** Well, THIS song became viral because it is, by almost anyone's standards, so obviously, aggressively bad. But on that note, I similarly don't understand how this song got so much attention while Jenna Rose's ''[[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DwT_2QQU64 My Jeans]]'' slipped under the radar (I mean, not completely, most of us have heard of it by now, but it really didn't attain the memetic status of ''Friday''). It's got everything ''Friday'' has - idiotic subject matter, vapid lyrics, retarded music video, Autotune for ''everything'', a young girl being robbed of a normal childhood so some tool can make money doing the singing...why didn't it get the attention ''Friday'' did?

* Okay, I'll forgive Rebecca for Friday because she didn't write it, but why does Prom Night exist?

* Is Rebecca Black supposed to be the next JustinBieber once his career starts plummeting down the drain? If so, will this pattern continue once her career starts coming to a finish and they have to look for another untalented singer?

* Is Rebecca Black supposed to be the next JustinBieber once his career starts plummeting down the drain? If so, will this pattern continue once her career starts coming to a finish and they have to look for another untalented singer?singer in the music industry for the world to mock? (For the record I hate her song, but I'm not an angry basher since it's not partially her fault for the song).

* Is this song really THAT bad? Yes, it's irritatingly catchy. Isn't pop music designed to be catchy? She uses a lot of Auto-Tune, but so do many accepted pop artists like Ke$ha. Yes, the lyrics are rather silly and meaningless, but so are most pop lyrics. I'll bet that if the song had been sung by a celebrity like Selena Gomez or Miley Cyrus, preteens would love it.

**** ''Spectacular'' is just plain disgusting, is what the problem is. Much like HogwartsExposed, instead of having its obscenity wrapping around to hilarity, instead all it was was a bunch of forced "edgy" themes. It's a song about a woman getting so wasted she has unprotected sex with a stranger, and because that sex was so "spectacular", she'll happily do it again. Contrast the just plain dull vapidity of ''Friday''...

** She's a 13-year-old, whose parents paid a couple of thousand bucks for her to star in a music video for a terrible song over the weekend. And now she'll make more money off of it than most people see in a year (or a lifetime if she gets a record dead, which is almost guaranteed at this point). I can see why people with actual talent that have spend years unsuccessfully trying to get noticed are not amused. That being said, the kid seems to be having the time of her life right now and will likely be missing her haters when her 15 minutes of fame are over.

* "We so excited" and "We gonna have a ball today". What is she going for with this obvious grammar error? Is she going for the catchy grammar error in songs, like ''The Way I Are'' and other songs? Because it's too noticeable and not catchy, it just makes her look stupid.

** I'd just like to mention that both of the above examples of suicides aren't necessarily the best. Megan was already diagnosed with depression and had emotional struggles, and Choi Jin Sil already had to deal with the stresses of being a single mother. Rebecca Black, as far as we know at least, is a mentally stable young girl.
