Many tropes deal with media manipulation, misinformation, ignoring/impersonating professionals, {{demoniz|ation}}ing intellectuals, and/or idolizing "stupidity". For more tropes about intelligence and lack thereof, see IntelligenceTropes and BrainChain. Note that deconstructing a smart character trope or an intelligence trope counts as anti-intellectualism too.

These tropes are not anti-intellectualism. Both make assumptions about the viewers minds, it does not glorify their idiocy (so it belong into cynicism tropes); you might even argue the opposite, the creators want an intelligent audience, they just can't find any, and the examples on the respective pages make this very clear.
