* Pinkie Pie from The Mentally advanced series is easily the most cruel and violent of the Mane 6. She has, among other atrocities: almost sprayed fluttershy with Aqua Regia (known for it's ability to dissolve gold), has enjoyed the suffering of Rarity, and asked Twilight to make fluttershy cry for a vial of holy water (long story). She has also hit on most of the mane cast (all female), and has even outright stated "Pinkie is lesbian"

* In ''Film/{{Matilda}}'' (1996), the Big Bad is a sadistically evil, authoritarian, and athletic monster of a headmistress named Trunchbull. In addition to being a [[TheBaroness Baroness]], the work may hint that she's a lesbian (as Baronesses often are): In one scene, schoolchildren in a spelling lesson chant letters with the word "Mrs." added to set the rhythm: "Mrs. D, Mrs. I, Mrs. FFI..." the Trunchbull bursts out, with an annoyed expression, "Why are all these women married?!" The "bull" in the name Trunchbull probably implies "bull dyke," a common derogatory term for lesbians.

* ''[[Anime/{{Gaiking}} Gaiking: Legend of Daiku-Maryu]]'' has [[spoiler: Proist, the BigBad, and the only character in the show who could probably be called more evil than simply self-serving or misguided]]. She's only shown to have affection for her father and for Vestaanu. Yeah, she's a lesbian and a huge pervert, so much so that she [[BadBoss basically caused the downfall of her country because she couldn't be bothered to drag herself away from her huge harem of female slaves]]. And yes, she's at least a nominal villain who is working for the series' BigBad so she can rebuild her kingdom. But, she's also quite rational and controlled, if obsessive, and certainly not as outright crazy as is normal for this trope.

* An episode of ''Series/LawAndOrderSpecialVictimsUnit'' had an "aggressive" (it's a subculture) lesbian accused of killing her girlfriend [[spoiler: it wasn't her, although she does have major anger problems.]] Also featured is a lesbian Soapbox Sadie who, while not quite psychotic, is very loud and [[DoesNotLikeMen rude to every man she meets]]--[[spoiler: which turns out to be a cover for the fact that she's secretly bisexual]].

* An episode of ''Series/LawAndOrderSpecialVictimsUnit'' had an "aggressive" (it's a subculture) lesbian accused of killing her girlfriend [[spoiler: it wasn't her, although she does have major anger problems.]]

* One possible interpretation of Music/{{PJ Harvey}}'s "Catherine", where a woman is singing about her envy and anger towards the titular character, and [[MurderTheHypotenuse plans to murder her current lover.]]

This trope can sometimes carry [[UnfortunateImplications uncomfortable subtext]]: go straight or go crazy. Or ''at least'' [[BrokenAesop have the decency of being bisexual]] so you can be [[GirlOnGirlIsHot of proper use for men.]]

* Chikane Himemiya in the ''Manga/KannazukiNoMiko'' manga. [[spoiler: It later gets subverted when it's [[BatmanGambit revealed to be an act to fool the Orochi]] so she can destroy his support from within and manipulate Himeko to kill her, so they can activate the sacificial ritual to save the world [[RetGone without removing her beloved Himeko from existence]].]] Though it can be argued that [[spoiler: such a human being who is capable of performing such actions at all could not possibly be viewed as 100% "mentally healthy".....]] There's UnfortunateImplications about how she's so EasilyForgiven and ''idolized'' by fandom for such actions... likely just because she's a woman and GirlOnGirlIsHot.

** I don't think Imperium actually encourages holding Commissars at gunpoint or wandering to rival all-male regiment's mess hall to deliver CurbStompBattle to a regiment's [=HtH=] champion. Magot was also described as "cheerfully sociopathic" by Cain and her driving style was [[HypocriticalHumor deemed too dangerous by Jurgen.]]

* Pretty much all of the [[StrawFeminist feminists]] in the ''Fanfic/MRATrilogy'', with special notes going to [[Disney/{{Frozen}} Elsa]] (who is in an [[VillainousIncest incestuous]] relationship with her sister Anna, and is reffered to as "queen of feminists and lesbo dykes") and [[Franchise/MassEffect Benezia]], the whole purpose of the fanfic in which she debuts being the [[MarySue protagonist]] trying to seduce her in order to distract her. Ironically, the protagonist is arguably also this, since she has sex with other women for "the benefit of men".
