behind for the staff to find.

AM also turns Ted into a head on a pair of short legs, allowing him to find an entire pile of food with can openers, but not giving anything to eat them with. Ted considers this to be nothing compared to what he has to endure every day. Eventually, AM turns Ted into [[http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-173 SCP-173]]-- deliberating choosing the color yellow as it was the one [[TheLostLenore Ellen]] feared-- and creating [[http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-131 SCP-131]] to stare at him, leaving him unable to move at all for years at a time if they caught him. AM, enraged at losing Ted, tracks him to the new universe, where, upon learning of the human presence, AM decides to annihilate them for the same reasons he destroyed the humans of his own world, despite the fact they had nothing to do with it, showing his motive is [[MisanthropeSupreme raving misanthropy]].
