His goal was to make the people of Yamato independent. Upon being defeated by Anju's faction, he admits that he was wrong in not giving her a chance to prove herself. Yet he remains satisfied, knowing that Anju would be able to accomplish what he couldn't and make Yamato a stronger country.]]

* CrazyPrepared: Every move Haku makes, he seems to have a counter for. Best shown in the major battle near the end: [[spoiler:Raiko is using a telepathic network to relay orders faster than Haku can react to them. Raiko not only guesses that “Oshtor” will work out that he’s using telepathy, he also assumes that Oshtor will work out that there is a single telepath in particular being used as a “hub”, whose death would bring the whole network down. So he makes sure to have ''two'' hubs set up, heavily guarded among numerous decoys. On top of that, he realizes that Oshtor will probably try to snipe them from afar, so he has Mikazuchi stand by at the most likely place for Oshtor to attempt that, ''and'' has counter-snipers set up just in case Mikazuchi fails!]]

Jachdwalt’s young daughter. She doesn’t actually take part in fighting, but Jachtwalt insists on bringing her along with him wherever he goes, saying she’s probably safer with him even on the battlefield.

* FromTheMouthsOfBabes: Shinonon speaks in a very coarse, masculine manner, mirroring Jachdwalt. A lot of the humor with her comes from the dissonance of an adorable little girl talking like a gruff mercenary.
* GirlsLoveStuffedAnimals: She adores stuffed animals and plays with them often.
* GiverOfLameNames: She has a doll she calls “Goodbadguy”, and later names one of Munechika’s dolls as “Badgoodguy”.
* HappilyAdopted: She’s not actually related to Jachdwalt, being the daughter of the former Letarmoshiri owlo, whom Jachtwalt considered a brother. She sees him as her father though, and her reaction to seeing her blood-related uncle is, in contrast, one of fear and apprehension.
* PrecociousCrush: She likes Kiwru, and often refers to herself as his woman or his lover. Kiwru is too polite/timid to correct her and risk making her cry.
* VagueAge: She looks and acts like she's around maybe two or three years old, but from how Jachdwalt and Jammachiry speak of their past it sounds like she could be several years older.

One of Yamato’s Pillar Generals and Anju's governess. She was taken prisoner by Tuskur during Yamato’s invasion in the previous game, but she is released by Fumirul to come help with the situation in Ennakamuy. Though deprived of her akuruka, she is still an extremely powerful warrior.

Oshtor’s and Nekone’s mother, who is in frail health and mostly blind. Haku finds himself having to pretend to be her son as part of his disguise, but does enjoy spending time with her regardless.

* TheBusCameBack: She was present in the original Utawarerumono game as the baby that Ulthury took care of and bonded with. It's not entirely clear if she's aware that Urthory raised her for some time, but the two do have a relationship close to being mother and daughter due to Fumirul entering Kuon's service at a young age and therefore having a lot of opportunities to meet with her.

* PhysicalGod: It isn’t clear what Uitsalnemetia is nor where it came from, but it appears to pre-date humanity as a species and possesses incredible supernatural powers.

* RealMenWearPink: He's taken up brewing tea over the years, a hobby he initially dismissed as being too feminine. With Kuon taking his place as owlo he's also picked up casting teacups.

* MyLittleSisterIsOffLimits: Averted for his pseudo-sister Nekone. When Kiwru felt awkward about crushing over the sister of his sworn brother, "Oshtor" tells him Nekone is free to date whomever she wants, and he at least knows Kiwru would treat her well.

* {{Reincarnation}}: Camyu is the reincarnation of Mutsumi, the original Onkamiyamukai who considered herself Hakuowlo’s daughter. While the Mutsumi personality doesn’t make a direct appearance in the game, Camyu does reference it when she briefly refers to Uitsalnemetia as her “father”.

* IajutsuPractitioner: He tends to draw and resheath his sword during his combo chains.

* HeroWithBadPublicity: Invoked by Raiko, who runs a propaganda campaign to spin Haku’s defeat of Dekopompo as a vicious assault on a peaceful envoy. “The Atrocity at Ennakamuy” seriously hampers Haku’s attempts to secure supplies and allies among the neutral nations of Yamato.

* HypocriticalHumor: They try to keep Kuon away from Haku because they consider her a seductress. When Kuon points out that they're constantly trying to get in his pants themselves their response is basically a confused ''"And?"''

* LaboriousLaziness: Camyu spent three full days figuring out a counter spell to get out of working. Muto points out she could have just ''actually worked'' instead.

* TheVoice: He doesn’t seem to have a physical body outside of the seal, though he can still speak with those who visit the shrine, as a disembodied voice. [[spoiler:He gets his body back in the epilogue, after Haku takes on Uitsalnemetia’s powers.]]
