* BreadEggsMilkSquick: In the description: "Diedough-Goo likes puppies, long walks on the beach and wanton destruction".

* TurnsRed: When the exoskeleton has been mostly stripped away, a Diedough-Goo will often launch into a berserker-rage combo attack. [[NoSell Your Unite Morph will shatter if you hit a berserk Diedough-Goo]].

* MonsterThreatExpiration: The first time you encounter one in Operation 002, it puts up a decent fight and later turns out to be the boss of the whole operation and is relatively tough. Another one is found later attacking in almost all of Operation 005. In C, another one is fought in a similar manner to the first one, but it's somewhat easier to beat. [[spoiler:Justified, given that it's not the actual boss of the operation]]. It later turns downright silly in Operation 009 [[spoiler:when they are knocked out and stolen en masse by the heroes in one blow each! Although given that Platinum Robo has a hand in it, the Wonderful 100 can fight them on more even footing]].

* TakingYouWithMe: The Gah-Goojin from Operation 002 tries to catch the Virgin Victory in its self-destruct sequence. [[spoiler:It gets tickled off by Wonder-Red]].

* GatlingGood: It has a machine gun in its' undercarriage.

* CurbStompBattle: [[spoiler:By the time the fight is near its end, the Nano-Accel completely wears off of the team, returning them to a normal size while Vaaiki is still tiny. Wonder-Red repeatedly stomps on it seconds later]].

She appears in front of the Wonderful One-Double-Oh from time to time, only to taunt them when she does. She doesn’t seem to belong to the GEATHJERK army, but she can hardly be called an ally either. Despite possessing high combat capabilities, she never engages in combat of her own accord and she tends to disappear as soon as she arrives. Her objectives are as shrouded in mystery as her identity. She is actually a member of the Galactic Federation Police, and Vorkken's sister. However, she is the last surviving member, as well as being one of the few survivors of the destruction of Rhullo along with Vorkken. She currently chases both the GEATHJERK and the Guyzoch. She can use Unite Bowgun, which has the ability to charm enemies.

* DrunkWithPower: [[spoiler:1,500 years into a BadFuture humanity becomes the corrupt military superpower known as [[TheEmpire The Greater Galactic Imperium]], with entire worlds being destroyed and conquered by the future Wonderful 100]].
* ExposedToTheElements: Their ability to survive right next to the magma lakes of Lowrule, the freezing ice of Kowrule, [[spoiler:the insides of an alien, and ''space itself'']] could be chalked up to their CENTINEL suits. However, how they don't instantly die when knocked out -- which makes them lose their suits temporarily -- is another story.

* MeaningfulRename: Despite the name of the game, the group are referred to as the Wonderful 100 in-series. The 101 is generally taken to include the player. ("I knew we forgot someone... you!") [[spoiler:They however change their name to the Wonderful 101 after Luka joins their ranks]].

* SuperNotDrowningSkills: After submerging in to water through Unite Hammer [[spoiler:or Unite Big]], they can stay in water indefinitely. Somehow, drowning isn't an issue even when knocked out of their suits.

* DebutQueue: After Red, Blue (both introduced in the Prologue), and Green (first introduced in Operation 001-B), the color members are all introduced one operation apart from each other. Gameplay-wise this is presumably to help the player get eased into the mechanics of each new morph and when to use them in the best suited situations. Pink, White, and Black all show up to help fight an enemy who you would otherwise be unable to defeat without them, while Yellow shows up to help hammer through a room filling with gas (not to mention the next new enemy encountered is weak to Unite-Hammer.)

* YouKilledMyFather: Averted. Even during their confrontation with [[spoiler:Laambo]], he chooses to let him escape to defuse a weapon. In fact, Nelson states Red blamed himself for not being able to save his father rather than want vengeance. The fact that this even happened isn't even acknowledged until five chapters after the villain is killed, and Red himself never directly acknowledges it. [[spoiler:He does land the final blow on Laambo, however]].

* IneffectualLoner: Doesn't like working in groups, especially playing NumberTwo to a RookieRedRanger. In cutscenes when Red gives orders and the team gives a group "Roger!" with a gesture, Blue doesn't. [[spoiler:He gets over these tendencies eventually, joining the group gesture once he does]].

[[spoiler:This sequence repeats a couple of levels later, but this time, he instead pins Vijounne's mech down with his sword, allowing Immorta to deal the killing blow, representing his overcoming of this flaw]].

* SomethingAboutARose: Tosses a rose into the air when he begins his transformation sequence... and fails to catch it.

* WouldHitAGirl: Doesn't hesitate at all to charge after Vijounne repeatedly, takes Wonder-Pink on a fight (which eventually devolves into the entire team in a BigBallOfViolence), and threatens Immorta more than once. [[spoiler:Justified for the former as she killed, or at least was heavily involved in the death of, his brother]].

* YouKilledMyFather: [[spoiler:He had an older brother who was led into a trap by Vijounne]].

* DemonHead: When she gets really angry, her eyes turn red (which show up as pink under the mask) and she bares a mouth of fangs. She's the only protagonist to be shown doing this. Considering all the allusions to ''Castlevania'' in her character the fangs might also be one (in this case, hinting at vampires even if she isn't one).

* TheHeart: Takes a big sister/motherly role at times, particularly toward Luka. It's suggested her own missing brother engendered these habits. In fact, Nelson states Red blamed himself for not being able to save his father rather than want vengeance. The fact that this even happened isn't even acknowledged until five chapters after the villain is killed, and Red himself never directly acknowledges it. [[spoiler:He does land the final blow on Laambo, however.]]

* {{Expy}}: A HotBlooded, cocky swordsman with silver locks and a BadassLongcoat. Not surprising considering [[Creator/HidekiKamiya his creator]] also made [[VideoGame/DevilMayCry Dante.]]

** AbsurdlySharpBlade: His Valiantium Blade is made out of a metal said to get sharper with every swing, and the Unite Sword can cleave robots in two in a single strike. If ''VideoGame/{{Bayonetta 2}}'' is to be believed, the sword is [[spoiler:the sword of an ''angel'', and capable of slicing anything in Heaven or Earth]].
** AttackReflector: The broad edge of the blade can reflect lasers back to their source.
** {{BFS}}: Unite Sword is, by definition, as big as up to 100 people.
** ShoePhone: While it's hard to notice ingame, his sword actually has a rotary phone dial on it for whatever reason. It's easiest to see in his [[VideoGame/SuperSmashBros Smash 4 trophy]]. It's probably a play on popular "dial-a-combo" criticism against hack'n'slash games.

* HitMeDammit: After Nelson explains to him why Red is the leader over him, Blue has a HeelRealization and tells the team to give him a good punch to the face.

He doesn't take kindly to being led by Wonder-Red, a comparatively new member of the Wonderful Ones, and in the first battle against Vijounne ([[spoiler:his brother's murderer]]), he flies at her head-on, but gets batted aside effortlessly, allowing her to get away. [[spoiler:This sequence repeats a couple of levels later, but this time, he instead pins Vijounne's mech down with his sword, allowing Immorta to deal the killing blow, representing his overcoming of this flaw.]]
