On-screen presenting partner/off-screen husband Richard Madeley, standing next to her on stage, did not notice and appeared to believe that the crowd was clamoring for his Ali G impression. Fellow TV presenter John Leslie ran out from the audience and covered her up. Judy took the incident in reasonably good graces, and joked later that "thank goodness [she] was wearing an expensive bra."

* The video for Music/{{Madonna}}'s "Papa Don't Preach" has a blink-and-you-miss-it moment (during the first chorus, when she sings "I'm keeping my baby") when she throws down her hands and sticks her chest out at the end of the dance sequence. The action causes her one of her breasts to become partly exposed just before the shot cuts away. Evidently, it was such a quick moment that no one ever bothered to censor it.

* At ''Wrestling/{{ECW}} Holiday Hell 96'', the {{Heel}} team of [[Wrestling/ShaneDouglas "The Franchise" Shane Douglas]] and [[Wrestling/{{Francine}} "The Head Cheerleader" Francine]] d. [[Wrestling/TommyDreamer "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer]] and Wrestling/{{Beulah McGillicutty}}. At one point, Dreamer had Francine set up for a piledriver and was turning around to each side of the ring so everyone could get a glimpse of what was about to happen, which was Dreamer hitting the piledriver and Francine's breasts falling out. Raised to funny because, right when Dreamer grabbed Francine's hair to set her up for the move, announcer Wrestling/JoeyStyles said, "And Dreamer has ''[[ExactWords seen enough]]'' of the Head Cheerleader."

* ''Wrestling/ImpactWrestling'':
** Wrestling/GailKim cites her most embarrassing moment in TNA as when she did her entrance pose while wearing a skirt - and the skirt shot too far up, giving everyone a {{panty shot}}.
** [[Wrestling/KiaStevens Awesome Kong]] suffered this during an over-the-top Battle Royale to determine TNA's first "knockout" champion, which was included on the Bonus Disc for their Video Game. As if the name wasn't enough of a clue, she is a giant black woman whose role is the [[WrestlingMonster Monster Heel]] and is as far removed from the MsFanservice role as a woman in wrestling could be.
* The [[LegacyCharacter second]] [[Wrestling/{{Jacqueline}} Sweet Georgia Brown]] became infamous for these within a year of working for ''USWA'' in 1989, though most cases were "intentional" along the lines of ClothingDamage and Jacqueline also suffered a definitely accidental one during her match with Disco Inferno at ''Wrestling/{{WCW}} Halloween Havoc''. Perhaps most infamously was her match at WWC's 22nd Aniversario against La Tigresa, as it was ''already'' an evening gown match where the goal was to remove it from the opponent and Jacqueline still managed to have a wardrobe malfunction without actually losing the gown or match.

* The October 6, 1997 episode of ''Wrestling/WCWMondayNitro'' opened with a graphic memorializing the wrestler Wrestling/BrianPillman, who had died the day before. The show then went into the arena, the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN, to start the show off with a Nitro Girls dance number. During the routine, Chae's left breast briefly bounced out of her top. This event became known as the "Nitro Nipple."
* ''Wrestling/{{WWE}}'':
** In 1987, during the match that turned Wrestling/RandySavage into a face (after several years of being a heel), the strap of Wrestling/MissElizabeth's dress broke when the Wrestling/HonkyTonkMan shoved her to the mat. The plan was for Wrestling/SgtSlaughter to immediately run in and cover her with a ModestyTowel when she removed her bra, and the camera behind her was supposed to be live, creating a ToplessnessFromTheBack shot where only a few people in the crowd would see anything. Slaughter was late coming in with his cue, and the wrong camera went out live - resulting in her unknowingly flashing her breasts live on TV, making it the first instance of nudity on WWE's national programming.
** While a "Diva" losing her clothes is often planned, at ''Judgment Day 2004'' it certainly wasn't as Wrestling/DawnMarie's tights literally ripped right open, though she was wearing a thong.
** During Wrestling/MickieJames and Wrestling/{{Melina}}'s ''Falls Count Anywhere'' 2007 match, it spills into the locker room and Wrestling/CandiceMichelle orders them out. Melina pulls her Candice's ModestyTowel off and the camera crew cuts away too late. Although the live feed was darkened, the people in the arena still accidentally saw ''everything''.
** In the 10-diva tag match at ''Wrestling/SurvivorSeries 2007'', Wrestling/MichelleMcCool has an unfortunate Nip Slip and actually wrestles for a whole minute with her nipple exposed. The DVD doesn't actually edit it out.
** Wrestling/AJStyles split a huge hole in the back of his pants during his match at TLC 2016.
** During an in-ring promo between Wrestling/EveTorres and Wrestling/BethPhoenix, Eve shoved Beth down and she ended up flashing her panties to the back row of the audience while trying her hardest not to flash her top area to the front row.
** In a Triple Threat match between Wrestling/CMPunk, Wrestling/{{Kane}} and [[Wrestling/BryanDanielson Daniel Bryan]], Bryan was up on the turnbuckle set up for a Superplex and Kane and Punk were pulling each other down... until Kane grabs Punk's trunks and pulls them down, exposing his ass to half the arena in the process.
** One of the {{Easter Egg}}s on the ''WWE Divas South of the Border'' [=DVD=] is a [[HilariousOuttakes Blooper Reel]] which includes a scene of Wrestling/TorrieWilson [[SexySurfacingShot walking out of the water in a bikini]] and her top sort of falling forward but her breasts were covered by a [[CensorBox cross out circle]]. She said, "You can't use that anyway."

*** Wrestling/StephanieMcMahon herself suffered one during an episode of ''Raw'' as Wrestling/TripleH readied her for a Pedigree. She put it away and it popped out again as Wrestling/ChrisJericho saved her. Something similar happens during her divorce angle with Triple H in 2002. After getting his dog run over, Triple H goes after Stephanie & when she tries crawling away, Hunter pulled her pants, exposing her from the back. Though it has been censored since.
*** On a 2007 episode, when Wrestling/{{Melina}} was "dating" Wrestling/{{Hornswoggle}}, he came upon Melina [[ShowerOfAwkward while she was showering]], causing her to run away screaming, covered by a ModestyTowel but he chased after her and managed to [[StrippingSnag pull it away]], leaving her to have a NakedFreakOut offscreen. *** On the 20th Anniversary in 2013, Wrestling/JohnCena is fighting Wrestling/DolphZiggler in a Steel Cage match. Cena tries to stop Ziggler from going over the top, but accidentally pulls down Ziggler's trunks, exposing his ass to everyone watching at home.
*** In a 2013 Raw segment promoting the new RealityShow ''Series/TotalDivas'', [[Wrestling/BellaTwins Brie Bella]]'s breast is briefly exposed. Due to her immediate public apology mandated by her superiors, it's believed that it possibly would have gone unnoticed had they not said anything.
*** Wrestling/{{Batista}}'s jeans suffered a rather large tear after he speared Wrestling/RandyOrton during a 2014 argument with Orton and Wrestling/StephanieMcMahon. The torn jeans later became autographed by Batista and put up for auction.
*** On the Feb. 19, 2018 edition [[Wrestling/KanakoUrai Asuka's]] nipple was exposed after Wrestling/NiaJax dropped her leg so hard, it caused Asuka's top to loosen, it would've been pretty hard to notice if it were not for the fact [[NippleAndDimed her nipple was hard enough to cut diamond]].
** ''Wrestling/WWESmackDown'':
*** On Aug. 9, 2016, the straps of Wrestling/EvaMarie's top broke, but she was able to [[HandOrObjectUnderwear stop it from falling off with her arms]] in time. The referee stopped the match and covered her with a towel, to the boos of the crowd. *** Wrestling/TripleH himself suffered it after the DX vs. Legacy match in 2009. With the fight won, DX celebrates, but Triple H's briefs became disheveled and a clear shot of his twins can be seen. Unlike Stephanie's case, it seems WWE hadn't noticed, as it remains uncensored.
** ''Wrestling/WrestleMania'':
*** The ladder match at ''[=WrestleMania=] X'' had Wrestling/ShawnMichaels getting the top of his tights pulled down, flashing the crowd a full moon. He then delivered an elbow drop off the ladder with his cheeks exposed.
* Wrestling/AllEliteWrestling
** During tay Conti and Red Velvet's match on the November 12, 2020 edition of ''Dynamite'', Tay Conti's shorts gets a little loosened.
** During the AEW Women's World Championship match at ''Double or Nothing 2021'' between Wrestling/HikaruShida and Wrestling/BrittBaker, there was a stretch of the match where the action noticeably slumped and became slow and awkward. What had actually happened was that Shida's top was damaged and started to come undone, forcing the two women to be extremely careful until they could manage to resecure it, for fear of her accidentally flashing the crowd. Fortunately, they managed to avoid any inappropriate accidents.

* ''Film/FantasticFour2005'', Both [[ComicBook/InvisibleWoman Susan]] (Creator/JessicaAlba) and [[ComicBook/HumanTorch Johnny]] (Creator/ChrisEvans) Storm end up showing a lot of skin in both movies due to Wardrobe Malfunction shenanigans involving their powers, usually ClothingDamage and InvisibleStreaker. In ''[[Film/FantasticFourRiseOfTheSilverSurfer Rise of the Silver Surfer]]'', Sue and Johnny even [[PowersAsPrograms swap powers]], and she ends up incinerating her clothes and ending up naked on the streets in front of a dozen of photographers while lamenting "[[ReluctantFanserviceGirl Why does this always happen to me?]]".

* ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfHeroesKuroNoKiseki'': After a battle, Judith's transformation wears off and she is left in a bathrobe. While talking to Van, her bathrobe falls open, giving him an eyeful. She slaps him.

** Later, Gojo manages to help´Shinju Inui pull off a cosplay as Souma (a male character) by compressing her ''huge'' chest with a combination of a {{sarashi}} and B-Holder. Unfortunately, they end up giving in to the pressure after a while.

* ''Manga/GabrielDropOut'': Raphiel has the largest chest of the girls and is also [[BoobsOfSteel the most athletic]], but she ends up being [[DCupDistress held back by them]] in the episode where they take the fitness test since the bra she was wearing that day was too tight and she was afraid to move too much and causing it the hooks to snap, which they eventually do during the running test, causing a lot of bouncing.
