* Stitch and Angel's relationship. Angel's feelings for Stitch [[LoveRedeems cause her to reform]] and when they're separated it deeply hurts both of them. When they're reunited, Stitch confesses his love for her, which breaks her out of her HeroicBSOD.

* Likewise, after Stitch defeated Shortstuff, Jumba says that it's time to return Shortstuff to his original size. The crab experiment moans sadly in response, clearly not wanting to go back to being small again. Fortunately for him, Lilo stops Jumba before he could fire the ShrinkRay and allows Shortstuff to stay gigantic by giving him a "one true place" that fits his new size.

* Likewise, after Stitch defeated Shortstuff, Jumba says that it's time to return Shortstuff to his original size. The crab experiment to moan sadly in response, clearly not wanting to go back to being small again. However, Lilo decides to allow Shortstuff to stay gigantic by giving him a "one true place" that fits his new size.

* Baby!Nani hugging Lilo. You gotta admit, this helps Lilo really appreciate her big sister seeing her like this.

** Later, when Pleakly's brother [[WhyWasteAWedding suggests he can marry Nani instead]], both Nani and David simultaneously shout "[[BigNo No]]!" At hearing this, they look at each other with loving looks.

* Instead of trying to get a family photo that looks like your typical nuclear family, Lilo is content to have a photo of her family [[FamilyOfChoice as is]]. We're talking her, Stitch, Nani, Jumba and Pleakly. The quote at the end seals just how much she appreciates her family, however different they may be:

* Gantu may want to hunt experiments at virtually any cost, but when a little girl (mistaking him for Santa) sadly asks for a present, he feels guilty at denying her the present box that contains 025, he gives her experiment 025 as a gift showing he has a heart.

* Even though it did cause problems with her trying to be "normal" in the episode, and that [[ItMakesSenseInContext it did lead her to having to run away from security guards and animal control]], the fact that [[FreakyFridayFlip Lilo gets to experience what it's like to be in the superpowered body of Stitch]] and have some fun while she's being chased around the supermarket is just adorable (and can make the show's viewers a bit jealous that they can't be able to enjoy this kind of experience in real life).

* Despite the fact that she is always mean to her, Lilo takes the heat on a mean prank that the experiment did to the sub.

* Lilo's support of Stitch when he gets [[FrameUp framed]] for causing destruction around the house, even after finding her record player broken, shows just how much she trusts in him.

* The moment where Phantasmo gets his "one true place". Lilo realizes that Phantasmo's troublemaking may be [[AttentionWhore a cry for attention]], so she decides to trick him into possessing the shoddy animatronic at [[SuckECheese Mackey Macaw's]]. When he does so, he's about to hit Lilo and Stitch with Mackey's ukulele, only for the curtain to raise and all the children to applaud. When Lilo tells him that now he can have all the attention and love he wants, Phantasmo [[HeelFaceTurn changes his tune immediately]] and happily starts playing music for the kids.

** Doubly so, she didn't just find Babyfier's "one true place": she found the "one true place" for multiple dogs who get a second chance at a forever home!

* When Mr. Kaponi promises to be a better teacher next time, Lilo bemoans that his time as substitute teacher is nearly over anyway. But Moses reveals that he and his team have been called away for another week, giving Mr. Kaponi a second chance to start over with Lilo and be a better teacher like he promised.

* In "Amnesio", Lilo and Gantu, having suffered amnesia, surprisingly make a cute team-up. Lilo even makes him a pot that says "World's Greatest Cop". Aww...
** Even more heartwarming with how it shows, even after he gets his memory back, Gantu keeps the pot that Lilo made for him.

* When Stitch is turned bad again, he seems poised to harm Lilo. Lilo takes out the water bottle she's been using to train Stitch to be a 'good dog'. ...and she tosses it aside. She did it on the principle that she knows she doesn't need it to trust that Stitch can be the good friend he's always been to her. Sure enough, it's enough to bring back the Stitch we know and love.

* Pleakley taming Spike with a hug, which touches the other experiments in his therapy group. Even Nosy cries.

* Victoria accepting Lilo for who she is. While she isn't around much, it's nice that Lilo makes a new friend.

* Crossing over into TearJerker is "Remmy", which takes place on the anniversary of Lilo and Nani's parents' deaths. Lilo is having nightmares, courtesy of the latest experiment, and Nani has Pleakley [[ItMakesSenseInContext enter her dream world]] to give Lilo the photograph of them and their parents. Lilo remembers the day it was taken, and the experiment loses its power. After Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch successfully capture it, they turn to see that Lilo is with her family, whole once again.

* Despite the fact that she is always mean to her, Lilo takes the heat on a mean prank that the experiment did to the sub. While he is strict, he does take her aside and explains that while he is strict, he is a ReasonableAuthorityFigure and does genuinely care about his students, even if he's just temporary.
