Telekinesis: the ability to move stuff just by thinking at it really hard. Although [[PstandardPsychicPstance hand gestures]] can also help.

* In ''Videogame/GhostTrick'' Sissel uses the titular tricks to move inanimate objects. [[spoiler: Yomiel can control living beings like [[PeoplePuppets puppets]] with a similar technique]]
* ''VideoGame/KingdomHeartsII'' introduced the concept of Drive Forms, which allowed Sora to fuse with his teammates (excepting Limit Form) to temporarily gain new abilities in battle, one of which granting him the ability to wield a second Keyblade. Two of the Drive Forms, Master Form and Final Form, involve him handling at least one Keyblade telekinetically.

** Actually [[SmallNameBigEgo Trixie]] never does anything all that impressive, least of all with her telekenesis, as she really only handles her hat and a rope using it. [[ActionFashionista Rarity]], on the other hand, has demonstrated rather impressive telekenesis on a couple occasions. In one episode, she levitated roughly a dozen mannequins at once, and in another, she summons a couch from her house for the sole purpose of [[LargeHam fainting melodramatically]] [[CrowningMomentOfFunny onto it because she realized she forgot to bring plates on their picnic]]

** Twilight's telekinesis is also capable of handling extreme loads [[spoiler:such as rebuilding a dam after it has burst, or levitating a full water-tower, and possibly the Ursa (depending on just how heavy a bear literally ''made of the sky'' really is).]].

* This is a power in the ''LoneWolf'' gamebooks. It gets more and more awesome as the books go on with Nexus, the upgrade of Mind Over Matter: by Book 9, you can move objects with your mind, wade through toxic fumes and intense heat with little difficulty, and ''put out fires with your mind''. It is never used offensively, however, Lone Wolf having plenty better options for that.

* Bonus character and EnsembleDarkHorse Joachim Armster from CastlevaniaLamentOfInnocence uses his vampiric telekinesis to wield an impressive five swords at once.
* The Advent from ''SinsOfASolarEmpire'' have this as one of their abilities, using it for feats ranging from tossing away entire fleets of enemy ships, to [[MundaneUtility improving their mining operations]].

* Asagami Fujino in the third ''Literature/KaraNoKyoukai'' book/movie can do a very specific form; she can bend things. It doesn't sound like much until you add in the fact that she can do this to anything she thinks is remotely bendable -- in particular, ''human limbs''. At the end of her story as she is cornered by Shiki, [[spoiler:she gets a DesperationAttack upgrade in the form of boosted power and [[MySignificanceSenseIsTingling clairvoyance]], which removes her one weakness -- having to actually [[EvilEye see the thing in order to bend it]]. Asagami to suspension bridge: '''''[[Awesome/{{Anime}} BEND!!!!!!]]''''']].

* The Ori and nearly-[[AscendToAHigherPlaneOfExistence ascended]] beings in the StargateVerse.

* The Stands from ''[[JoJosBizarreAdventure JoJo's Bizarre Adventure]]'' combine this and other PsychicPowers with the FightingSpirit trope. Since only Stand users can see other people's Stands, normal people perceive Stand activity as psychic phenomenon, as demonstrated by Jotaro Kujo when he seemingly willed a bullet aimed at his head to stop in mid-air (when his stand, Star Platinum, really grabbed the bullet before it could kill him), then caused the bars of his prison cell to bend so he could step out (that would be Star Platinum grabbing the bars and pulling them apart).

* Telekinesis is one of the starter spells (the other being Fire Bolt) in ''VideoGame/DarkMessiah''. It works pretty much like the [[HalfLife Gravity Gun]].

* The Combine Advisors use extremely powerful telekinesis as a weapon in ''Half-Life 2: Episode 2''. They are so good at this they can even fly.

** Rune can control objects of any size or mass. She just has to have physically touched them first.

* Biotics in ''Videogame/MassEffect''. Enemies with biotic powers will actually [[MostAnnoyingSound shout this]] at you during combat.

* Courtney Cox's character on ''MisfitsOfScience'' had this as her superpower.

* ''Literature/{{Firestarter}}'''s main character could also do this, though it wasn't nearly as strong as her [[BurnItWithFire main power]]. Her mother also had some minor [[SuperSerum drug-induced]] telekinesis.

** For Superman these abilities were retconned, but not for Superboy. In fact, the {{New 52}}'s Superboy, while again being a cross-clone of Lex and Kal, possesses telekinesis on par with/greater than the "Titans of Tomorrow" version, and also can manipulate his powers to mimic Superman (super strength by channeling TK through limbs, X-ray vision by telekinetically scanning the contents of a building/ship, which requires touching it, heat vision by intensifying his TK and channeling through his eyes, etc.)

** Twilight's telekinesis is also capable of handling extreme loads [[spoiler:such as rebuilding a dam after it has burst, or levitating a full water-tower... the Ursa need not be counted as its density could be argued]].

** Nate Grey is in theory even stronger. Numerous feats (such as being able to destroy the Moon in one shot) aside, Norman Osborn notes that he could go one on one with the Sentry, at the time when the Sentry was pulling insane feats out of his ass every other week.
