* ''Series/{{Cracked}}'' has an episode featuring a serial rapist who breaks into homes and assaults women while using a nanny cam to record his activities. He eventually makes the mistake of attacking a triathlete and receives the beating of his life when she comes at him with a baseball bat.

As the name would indicate, a Serial Rapist is a character who commits (or attempts to commit) three or more rapes, with a cooling-off period in-between. The reasons for their actions may vary. Perhaps they suffer from some form of sexual dysfunction, and can only achieve gratification through the infliction of sexual violence on others. Perhaps they feel they have been wronged by the opposite (or same) sex, and are trying to gain their "revenge". Perhaps they have a psychological need to dominate others. Or perhaps they are just a [[TheSociopath psychopath]], for whom sexual violence is simply another outlet for their antisocial tendencies. Irrespective of motivations, expect this character to be [[SlidingScaleOfAntagonistVileness one of the most vile in the setting]].

** [[FallenHero Griffith]] is a disturbingly [[RealismInducedHorror realistic]] version. He is defined by his obsession with controlling others and treating them as though they are his property, so he demonstrates a distinct disregard towards consent in sexual situations.

** Angelo Katagiri from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureDiamondIsUnbreakable'' was arrested for robbery and rape at the age of ''twelve'', and his crimes only became more violent as time went on. 20 years later he resorted to [[SerialKiller serial killing]] as well as rape, and was sent to death row for raping and murdering three teenage boys before gaining a Stand and escaping prison. He threatens to rape Josuke's mother after killing his grandfather for arresting him in the past, which leads to him being defeated [[MakesSenseInContext and turned into a rock]] by Josuke.

* An early chapter of ''Manga/TelepathicWanderers'' has Nanase working in a hostess bar and tangle with a customer who rapes one of her coworkers. It's strongly implied he's done it before, and later tries to do the same to Nanase. [[spoiler:A telekinetic man who works at the bar [[PsychicAssistedSuicide forces him to shoot himself with his own gun]].]]

* Junior Roark of ''ComicBook/SinCity'' is a serial rapist who targets children. Also a {{serial killer}}, Junior's focus is on [[LovesTheSoundOfScreaming making them scream so he can get aroused]]. When he encounters the hero who once castrated him, Junior brags how he's going to rape and kill the one girl Hartigan defended years ago, telling him "they've all screamed! Dozens of them, maybe even a hundred!"

* Masayoshi Shido, antagonist of ''VideoGame/Persona5'' was canonically first introduced trying to assault a woman while drunk. In ''FanFic/DearOldDad'' it is very clear that this is not an isolated incident: so much that the Phantom Thieves have a majority of its members being made up of his HeroicBastard children. All of whom are quite fine with killing him for this and much more.
* ''FanFic/ARabbitAmongWolves'': A rare female on male example. [[spoiler: The [=SDC=] manager is revealed to be a sex offender, using her power to rape faunus men]].

** [[WesternAnimation/{{Rango}} Rattlesnake Jake]] has assaulted several characters outside his association with GWF: Rango, Beans, Spinel, Skipper, Hansel, Darnell and Lucky Luke.

* [[TruthInTelevision True to life]], Beria in ''Film/TheDeathOfStalin'' is well-known to be a serial rapist, who got away with his crimes for years as he's head of the KGB. He's charged with over three hundred counts of rape, some even involving prepubescent girls, before he's summarily executed.[[note]]The actual Beria would both troll the streets for random girls to rape, as well as extort sexual favors from women desperate to free their relatives from government custody. His behavior was supposedly so well known and out of control that Stalin once called his daughter to order her to leave the house when he realized she and Beria were alone together.[[/note]] However, at his actual trial, he wasn't really charged with this.

** ''Literature/SmirvlaksStone'' has [[HeinousHyena Lorko Maeliss]], who fancied going around burning and pillage villages and raping anyone he took a liking to.

** There's Armadillo Quintero, a serial rapist Mexican drug lord who first raped a teacher at his juvenile school when he was a child. Armadillo rapes women for revenge towards others, including a 12-year-old girl who testified against him.

* ''Series/LasVegas'': In an early episode, there was a guy who went around parties slipping roofies into girl's drinks to rape them. Delinda almost becomes one of the rapist's victims, which means ItsPersonal for her father Ed, who runs the casino. He tracks down the guy together with Danny and drives him out to the desert before forcing him at gunpoint to dig his own grave[[spoiler:, which turns out to be a bluff on Ed's part.]]

* Myth/ChileanMythology had the Trauco, a repulsive being which preyed on all unmarried women who entered its forest, using its hypnotic stare to immobilise them while it had its way with them.

* The "Orang Minyak" of Myth/MalaysianMythology was a HumanoidAbomination which existed for the sole purpose of violating virgin women.

* From ''VideoGame/FalloutNewVegas'', there's Cook-cook, a Fiend leader, who has a penchant for raping women then burning them alive afterwards. He raped Corporal Betsy and raped and disfigured Pretty Sarah. Even two slavers who sold him a family were [[EvenEvilHasStandards disgusted by him]], as he didn't even wait until they had left before "enjoying" his purchase, starting with the young boy. Also Clanden, a seemingly normal man working for [[TheMafia the Omertas]], who secretly makes {{Snuff Film}}s of him torturing and raping prostitutes that the Omertas provide for him.

* One random encounter in ''VideoGame/RedDeadRedemption2'' concerns a deformed man named Sonny who knocks Arthur out with a wooden plank, ties him to the bed, rapes him and dumps him in the bayou. Judging from the skeletons nearby, this isn't the first time he's done this, making him a SerialKiller as well.

* [[KavorkaMan Glenn Quagmire]] from ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'' is known for drugging, kidnapping, and enslaving various women before eventually sexually assaulting them against their will, even happily giving them [=STDs=]. Several of his victims even included [[{{Ephebophilia}} underaged high schoolers]]. One of his staple drinks is a "Roofie Colada". He often [[KarmaHoudini gets away with it]], though he does get charged for statutory rape in one episode.

* Myth/ClassicalMythology: Most of the male Olympians were known for regularly forcing themselves on mortal women. There's a reason Zeus is the page image for DoubleStandardRapeDivineOnMortal, and when he's not an outright example [[BedTrick he commits rape by fraud]] by disguising himself as someone's partner[[note]]which is how Heracles was born[[/note]]. On the female side after the Titan Eos was cursed with an ExtremeLibido, leading her to kidnap handsome men to be her boy-toys whether they wanted it or not.

* Myth/ClassicalMythology: Most of the male Olympians were known for regularly forcing themselves on mortal women. There's a reason Zeus is the page image for DoubleStandardRapeDivineOnMortal.

* Implied to be the case with the [[CompleteMonster Loathsome Dung Eater]] in ''VideoGame/EldenRing'', HatedByAll [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil for good reason]]. He's a SerialKiller infamous for [[CruelAndUnusualDeath torturing, mutilating]], and "defiling" his victims [[ILoveTheDead and their corpses]] so badly [[DefiledForever even the gods want nothing to do with them]], rendering them BarredFromTheAfterlife. And he's done this to ''[[OmnicidalManiac thousands]]'' over the years.

** [[WesternAnimation/{{Rango}} Rattlesnake Jake]] has assaulted several characters: Rango, Beans, Spinel, Skipper, Hansel, Darnell and Lucky Luke.

* Melalo of Myth/RomaniMythology was a kind of ascended version of this. As the AnthropomorphicPersonification of violence, he was held responsible for ''[[UpToEleven every act of rape in history]]'', whether by personally possessing people into committing the act or by goading them into it.

* ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventure:

* J. Geil ([[DubNameChange AKA "Centerfold"]]) from ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders'' is a prolific rapist and SerialKiller of teenage girls.

* ''Series/CriminalMinds'': The show has had more than its fair share of these, of whom the most notable and prolific include Karl "The Fox" Arnold, Billy "The Prince of Darkness" Flynn, and the Piano Man.
** Some of the show’s most despicable villains are the serial child molesters, including one who victimized [[spoiler: Agent Morgan]] as a teenager.

* ''{{Series/Liar}}'': [[spoiler:Andrew]] is not only a rapist, but raped ''nineteen'' women overall. He also met another in the past who he blackmailed into "mentoring" him in how to get away with rape.

* ''Series/LawAndOrderSVU'', as a show dealing with sex crimes, has had a sizable number of these over the years as well. A particularly stomach-churning one was a man who would rape his victims based on their menstrual cycles so that they would conceive and bear his children. "[[Recap/LawAndOrderSpecialVictimsUnitS7E2Design Design]]" is notable is having a female example, raping several men to get sperm from them.
* On ''Series/LawAndOrder'' (and the ''Series/LawAndOrderUK'' episode based on it), the detectives are certain that Olivet/Alesha is not the first victim of the doctor she has filed a complaint against. To that end, they make a point of arresting him in public, in full view of dozens of TV cameras. The gambit pays off--within days, numerous women who the doctor has assaulted come forward.

* ''The Survivor's Club'' has both David Price and Ron Viggio. David is a serial yourapist and murderer of children, who was imprisoned before the series began. Viggio is a serial rapist of adult women, who asks for David's help in devising a foolproof way to prey on women; they settle on leaving another man's DNA at each of the crime scenes, framing him for Viggio's rapes.

* Dr. Arthur Light of DC Comics was turned into this in ''ComicBook/IdentityCrisis'' when it was revealed he violated the Elastic Man's wife Sue Dibny. Since then, Light has been a threat to every woman he'd come across with rape being his primary fascination in life. When he was caught and killed by ComicBook/TheSpectre, he'd been preparing to rape three women he'd caught and dressed as the female members of the Teen Titans.

* ''ComicBook/TeenTitans'': [[BigRedDevil The demonic Trigon]] has raped ''hundreds'' of women over the centuries, [[ChildByRape including Raven's mother]][[note]]whether it was a BedTrick or rape without any pretense [[AdaptationalConsent varies with the retelling]][[/note]]. This isn't out of lust but in order to sire powerful children to spread his evil and help him conquer.
