Even if they are [[spoiler:dangling from a rope bridge that's hanging off a cliff, that's bound to snap at any second]] it's kind of sweet to see Helga [[SecurityCling clinging onto Gerald]] [[spoiler:for dear life]].

Iggy having any part in helping Arnold go to San Lorenzo shows that [[TheAtoner he's willing to help Arnold find happiness in his life even if he's never acknowledged or forgiven by Arnold himself.]] He even had an earlier moment in "Gerald's Game" when he warns Arnold not to make a certain move in his card game against Gerald, worried that he'll lose and become a dungeon pawn.

* Many of the original voices have returned, and most of the new voices are so good at imitating the old ones that it's hard to tell that they were re-cast. In particular:
** [[MadMen Mason V]][[DesperateHousewives ale Cotton]] is the new Arnold. After many fans disliked Alex D. Linz's portrayal of Arnold in the post-movie episodes (as his voice was higher-pitched than the previous Arnolds), Cotton sounds a lot closer to the original three.
** Benjamin "Li'l P-Nut" Flores, Jr. sounds pretty much exactly like Jamil Smith's Gerald (prior to the puberty/tonsil removal anyway, which creates a bit of a ContinuitySnarl since Gerald's voice changing was written into the plot, but most fans would probably let that slide).
** Aiden Lewandowski, who voices Charlie Brown in the 2016 ''Franchise/{{Peanuts}}'' shorts on ''Boomerang'', is the new Sid, and is a dead ringer for the Gifaldi brothers.
** Dino Spumoni is voiced by Creator/WallyWingert instead of Rick Corso, and there is ''no'' difference in the voice.
* Phoebe orchestrating an escape from [[spoiler:La Sombra's prison camp]].
* Big Bob, Miriam, Phil and Gertie flying in to help save Mr. Simmons' class from [[spoiler:La Sombra's men]]. Special mention goes to Miriam (freaking ''[[AlcoholicParent Miriam Petaki]]'') knocking a guy out with a FryingPanOfDoom!
* Brainy leaping into the river to retrieve Helga's locket and photo of Arnold after she tears it up and throws it in there. Doubles as a heartwarming moment.
