Given that there are plenty of Website/YouTube uploads of the short that use either of the unofficial alternate names, however, plus the fact that the short's Website/IMDb page goes by the name ''Gogona da Tovlis Gunda'', it looks like people don't want the alternate names to go to waste. Its 2018 remake actually does use the name ''Tovlis Gunda'' on-screen, however.

THe fourth-generation Lancer is also named as Bilog (round), or Itlog (egg) due to the shape of the aformentioned front-lights and tail-lights along with the door handles.

** Singkit - Meaning "slant-eyed" or in Japanese anime parlance, TsurimeEyes, the common nickname for the third-generation Mitsubishi Lancer or Mirage in the Philippines, due to the shape of its front headlights. Others call it the Cyclone type instead after its engine.
