** Parodied along with every other trope of the genre in an episode of ''MyNameIsEarl'' where Catalina writes a soap based on her life. The evil blonde is Joy.
* ''BurnNotice'' has Carla, Michael's rather bloodthirsty handler. She's even described at one point as "tall, blonde, and evil." For comparison, Michael's exes are both brunettes.

* Vermouth from ''Anime/DetectiveConan'' is one of the few characters with blond hair.

* May Kanker in ''WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy''. Though it is worth noting she is usually portrayed as the most sympathetic of the three sisters.
* Angelica Pickles in ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}''.

* There is a deliberate subversion of this trope in ''WesternAnimation/AsToldByGinger'', as while one would assume that Courtney is a AlphaBitch, the episode "''Wicked Game''" showed that Courtney is probably the best friend Ginger ever had. There's also Hope Rodgers, who is a nice person too. Hope ''did'' briefly become a rather nasty AlphaBitch but she and Courtney eventually bonded and became friends. It's worth noting that in the opening, Courtney is depicted as an antagonist so presumably the trope would have been played straight - but CharacterisationMarchesOn.
** At the same time, the trope is technically played straight as one of Ginger's friends Dodie is blonde. Dodie is very much a DesignatedHero and in the above-mentioned "Wicked Game" actively tries to sabotage Ginger's relationship with Darren. There's also the blonde and AxCrazy Polly Schuester. Dodie's rotten mother Joanne is also blonde.

* AxCrazy muscle moll, Stefenie Demeanor, from ''WesternAnimation/{{COPS}}''.

** Season 5 introduces two blonde villains: Amy and Sugar.
* Gilotina, a member of the Female Furies in ''WesternAnimation/SupermanBatmanApocalypse''.

That is, before her HeelFaceTurn when she learned the boy she loved and the dragon she wanted to [[KnightTemplar slay]] were one and the same. Later, the "evil blonde" role fell to TheCheerleader [[AlphaBitch Stacey]].
* In one episode of ''Challenge of the WesternAnimation/{{Superfriends}}'', Cheetah, a foe of Franchise/WonderWoman, revealed herself to be a blonde.
* Ashley Armbruster of ''WesternAnimation/{{Recess}}''. Though ironically for this trope, she is the one member of the Ashley clique that gets the most HiddenDepths moments.
* Cerina of ''WesternAnimation/SkysurferStrikeForce''.

* There are a grand total of three blondes in the ''HIVESeries'', two of whom are evil and one of whom is Chaotic Neutral. Twins Constance and Verity serve as [[EvilCounterpart Evil Counterparts]] to [[MamaBear Raven]], complete with similar equipment and dress. Shelby, a known [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold thief with a heart of gold]] is never really on the side of good, more on the side of protecting the people she cares about. This makes her a perfect fit for a school for evil.

* Before her HeelFaceTurn, Emma Frost was one of the ''ComicBook/XMen''[='=]s most dangerous and sophisticated enemies. Her supervillain past continues to be referenced to this day.

* In the 1983 film ''The Man Who Wasn't There'', Morgan Hart played Amanda Worth, alias "Mr. Tendyck", a blond WomanInBlack who became briefly invisible by drinking a green potion which she planned to monopolize. The film's other invisible blonde, Cindy Worth, was played by Lisa Langlois.

* In ''Dork Diaries'', the character [=MacKenzie=] Hollister is often described as a blonde with IcyBlueEyes by Nikki Maxwell's diary.

* OlderThanRadio: [[EldritchAbomination Life-in-Death]] from ''The Rime of the Ancient Mariner'' (1797).

* Alva, the bratty 14-year-old from ''Sisters? No Way''. Her older sister Aishling is an aversion.

* Shell Dockley, Natalie Buxton, and Snowball Merriman in ''Bad Girls''

* ''A Girl and Her Fed'' has Clarice, the psychopathic secret agent cyborg.

* Averted mostly in ''Film/SydneyWhite''. Rachel Witchburn is the only blond who is [[AlphaBitch rude and mean]] to eveyrone around her. The rest of the blond Kappa girls, especially [[SpoiledSweet Dinky]], are friendly and quite nice.

* [[AvertedTrope Averted]]/arguably [[InvertedTrope inverted]] on ''WesternAnimation/TotalDramaIsland'', where Bridgette is arguably the nicest character and Lindsay is SpoiledSweet (though she dyes). The female "villains" of the series, meanwhile, are [[AlphaBitch Heather]] and [[VillainSue Courtney]], both brunettes.
** Season 3 did introduce an evil blonde (though, like Lindsay, she dyes) - [[HotScoop Blaineley]], who is Bridgette's EvilCounterpart.
*** But it's not certain whether Blaineley dyes or not. The lyrics say "She's a nasty fake blonde schemer", and it can be interpreted that she's a fake blonde as well as a fake ''and'' a blonde.

* Definitely averted with Midge and Davina on ''Series/MyFamilyAndMe'', who are portrayed as nice and kind girls. Even Midge's cousin Eden, who's SpoiledSweet, is not nearly as selfish or mean unlike other rich people are portrayed. Roxanne, on the other hand, kind of plays this trope quite well since she's the captain of the cheer squad ''and'' the most popular girl in school. Sometimes she can be [[AffablyEvil nice and polite]], but other times, she can be pret-ty nasty to some people, including the non-popular students. She's even more evil than Lacey, who's more of a LovableAlphaBitch.

* Although the exact level of "evil" [[GreyAndGrayMorality varies]], the Contractors in ''DarkerThanBlack'' are disproportionately blond. While most of those seen are [[BlondGuysAreEvil male]], there's also Brita and Amber, assuming the latter's hair isn't actually [[YouGottaHaveBlueHair light green]].

* [[DragonBall Android 18]] before her HeelFaceTurn. Played straight with Launch's SuperpoweredEvilSide.
* Blue, from ''ViolenceJack: Evil Town''.

* A ''{{Flare}}'' story arc featured Marian Press, a plain-looking legal secretary who was transformed into a fair-haired PersonOfMassDestruction.
* Before her HeelFaceTurn, Emma Frost was one of the ''Comicbook/{{X-Men}}''[='=]s most dangerous and sophisticated enemies. Her supervillain past continues to be referenced to this day.

* Amora the Enchantress is a powerful and recurring enemy of ''Comicbook/TheAvengers''.
* In ''Comicbook/{{Empowered}}'', [[AlphaBitch Sistah Spooky's]] belief in this trope is the reason she keeps tormenting the heroine.

* Helga from Disney's ''Disney/AtlantisTheLostEmpire''. Interestingly enough, [[Creator/CreeSummer the film's]] [[TheHighQueen heroine]] is a [[DarkSkinnedBlonde Dark Skinned]] white-haired girl with blue eyes.
* The bullying Taffyta Muttonfudge in ''Disney/WreckItRalph''. [[spoiler:It's later revealed that her and everyone else's memories had been erased by Turbo/King Candy. We don't see enough of her real personality to know if she's evil at heart or was a BlankSlate gone wrong.]]

* Michelle Pfeiffer played a blond Comicbook/{{Catwoman}} (who straddles the line between villain and AntiHero frequently) in ''Film/BatmanReturns''.
** She also played Velma Von Tussle in the 2007 version of ''{{Hairspray}}''. Velma also happened to be blond.
* This trope is likely the reason two adaptations of ''{{Carrie}}'' have given AlphaBitch Chris Hargensen an AdaptationDyeJob. The character was brunette in the book but has been played by blondes Nancy Allen and Emilie De Ravin. The actress playing her in the 2013 remake however dyed her hair brown for the role.
* [[EvilAlbino The White Witch]] from the film adaptation of ''TheChroniclesOfNarnia''. Notable because the illustrations had her as dark-haired and Lucy was blonde in the book[[note]]Georgie Henley's hair ''was'' lightened for the film though still appears brunette[[/note]].

* ''Literature/ABrothersPrice''. [[spoiler: Keifer Porter's sister. But, due to her age, not [[BrotherSisterIncest their daughter]].]]
* Laurell K Hamilton's ''AnitaBlake'' series also takes countless potshots at blond women, apparently for no reason except that Anita is a brunette. Any blond woman is immediately dismissed as weak, shallow, and both slutty and sexually frigid.

* Queen Cersei Lannister, from ''ASongOfIceAndFire'' has single-handedly run the Seven Kingdoms into the ground with a little help from her [[BlondGuysAreEvil equally blond son, Joffrey]], who was conceived by incest with her [[BlondGuysAreEvil equally blond brother, Jamie.]]. Averted with Cersei's blonde daughter [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold Myrcella]], who is anything but evil. Daenerys Targaryen would probably be more accurately described as a {{Mystical White Hair}}ed girl.
* In ''Dork Diaries'', the character [=MacKenzie=] Hollister is often described as a blonde with icy-blue eyes by Nikki Maxwell's diary.
* [[TheVamp Princess Arissa]] from DavidEddings's ''TheElenium''. This trope is averted with her niece, Queen Ehlana, however.
* Senna, the ManipulativeBastard witch from the book series ''{{Everworld}}''.

* In Mercedes Lackey's ''[[Literature/FirebirdLackey Firebird]]'', not all blondes are evil, as many of the Katschei's maidens, being mostly Russian and from the north, are blonde. However, [[spoiler: Tatiana]] qualifies.

* In the fairy tale "[[http://www.mythfolklore.net/andrewlang/369.htm The Little Soldier]]", the blonde, green-eyed Princess Ludovine takes advantage of the protagonist John by repeatedly breaking promises she made to him.
* Inverted in ''Literature/TheHost'' where Wanda's [[spoiler:replacement body]] is extremely blond and so girly and precious she TastesLikeDiabetes.

* Alva, the bratty fourteen-year old from ''Sisters? No Way''. Her older sister Aishling is an aversion.
* ''Literature/SongAtDawn'': Inverted. Instead of highlighting her evilness [[spoiler:Alis']] blond hair is used to highlight how far she has fallen. However, she is still a bitch.

* ''Literature/HonorHarrington'' has Eloise Pritchart from the [[PeoplesRepublicOfTyranny People's Republic of Haven]], a platinum blonde who ''deliberately'' subverts this. She plays the role of cold, merciless, fanatical PoliticalOfficer to the hilt in order to get StateSec to trust her, but in reality, she is a [[MyCountryRightOrWrong true patriot]] [[SecretRelationship desperately in love]] with [[DatingCatwoman the admiral she's supposed to be reporting on]], and she lies through her teeth to the [[ReignOfTerror Committee of Public Safety]] in order to keep him safe and unsuspected. She goes on to become [[spoiler:the first President of the ''Republic'' of Haven truly elected in over two centuries]].

* Every main blond character on ''{{Glee}}'' is evil: Sue, the glee club's arch-enemy, Will's wife, Terri, who doubles as a DumbBlonde, and AlphaBitch, Quinn. Even Brittany, who is such a [[TheDitz ditz]] that it's a miracle she can compose sentences, is an IneffectualSympatheticVillain as a spy for Sue.

** There's also Sister Nicci, who is blond [[spoiler:after coming BackFromTheDead]], and also contrasted with Kahlan in the episode "Bound". [[spoiler: This is also something of a subversion, as Nicci has a [[RapeAsBackstory similar]] DarkAndTroubledPast as Cara and eventually turns on the Keeper.]]

* Sam on ''ICarly'', occasionally (especially if you're Freddie)!

* Nicole and Mary Cherry from ''{{Popular}}'' fit this trope incredibly well, particularly Nicole. Brooke was a bit of a subversion, though.

* The ''Series/{{Blade}}'' series featured a blonde Australian woman as TheDragon for the BigBad.
* ''Series/PersonOfInterest'': Root is blonde, believe it or not. She must have dyed her hair to look like a brunette.
* In ''Series/GameOfThrones'' the discovery of [[spoiler:Cersei's incestuous relationship with Jaime]] is visually depicted by Eddard Stark going through the Baratheon family tree and realising that all Robert's family are dark-haired except for his children. The implications are that blonde hair in this case is the proof that someone else must have fathered Cersei's children - someone blond.

* Of the main characters on ''{{Grimm}}'', which one do you think is the villainous one? If you suggested the blonde Adalind, you'd be right.

* ''Series/{{Grimm}}'' has Adelinde Schade; and her mother.

* Kelly Clarkson's love rival in the "Since You Been Gone" music video. Of course she's evil [[ProtagonistCentredMorality because she's with Clarkson's ex-boyfriend]]. The trope is inverted in Clarkson's next video "Behind The Hazel Eyes" where Clarkson herself is blonde and her love rival is a definitely evil brunette.
* Usually inverted in TaylorSwift music videos. The bad girls are brunettes and the good girls are blondes. Especially noticeable in "You Belong with Me."

* Amber Von Tussle from ''{{Hairspray}}'', as well as her mother.

* In ''KingdomHearts'', the Organization has Larxene. Kicks Sora twice, bitch-slaps Namine, and is perhaps the most outwardly evil of the Organization, with only fellow sadist Xaldin (who has black hair) rivaling her in that area, though [[spoiler: normally stoic blue-haired Saix can outdo them both whenever he feels like it.]]

* [[ManipulativeBitch Windy]] from ''SuikodenI'', [[ColdSniper Elza]] from ''SuikodenII'', [[BlackMagicianGirl Sarah]] from ''SuikodenIII'', and [[PsychoForHire Maha Sparna]] from ''SuikodenV''.

She's shallow, [[http://www.eeriecuties.com/strips-ec/art_scholarship_-_interlude_(guest_strip)_2_of_4 petty]], [[http://www.eeriecuties.com/strips-ec/reach_for_the_brass_ring manipulative]], has [[ItsAllAboutMe a strong sense of entitlement]], and is utterly obsessed with popularity. All reasons why she served as [[AloofDarkhairedGirl Layla's]] primary {{antagonist}}, until Melissa and her Coven were given their own SpinOff, after being transferred to [[WebComic/MagickChicks Artemis Academy.]]
