* The Land of the Livid Dead is relatively neat. It's also pretty hilarious, considering it's full of grannies and the such. So the Land of the Livid Dead is an afterlife, right? So there brings the question: ''Why do the grannies also seem to be some of the most humanlike characters?''

adding my two cents. realized this while playing Origins at night, had just unlocked the land of the livid dead and i was thinking too hard. oops

** Don't forget the bit at the beginning of each clip: 'A collection of 547 lessons on VHS and DVD' of these experiments, one lesson per tape or disc. Considering that each episode lasts less than a minute, and considering a DVD can fit about 3 hours of footage...

* Rayman and his friends getting roped by the Magician into dancing with him in the last stage of ''[[VideoGame/RaymanOrigins Origins]]'' isn't so odd when you recall that [[VideoGame/Rayman1995 the first Rayman game]] had our limbless wonder dance with while apparently befriending most of the bosses after beating them. The dance scene might be that the Magician tricked Rayman and Co. into [[DefeatMeansFriendship thinking they were friends]].

* In the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xzffbl5eIo first trailer]] of ''Origins'', "the second summer solstice" sounds like a nonsense joke until you remember that the Glade of Dreams, like Tatooine, has ''two'' suns.

* Rayman needing to get a power-up in order to punch and hang in the first game might seem like YouHaveResearchedBreathing to some, but keep in mind Rayman ''doesn't have arms''. His hands aren't even attached to his body. So punching and hanging probably works differently for him.

* If Reflux is the Knaaren's champion, as well as the most powerful of them all... Then how come he is also the ''only'' Knaaren to be vulnerable to Rayman's attacks ?

*** Does that mean there are 547 discs, each one having only 1 minute of footage, while the rest is empty? [[FridgeLogic What sense does that make, and why would they make it like that?]]
*** Maybe they're all copies of the same disc?
** In short, the hoodlums likely committed genocide on at least 3 species in Rayman's world, maybe more, if there are other species featured in the unseen episodes.
** Well, when I was younger, I found them funny, maybe because I wasn't mature enough. But now, seriously, how could this was even allowed (appart a few ones which are more slapstick, like the one where the animal is turned into another Hoodlum and kills the first Hoodlum) ? They're plain horrifying ! Well, maybe I don't like those shorts anymore because I'm horrified of animal cruelty ?

* FridgeHorror: The [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFd1N3H8dIA&NR=1 'Wanna Kick Rayman?']] shorts for ''Rayman 3'' are full of this. Assuming the footage is canon, Andre had his henchmen round up helpless animals, rip off their fur (if any), dress them up as Rayman and kill them in various ways for amusement. Some of them are rather cruel too. One involves frying a slug from the inside using a battery that's inserted through the [[AssShove back end]].

** Most of the other ones are a little more family friendly, with more slapstick style deaths. With the exception of 273, where one of the creatures gets beaten to death with a hammer, causing one of his eyes to shoot out of its socket and hit the camera lens.
