* ‘’VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoII’’: Catalina, who was also in ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoSanAndreas'', where she betrays and repeatedly tries to kill Claude, and every one of her associates for her ambitions in the Colombian Cartel, repeatedly targeting him, and his supposed girlfriend, Maria, out of spite. In her appearance in ‘’Sam Andreas’’, it’s shown nine years prior, she was a raging psychotic murderer and generally unpleasant to those around her. She would also constantly abuse and belittle CJ throughout their one-sided relationship over incredibly petty reasons, [[NeverMyFault even blaming him for some of her own mistakes]]. When she hooks up with Claude, she would constantly call CJ whilst having sex with the former, for no reason other than to annoy him.

** Jerry Martinez is a corrupt military Sergeant, and is introduced as an immature and perverted oaf, whose ties with the Vice City criminal underworld put Vic in a downward spiral. At the start of the game, Martinez frames Vic for the posession of drugs and soliciting a prostitute, getting him booted from the military. Afterwards, Martinez repeatedly tries to screw Vic over out of spite, including having his love interest Louise kidnapped and assaulted.

Throughout the game, after having Niko kill his alleged friend Mikhail Faustin, [[spoiler:Dimitri]] takes control of Mikhail's operations and tries to sell Niko out to Ray Bulgarin, before burning down Niko's apartment. * ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoIII'': Marty Chonks, the deprived owner of the Bitch'n' Dog Food factory in Trenton, which has fallen on hard times due to the ban on dogs. He makes Claude do dirty work by bringing various people he suspects of causing his bankruptcy to the factory to kill them, [[TheSecretOfLongPorkPies disposing of their bodies by putting them into his dog food]]. Among the people he kills two crooks he hired to break into his house so he could claim the insurance, only to fear that they could rat out on him, and his own wife who he suspects is spending his money. [[spoiler:Some players [[AndThereWasMuchRejoicing cheered]] when Chonks’ last mission ended with [[DeathByIrony Carl, his own loan shark, killing him]].]]

** One of Franklin's assassination targets, Jackson Skinner is and arrogant tech mogul, who makes the most of his short screentime of being a perverted scumbag. Picking up his favorite prostitute, he verbally abuses the woman on the trip to their hiding spot, threatens her daughter to keep her quiet, and can even knock her out when he's done with her. Upon killing him, Franklin states he doesn't even feel bad about it.

For all his talks to Johnny about loyalty, he decides to testify against the Lost in order to be released from prison. He also bragged about previously sleeping with Johnny's girlfriend, Ashley.

** Marty Jay Williams, is the head of the Trailer Park Mafia, and the abusive husband to Louise. If that wasn't enough, he also threatens to be his own newborn daughter. When Louise eventually leaves Marty, and takes their daughter with her, Marty retaliates by abducting Louise, planning on making her own of his prostitutes'.

** Rocco Pelosi is ends up as this [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain due to his xenophobic insults thrown constantly at Tony Prince and Luis]]. And unlike Mori (who is just a {{Jerkass}}), Rocco is a malicious, despicable {{Jerkass}} who gets worse as the storyline progresses; initially having Luiz and Tony preform dangerous tasks to pay off the Ancelotti's, including putting Luiz through an ambush, before trying to get Luiz to kill Tony. While he manages to escape any sort of revenge at first, he resurfaces in ''V'' as a corrupt talent agent, trying to screw over Solomon Richards' movie production, before beating down the old man. Luckily, his brief apparances in ''V'' has Rocco punished; once by getting beat down by Michael, and later being killed by Michael.

* ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV'': While [[VillainProtagonist Trevor Philips, Michael De Santa and Franklin Clinton]] are too [[LaughablyEvil funny]], over-the-top, and [[WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds sympathetic]] to be hated, the same cannot be said of these characters:

** Stretch. He has no characterization outside of being a pathetic SmugSnake who thinks his big-shot status in the families means he controls Franklin and Lamar's lives. [[spoiler: Thankfully, you can TakeAThirdOption to kill him, and the protagonists face no repercussions either.]]

[[TheMillstone He constantly causes trouble for Tommy]], but he also whines that Tommy isn't treating him fairly even though Tommy not only saved his life, but carried him throughout all of their criminal endeavors. Billy's imprisonment causes Brian, [[UndyingLoyalty his most]] [[YesMan loyal follower]], and the members who were also loyal to Billy to betray the other members of the club, which starts a civil war. Finally, he decides to testify against the Lost in order to be released from prison (even after stressing the importance of loyalty to Johnny). This prompts the Lost to break into the prison Billy's being held at in order to silence him. During his last moments, he goads Johnny into executing him before [[DefiantToTheEnd attempting to stab him with a shank.]] Violent, [[TheHedonist hedonistic]], and utterly [[AxCrazy psychopathic]], Billy is one of the few characters in the Grand Theft Auto franchise to have absolutely ''zero'' redeeming qualities, and [[ItsAllAboutMe who's loyalty lies only towards himself.]] [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking Oh, and he brags about banging Johnny's girlfriend Ashley to his face.]]]]

All this ruins Dogg's career, and he almost commits suicide in the process. After Dogg's entire works is in shambles, Loc bastardizes Dogg's lyrics his atrocius music and finally proves be a DirtyCoward when CJ and Dogg decide to get back at him.
