** ''ComicBook/GuardianDevil'' [[AudioPlay/DaredevilGuardianDevil adaptation]]: [[NotSoHarmlessVillain Mysterio]], [[ManipulativeBastard Quentin Beck]], is a MasterOfIllusion who is determined to cement his legacy of supervillainy. Diagnosed with cancer due to the chemicals he has used in his criminal career, Mysterio decides to utterly ruin Daredevil so as to go down in infamy. Drugging and [[MedicalRapeAndImpregnate artificially impregnating]] a teenage girl, Mysterio waits until she gives birth, then murders her parents, tricks her into handing the baby over to [[Characters/MarvelComicsMattMurdock Daredevil]], then kills the girl as well. Using a variety of disguises and trickery, Mysterio convinces Daredevil that the baby is the Antichrist and nearly drives the hero into killing the infant; to further Daredevil's downward spiral, Mysterio murders Foggy's girlfriend and frames him for it, then convinces Karen Page she has AIDS. After he massacres his dozens of henchmen, Mysterio hires Bullseye and has him murder a church full of nuns, kill Karen, and kidnap the baby so Mysterio can use it as a hostage to set the stage for a final showdown with Daredevil.

** [[BigBad Shen Yen]] is responsible for the entire plot, spanning 100,000 years. Originally he was Pangu, the leader of ancient gods, an uncaring bigot who believes everything below ancient gods to be beneath him & waged a war with ancient dark ones in order to annihilate them. During the war, he saw the power of Hei Long and then tried to kill him as well as his wife, which backfired on him as Hei Long slaughtered the entire pantheon out of anger. Later he was revived as Shen Yen, who was given authority over punishing any god who breaks the rules (i.e. not considering humans or dark ones as something beneath their boots) and dark ones. He was the one behind the spreading of patrification sickness within dark ones and lured Nitian Erxing's brother into the domain of the gods by using his brother as a bait and then murdered him. He was also the one who issued the punishment to Shi Xing. Later on he uses the war against dark ones as a mean to dispose Tian/Hei Long and regain his powers from 100,000 years ago turning back into Pangu. After that, he once again invaded the dark one's new city in order to annihilate them, all the while planning to eliminate all current gods for being created from ancient humans.
** [[WhiteHairBlackHeart Bai Lian]] manages to eclipse many of his fellow JerkassGods for evil. One of the Sage Kings of heaven, Bai Lian engages [[TheHero Wu Geng]] in combat and reminds Wu Geng of when he was enslaved in the mines. It is then revealed Bai Lian has murdered every slave who ever befriended or helped Wu Geng and presents their preserved heads to him. Bai Lian says he had no reason to kill them, [[ForTheEvulz he just felt like it]]. He is also forcing the mines' master, who loved the slaves, to assist him by holding the man's beloved son hostage. When Wu Geng convinces Master Li to help him, Bai Lian [[WouldHurtAChild orders the child killed]] without a second thought. He also lures Wu Geng to where Wu Geng's grandfather Fu Yi is held hostage so Wu Geng [[SadisticChoice will be forced to euthanize him]]. Bai Lian chose that spot solely so he could bask in Wu Geng's despair, knowing what the young hero would be forced to do and how it would affect him.
* ''Manhua/InfiniteApostlesAndTwelveWarGirls'': [[TheEvilPrince Second Prince Razzle]] of the Kenz Kingdom murdered his stepmother, took his infant twin half-siblings to a random orphanage until they came of age, and seized his half-sister to be his personal assassin and punching bag while his half-brother is abandoned in the slums to fend for himself. Razzle has a loathing for his adopted brother and does everything humanly possible to destroy him. When said brother succeeds in crafting the knight order, Razzle goes to the king and requests said knight order be transferred to him; when that fails, Razzle proceeds to kidnap the order from their homes and have them used as test subjects for his grand plan of turning his country's entire population into undead monsters that can't be freed. Then Razzle puts his plan into motion by kidnapping one of Yu's {{love interest}}s, Linda; [[{{Patricide}} poisoning his own father, the king]]; and murdering his accomplice Kyle Polette, so nobody can shut him down. Razzle tries to sacrifice both his half-siblings and Linda to an ancient artifact to launch a ZombieApocalypse and TakeOverTheWorld.
* ''Manhua/LangHuanLibrary'': [[ManipulativeBitch Tian Xian]], better known as Cultivator in Red, is one of the current Grandmasters of Tian Xian's sect. [[DrivenByEnvy Growing envious]] of her junior after she got promoted as the matriarch of Tian Xian's sect instead of Tian Xian, Tian Xian then began to manipulate several innocent bandits from Tian Yu mountain to massacre several innocent towns in order to drain the villagers' blood and increase her cultivation level to the Heavenly Realm, with most of her victims' bodies shriveled into becoming skeletal remains. When her plans are foiled, she made a promise to massacre all of the people near Tian Yu mountain after returning to her true form.

* ''Manhwa/ShinAngyoOnshi'': [[ManipulativeBastard Aji Tae]], the [[BigBad man responsible]] for a country's destruction, devours the king to take his form, manipulating his people and the king's good friend, [[AntiHero Munsu]]. While ruling like this, he transforms the country into HellOnEarth, intending to convince Munsu that his old friend has turned into a genocidal tyrant. He kills the woman Munsu loves, turns her into an undead, rapes her, and falsely promises her that she will be returned to life if she kills Munsu. After she opts to kill herself, Aji Tae's reaction is to be so infuriated with human goodness that he slaughters everyone around him with guiltless conscience or love in their hearts. The [[ForTheEvulz reason he started the entire scheme]] in the first place is that he wanted to see loyal servants of the country in general fall into the savagery of civil war and destroy each other, and Munsu, in particular, being reduced to absolute despair, because this would have amused him and because he could. Next he sets his sights on making the entirety of humanity into conscience-free monsters like himself. Despite his charming demeanor and good looks, he's a monster with few equals.

* ''Franchise/{{Highlander}}: [[AudioPlay/HighlanderKurganRising Kurgan Rising]]'' (Creator/BigFinish): Architect [[AGodAmI Augustus Mason]], a member of the cult [[ReligionOfEvil Sons of the Kurgan]], used the group's knowledge and resources to construct the Barrow Building, a Parisian skyscraper that was designed to resurrect the Kurgan by ripping his essence out of Duncan [=MacLeod=]. Magically luring numerous Immortals into the structure, Mason places them in medically-induced comas, and forces one, a bishop, to consecrate the building's basement before [[MindRape destroying his mind]] with drugs and torture and using him as bait to lure Duncan into his trap. Mason forces Duncan to decapitate the bishop on the HolyGround, causing a blasphemous Quickening which the occult-infused architecture of the Barrow Building uses to revive the Kurgan. Along with driving Immortals all over the world [[HatePlague violently insane]], the aberrant Quickening also causes supernatural disasters that ravage Paris, killing hundreds. In reality [[ManipulativeBastard using Cortez for a scheme of his own]], Ivanovich has Cortez assist him in capturing Colonel Ray Campbell in the planned ambush, killing Cortez's entire unit in the process. From there, torturing Campbell [[ForTheEvulz for fun]], he uses his life signal to lure Solid Snake and Meryl to him, promising to torture them all to death. Ivanovich reveals his plan to extract the FOXDIE virus from Solid Snake, so that he could use it to create a [[SyntheticPlague biological weapon]] to use against the government and innocent people; Ivanovich turned on Cortez, mortally wounding him, before killing the arriving soldiers, and then trying to sadistically kill Campbell, Meryl and Solid Snake.
