** In ''VideoGame/{{Fallout 4}}'', Diamond City offers bounties via the "Most Wanted" sign. While each of the bounties states that you need to clear out all of the hostiles in a particular area, in practice, you only need to kill the one enemy in the area with a quest marker. Using stealth, you can sneak into the location and only kill the one needed to satisfy the quest. The "Silver Shroud" quest also requires you to build notoriety by taking out several Raider bosses -- one of which was holding a contract of their own to complete against an apparently innocent squatter. You can either [[VideoGameCrueltyPotential collect the bounty on this one by killing the woman]], or [[VideoGameCaringPotential toss the contract and spare her life]].

* ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild'': Some sidequests across Hyrule consist of characters asking Link to defeat a group of enemies, or even a boss (usually Hinox or Talus, but there's also one involving Molduga), due to safety reasons. One of the toughest sidequests involves defeating a pair of large Guardians in a prairie in Akkala located west of Tarrey Town.
* ''VideoGame/{{Okami}}'': The Revenge Contracts are sidequests where Amaterasu is tasked by specific characters to get rid of, in each case, five mooks marked with Exorcizing Arrows. The characters who give the sidequests to Amaterasu suffered in some way due to these mooks (one got her father killed, another is being intimidated by them, etc.) The mooks only appear at night.

"Attention" doesn't appear to be countable in this context.

Due to the nature of avoiding attentions, many quests involving assassination often overlap with StealthBasedMission, since you often need to infiltrate into the area where you can take out your target. It may overlap with SnipingMission if you need to snipe your target from afar, or StalkingMission if you need to follow your mark until they reached a designated location.

There are many types of [[{{Sidequest}} Sidequests]], some require you to [[RomanceSidequest date your party members]], and some require you to [[MassMonsterSlaughterSidequest slaughter a set amount of monsters]].

And then there are some quests that require you to kill a specific target stealthily.

Enter Assassination Sidequest, a type of sidequest that requires you to kill someone without alerting the others. In an Assassination Sidequest, your goal is to act like an [[ProfessionalKiller assassin]], avoid unneeded attentions, take down the specific target with minimal collateral damages and evacuate before a security guard can discover you.

It often starts with a WantedPoster on a notice board or a contract issued by a MurderInc, and you need to do everything as the contract says and eliminate the listed people.

Due to the nature of avoiding attentions, many quests involving with assassination often overlaps with StealthBasedMission, since you often need to infiltrate into the area where you can take out your target. It may overlap with SnipingMission if you need to snipe your target from afar, or StalkingMission if you need to follow your mark until they reached a designated location.
