* ''Series/AmericanGothic''. In the episode "[[Recap/AmericanGothicS1E12DoctorDeathTakesAHoliday Dr. Death Takes a Holiday]]", [[BigBad Sheriff Lucas Buck]] tries to get a judge to sign papers to have the troublesome Dr. Crower committed to an asylum. The judge refuses and blows smoke from his cigar in Lucas's face. [[DoNotTauntCthulhu Lucas doesn't even flinch]], and on their second meeting, when Lucas has the judge over a barrel, he wrests the cigar from the judge's hand and makes him sign the commitment papers personally.

* In ''LightNovel/ACertainMagicalIndex'', Stiyl Magnus rudely does this to Touma Kamijou at one point when Touma asks him to apologize to him.

* ''Franchise/SpiderMan'': J. Jonah Jameson does this a lot; Spidey has found ways of reversing it on him once in a while.
* In the ''[[Franchise/{{Tintin}} Tintin]]'' book "[[Recap/TintinFlight714 Flight 714]]", billionaire Laszlo Carreidas boldly tells his captor Rastapopoulos to drop his cigar. Rastapopoulos promptly takes a deep puff, drops the cigar, and blows on his face. Tintin doesn't like Carreidas much but this is still a bit much.

* ''Series/BabylonFive'': In the episode "GROPOS" Keffer finds a pair of marines have been billeted in his quarters until they ship out, which he is not happy about. One of them, Pvt. [[CigarChomper Large]], gets in his face to try and blows smoke on him, trying to be [[ScaryBlackMan intimidating]], but Keffer doesn't back down, which impresses Large.
* In ''Series/{{Battlestar Galactica|2003}}'' Dr. Baltar plays cards with Starbuck and wins everything in the pot, to Starbuck's disdain. He then proceeds to rub it in even more by giving Starbuck one of his last cigarettes and lighting it for her. She takes it, then pulls a long drag and proceeds to blow it in his face. He doesn't flinch, though.

* ''Series/GetSmart''. An accidental version occurs in "That Old Gang of Mine". Maxwell Smart goes to London, where the head of British CONTROL briefs him under the Umbrella of Silence. Unlike the Cone of Silence it works perfectly, except he's smoking a DistinguishedGentlemansPipe, so the Umbrella soon fills up with smoke.

** In the first episode, Lister responds to Rimmer's "Is that a cigarette you're smoking?" with [[DeadpanSnarker "No, it's a chicken."]] The HilariousOuttakes show that in some takes of the scene, he instead responded with a gust of smoke.

* ''Manga/{{Yotsuba}}'': Torako did this to Yotsuba in their first encounter.

* At one point in ''Series/RedDwarf'', Lister and Rimmer are in the movie theater, all alone, and Rimmer insists that Lister, who is smoking, move three seats over to be in the smoking section. Since Rimmer was a hologram, Lister was able to then blow smoke right ''through'' Rimmer's face.

* Bucho in ''Film/{{Desperado}}'' blows cigar smoke directly into his girl's mouth while she's kissing him. She runs off, coughing and cursing him. This is in stark contrast to the positively ''scorching'' [[GoodPeopleHaveGoodSex love scene]] between the two main leads.

* An unused animation from ''VideoGame/ToonTownOnline'' had Cogs blow cigar smoke into Toons' faces as an attack.

* In ''Series/ElChavoDelOcho'', Professor Jirafales once blew smoke in Don Ramon's face, which Don Ramon had to put up with. Became a FunnyAneurysmMoment on a meta level when actor Ramon Valdez was diagnosed and subsequently died of pulmonary cancer due to his own smoking habit.

* The Australian comedy series ''Series/FullFrontal'' had a spoof involving a PoliticalCorrectnessGoneMad remake of ''Film/TheGoodTheBadAndTheUgly'' called "The Good, The Bad, and the Unpleasant Person". The Creator/ClintEastwood character is facing off with the Unpleasant Person, who is blowing smoke from a cheroot into his face.

* ''Film/{{Angel}}'': During their highly argumentative game of cribbage, Solly blows cigar smoke in Mae's face to distract her. Mae says that it is not the smoke she objects to, but Solly's breath.

* Subverted in a British anti-smoking advert from TheEighties. Two teenage girls are discussing a boy one of them likes while smoking and the second girl tells the first that blowing smoke in a boys face is a signal that you're interested in them. The first girl does this and asks if he's free tonight, only for him to blow her off as he's washing his hair that night.

* Finnish prime minister Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim, forced into an EnemyOfMyEnemy relationship with UsefulNotes/NaziGermany as they were under attack by the [[UsefulNotes/SovietRussiaUkraineAndSoOn Soviet Union]] who were on the Allied side and thus none of the western Allies would help, showed what he ''really'' thought of Nazism when he had a meeting with UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler, who was known for his hatred of smoking, and ''[[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome blew smoke in the Fuhrer's face]]''.
