Marika is transgender, Yui dresses up as his dead older sister, and Parou began crossdressing because the boy he liked wasn't into boys.

* FanDisservice: Almost all of the sexual scenes are this to varying degrees due to the characters ages and the situations themselves. The most sexual main character, Tamura, starts out in an abusive relationship with his crush and TheirFirstTime has him passing out due to pain. Later Tamura [[spoiler:molests Marika]] and this upsets their relationship. Marika's [[ADateWithRosiePalms sexual habits]] are portrayed as uncomfortable due to dysphoria. Later [[spoiler:Tamura tries to sleep with Marika and it's less dubiously consensual than before but the scene is still uncomfortable and Marika becomes scared before anything happens.]] The closest thing to fanservice, [[spoiler: when Ryou sleeps with Hacchi]], is still uncomfortable.
