* ''Clive Barker Presents Saint Sinner'' (2002): The [[HornyDevils succubus]], Munkar, murders a monk who [[UngratefulBitch helps awaken her]] before fleeing to the 21st century with her sister Nakir. Killing and feeding on multiple men, Munkar tortures others for information, relishing the pain and fear of her victims as she also seeks to kill the monk Tomas, who intends to stop the two. When Nakir's child is born, Munkar decides to leave Nakir to be devoured by the ravenous infant succubus as Nakir is [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness no longer of use to her]], plotting to turn heroine police investigator Dessler into a succubus and use her to lure in more prey.

* ''Film/VeronicaMars'': [[BigBad Stu "Cobb" Cobbler]] was a drug dealer in Neptune High. After graduation, Cobb gets invited onto a boat party by a group of friends for his supply, but when Susan Knight starts to overdose he lies to the others that it's nothing to worry about. When Susan dies, the others panic and Cobb advises them to dispose of the corpse. Cobb then uses this information to blackmail Gia, Luke and Carrie for ten years. Gia Goodman, the girl he lusted after in high school, is [[SexSlave forced to have sex with him whenever he wants]] and live in an apartment without any blinds or curtains so he can ogle her all day from across the street. When Carrie breaks down, Cobb murders her in her own home and uses Gia to frame Carrie's boyfriend Logan Echolls for the murder in a state with the death penalty. When Gia finally confesses all of it to Veronica, Cobb snipes Gia through the window without a flicker of remorse or regret and tries to murder Veronica to cover it all up.

* ''Film/TheBadSeed2018'': [[EnfantTerrible Emma Grossman]], even worse than her original film counterpart, is a 9-year-old girl with a [[FaceOfAnAngelMindOfADemon cute face but devious mind]]. After her classmate Milo wins the citizenship medal that she feels she deserved, Emma pushes Milo off a cliff and watches him drown to death. Fearing punishment for her crime, Emma puts a wasp nest in Mrs. Ellis's car, causing her to die from a traffic accident and potentially putting other lives in danger. Threatened by her babysitter Chloe flirting with her father David, Emma locks Chloe in a shed and [[ManOnFire sets it on fire, watching her burn to death]]. Revealing to David how she killed her previous nanny after she grabbed her arm, Emma tries to [[{{Patricide}} kill her father]] several times, first by attempting to causing a house fire, and then attempting to shoot him in his sleep, eventually [[TheBadGuyWins succeeding]] by arranging for a police officer to shoot David while she cries in a bathtub.

* ''Gramps'' (1995): [[GruesomeGrandparent Jack MacGruder]] is a grandfather whose [[BitchInSheepsClothing outwardly sweet side]] is a cover for a bloodthirsty sociopath who nearly succeeds in destroying his family, all to get at and [[VillainousIncest rape]] his "precious" 7-year-old grandson, Matthew. About 40 years earlier, Jack was the autocratic head of his household and constantly came up with new ways to [[DomesticAbuse beat his wife]] when she stepped even a millimeter out of line. Finally, the wife works up enough courage to leave, taking her 7-year-old son, Clark, with her and divorcing Jack, who got no visitation rights to see his son. In the present, Clark tracks down his father and, hoping he's changed and gotten his anger issues under control, invites him to stay. Jack charms everyone with his guitar picking, but eventually, he unleashes his pent-up anger on innocent people. He breaks the housekeeper's legs with a [[BatterUp baseball bat]], smashes a fire extinguisher over the head of a police officer, [[WouldHurtAChild runs down a teenaged girl]] with his [[CarFu car]] (and also does the same to his daughter-in-law), and kills his daughter-in-law's father after he gathers evidence to refute Jack's claim that the daughter-in-law was cheating on him. In the end, Jack kidnaps Matthew and one of his female classmates and threatens to [[WouldHurtAChild throw them over the edge of a waterfall]] if Clark does not pay a $1 million ransom.

* ''Literature/MurderInCowetaCounty'' (1983): John Wallace was a wealthy Meriwether County, Georgia land baron and moonshine runner who, in the 1940s, virtually ruled the county with an iron fist and had the sheriff in his back pocket. Wallace would brutally abuse his sharecroppers, such as when he put a man's hands and feet in doorjambs and slammed the door on them, all while [[VillainWithGoodPublicity appearing to be a kind charitable man]]. When Wilson Turner, who ran shine for Wallace, made a little too much money and made his runs a little too often, Wallace beats him severely and orders him off of his land. Knowing that Wallace had several judges in his pocket, Turner steals a prized cow from Wallace's pasture. Wallace then has Turner arrested, released "on a lack of evidence", then ambushed at the gas station. Turner tries to flee but soon runs out of gas, and is beaten to death by Wallace and his thugs. When Wallace is finally arrested and sentenced to death, his last statement is: "Almighty God, only You know my true heart. Prepare to receive me into Your House."

* ''Film/EscapeFromSobibor'': [[FauxAffablyEvil Sergeant Gustav Wagner]] is the cold-hearted [[ThoseWackyNazis Nazi]] deputy commander of the [[POWCamp Sobibor extermination camp]]. Exerting complete control over the prisoners through violence, he personally executes a new prisoner who offends and slaps another officer. He takes away a baby that was sneaked past the extermination selection to be killed, right in front of the baby's mother Naomi, and shoots both Naomi [[WouldHurtAChild and her baby]] on the spot when Naomi resists. When an escape attempt occurs, he had the 13 captured prisoners each select another prisoner to be executed with them, or else he would select another 50 to be executed. All remaining prisoners were then {{forced to watch}} the execution of the 26 men by machine gun, since Wagner said that anyone that isn't watching would be executed as well. A symbol of the Nazis' wanton cruelty, Wagner's actions became a motivation for the prisoners to rise up and escape from the hellish camp.

* ''Don't Look Down'' (1998): [[DomesticAbuse Mark Engel]] plotted his wife Carla's death in order to [[{{Greed}} inherit her family fortune]]. When her sister Rachel fell to her death instead, Mark began killing Carla's new group of friends and [[FrameUp planting evidence pointing to her as their murderer]], [[TamperingWithFoodAndDrink drugging her drinks with hallucinogens]] and using her inherited schizophrenia against her to make her believe that Rachel is still alive and behind the killings. Tormenting Carla's friends with their pasts and digging up dirt on her therapist to [[DrivenToMadness drive her further into insanity]], Mark confronts her and her therapist at the cliff where Rachel fell, revealing his plan and making one final effort to throw the both of them off.

* ''Film/HeadlessHorseman'': The HeadlessHorseman himself was a SerialKiller named Calvin Montgomery even before becoming the horseman. Calvin was also a Satan worshipper and [[HumanSacrifice sacrificed]] multiple [[WouldHurtAChild children]] to him to gain stronger. Eventually, a priest defeats Calvin, and he is killed. Calvin makes a deal with Satan that he would become the Headless Horseman and [[OffWithHisHead take the heads]] of seven to get his head back and for nearly a century does just that. During the film, Headless first murders Seth and takes his head; he then kills Tiffany and then Doc, and picks off nearly all the teens until only Candy, Liam, and Ava remain.

Finding out that the Eye is in King Thal's hands, Argon has his men raid Thal's village, killing countless lives before kidnapping Thal and torturing him for days. With Dar in his grasp, he leaves him hanging over a pit of lava and attempts to use his friend Bey as one final sacrifice before gaining the power of Braxus.

* ''Kung Fu Killer'' (2008 MadeForTVMovie): The wicked [[BigBad Khan]] is a cruel warlord in China who rules with an iron fist and enslaves the peasants to farm poppies for his opium trade which he uses to keep others enslaved to him via addictions. [[EstablishingCharacterMoment In the film's opening]], Khan has a peaceful temple of martial artist monks slaughtered with their grandmaster, resulting in only the hero Crane as the survivor. Keeping scientists enslaved and addicted, Khan has them create a [[DeadlyGas poison gas]] for him to help conquer China, first testing the gas on helpless prisoners. Once satisfied with the results, he intends to spread it across China to assist his conquest.

* ''Nick Fury: Agent of ComicBook/{{SHIELD}}'' (1998): [[MadScientist Arnim Zola]] once developed a horrible bioweapon called the [[SyntheticPlague Death's Head virus]], almost employing its use in UsefulNotes/WorldWarII to kill all of [[UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler Hitler]]'s enemies and win the war for the Nazis before ComicBook/{{HYDRA}} collapsed. An aging but remorseless old man thirty years later, Zola gleefully takes the opportunity to remake the virus for the schemes of HYDRA's current head Viper, allowing her to use it to gas HYDRA's command and attempt to gas all of Manhattan to cause millions of deaths in the process. When Zola's mind is read, the only thing that is seen is a passionate, frightening devotion to warfare, destruction, and the death of millions--a dream Zola eagerly hopes to realize through the Death's Head virus.

Under police surveillance, Gacy constantly mocks the cops for their efforts, believing himself to be untouchable. Gacy attempts to lure two different men to his house to murder them as well, but police surveillance prevents him from murdering them as well. Eventually Gacy attempts to flee the country, but is arrested on drug possession charges. A search warrant of his house and nearby lake reveals that Gacy has murdered 33 people.

** [[spoiler:[[PedophilePriest Reverend Martin Laws]]]], aka "[[FauxAffablyEvil The Wolf]]", is the leader of a [[WouldHurtAChild child sex-and-murder ring]] where he and various officials rape, torture, and strangle kids to death before sewing swan wings onto their corpses. Working with the [[DirtyCop corrupt]] West Yorkshire Constabulary (WYC), he allows them to do whatever they can to keep his club a secret, whether it be torture or murder, even framing people like the mentally challenged Michael Myshkin for the kidnappings. When BJ--a male prostitute who managed to escape the club as a child--returns to kill him, the Wolf coerces BJ into letting his guard down before trying to murder him [[ThisIsADrill with a power drill]].

* ''Paris Trout'': In this 1991 film which aired on Creator/{{Showtime}} and which was adapted from the 1988 novel by Pete Dexter, [[VillainProtagonist Paris Trout]] is a [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain racist]] shopkeeper who loans a car to an African American named Henry Sayers. When Henry does not pay back the loan, Trout goes to the Sayers house with an employee named Buster Devonne to demand payment. When the family does not give him the money, Trout and Devonne shoot the mother, Mary, along with the [[WouldHurtAChild 12-year-old daughter]], Rosie. Arrested for his crime, Trout and Devonne lie that the family attacked them, and they were only defending themselves. Before his court date, Trout [[DomesticAbuse abuses his wife]] by dunking her under water and sodomizing her with a wine bottle. Upon learning that his wife has been cheating on him, Trout [[{{Matricide}} kills his mother]], before attempting to kill his wife. When the man that had sex with his wife appears, Trout kills him instead, before killing himself.
