** Over the course of the event, we learn that the mastermind behind the virus was Auguste's tourism manager who, [[NotSoDifferent just like Meg]], grew more and more distraught with every passing year's summer getting ruined by the events of each summer event. What makes it absolutely hilarious is the flashback, which shows a past version of himself at the very beginning behaving just like Meg did at the start of My Beloved Auguste, which is to say like an upbeat high school teenage girl.
** When Meg ultimately gets bitten by Mari, she is revealed to be immune because of the shark cells left in her body from fusions with Ursula, and what's more, bites from Ursula and her fellow sharks can instantly cure a zombie of their infection. How this is possible? The tourism manager had figured out how to zombify all of Auguste's marine life ''except'' for the mutant flying sharks from The Maydays, complete with a short flashback of him exclaiming how said sharks made zero sense at all.
** Lowain, Tomoi and Elsam are flabbergasted to discover that the stranger who bought them drinks at the club was the primal beast Poseidon himself.

** Mimlemel, unaware of Poseidon's identity or his nature, wonders why he's talking to her turtle.

** Gran uses a large soup spoon that he "borrowed" from the kitchen to hold up an officer in the Albion bastion.
** Drang getting poked by Sturm despite making perfectly innocent suggestions, like going on vacation in Auguste.
** Eugen's scary story, in a meta-sense, as anyone familiar with the story will know that Eugen just unknowingly gave an accurate summary of what awaits them on the island.
** Drang claims to be on vacation when the party encounters him and Sturm on the mist-shrouded island. Even Sturm thinks he's being dishonest. Speaking of her, she doesn't even know WHY they are on the island!
** When the party, Sturm, Drang and Orchis are served a stew of odd colour by the resident [[FriendlyZombie zombie villagers]], Drang is the first one to take a bite. For a moment, his reaction suggests that he may be dying - but then reveals that it's just that delicious.
** Lyria at first denies that zombies exist and explains it away as "everyone just having caught the cold". Sturm later uses that ''exact same'' explanation when she ''also'' denies that zombies exist despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
** Ferry acts slightly clumsily when she's looking for a specific book. Yes, putting your whole weight into pulling out a book that seems to be stuck in the shelf might not be the best idea. It ''might'' result in more books flying your way.
** When Sturm asks Drang if he'd finally tell her (what their whole business on the mist-shrouded island was about), he answers "Tell you what? The colour of my pajamas? My favourite pub? Or where I start scrubbing when I'm taking a bath?"

** The story starts with bright and innocent Meg not only finally going on the Auguste vacation she always dreamed of, but also becoming her hotel's one-millionth customer and winning a free trip to Yudhisthira Island. Said island is where the first summer event, "Dark Giant of the Blue Seas", happens, which means that she ends up traumatized by the albacore attack at the end of the story, courtesy of one showing up right in front of her, causing her to pass out in fear. She spends the rest of the vacation cooped up in her room.
--->'''Meg:''' [[MadnessMantra Beware the albacore. Beware the albacore. Beware the albacore.]]
** The next year, Meg tries going again, dismissing the first time as a one-off occurence. To appologize for what happened the first time, the hotel offers another free trip to Venera Beach, where Shierokarte and the crew are running a beach house ("Balmy Breeze and Foamy Deep"). This time she ends up getting tailslapped by a bonito.
** [[HereWeGoAgain The next year]], despite having no plans of going to Auguste again, Meg ends up winning a market raffle for a free trip. A Rising Sunfish (from "Slice of Summer") ends up ramming her and knocking her into the water. When she wakes up after being rescued, contrary to the PrinceCharming she envisioned, she instead gets a face full of Jin's "tighty-whities".
** Despite swearing to never go to Auguste again, Meg ends up going again after an old lady she helped ended up giving them to her. Unable to turn down the old lady, Meg, now visibly aged from both the years and the accumulated trauma, agrees to the hotel's recomendation of going to a quiet place. Unfortunately, said place turned out to be Benthic Island, where upon meeting up with Shierokarte again, Meg wises up and decides to lock herself in her room and try (and fail) to ignore the commotion about sea urkins and poachers outside ("Poacher's Day").
*** After the commotion ends, Meg tries talking a nightside beach walk to calm herself only to end up chased by giant crabs. Ferry ends up rescuing her this time, only to accidentally spook her when she explains that she and her pets are ghosts.
** The next year, Meg doesn't even bother explaining why she's there again, now adopting a "done with this shit" attitude. She decides to tag along with her friend Mari and Mari's boyfriend to visit Cyrath Island. Uncaring for what happens, she decides to take a swim in the ocean, and gets shocked by electric eals for her trouble ("Bzzt! Amped-Up Summer"). Thankfully this time, she's saved from drowning by Albert, who ticks off all her desired qualities in a PrinceCharming. Said cheer is quickly dampened when she learns that he's part of that same crew of skyfrarers who keep messing up her vacation.
** Fed up with her vacation being ruined five years in a row, with the last incident being the tipping point, Meg decides to do something about it, said something pretty much being diving headfirst into the crazyness. Over the next year, she goes to the mountain to train and takes a correspondence course in martial arts. By the next vacation, after the island had a shark catastrophe ("The Maydays") and while the crew is learning about sushi with kappas ("Kappa Summer Chronicle"), Meg has become an AmazonianBeauty decked out in scars and combat gear. Also, she picked up a stray baby shark and named it Ursula [[spoiler: and learned how to fuse it into her arm]]. She proceeds to use her newfound strength to single-handedly save the island from a giant hermit crab, while venting out all her frustrations and trauma.
---> '''Mari:''' Sh-sh-sharks can fly? How?
---> '''Meg:''' [[VoodooShark Of course fish fly.]] [[LampshadeHanging This is Auguste.]]
** Now caught up in the present, Meg returns for another vacation this year, having watched the events of "Hot Summer Fete! Eating Bonanza!" off-screen. She ends up hanging out with the crew of the Grancypher, despite her past resevervations. She spends the entire trip waiting for the other shoe to drop and some catastrophe to happen...only for nothing particularly dangerous to actually happen. Then Shierokarte shows up and reports that there are two individuals [[spoiler: with abilities to fuse sharks to their limbs]]...and that they're leaving the island. She just wanted to let Meg know just in case [[spoiler: since they have similar abilities]]. When she processes that she ''finally'' got to spend a relaxing Auguste vacation where nothing bad happened, Meg starts jumping for joy and cheering while everyone else just stares at her somewhat confused.

** In Naoise's Summer episode, he gets to taste-test a lunch made by Katalina. Given how he is perfectly fine after eating a sample (due to his unusual [[ExtremeOmnivore sense of taste]]), Vira and Lowain thought Katalina was able to make edible food for once, and they decide to chow down simultaneously. They still pass out as a result, with their in-game artworks being monochromatic to show how pale they've become.
