The former captain of the USS Voyager herself and coffee ethusiast. She helps the 2410 Starfleet player against the Borg during their cadet cruise and later during the attack on Vega Colony. She now provides the missions for the of the Delta Rising storyline.

The Trill CO of Earth Spacedock and much of Starfleet. Gives the player their orders during the Borg attack on Vega Colony, and later for the rest of the "Klingon War" storyline.

* BigDamnHeroes: Saves the player and their ship not once but twice during the tutorial against the Borg, alongside Captain Nog.
* BigGood: Acts as one for the player, saving them in the tutorial several times, supporting their promotion to command, acting as the new mission giver during the Delta Rising missions and oversees the operation to [[spoiler:rescue Ilia from the Terran Spacedock in the Mirror Universe]].

* Four-Star Badass: Has been ever since returning from the Delta Quadrent and becoming an admiral. Still commands the USS Voyager when Tuvok isn't in command and is just fine going into battle against the Borg still and [[spoiler:going up against the Terran Empire in their own backyard]].

The Vulcan CO of Starbase 39-Sierra and the player's direct superior for the Starfleet "Romulan Mystery" story arc and Fed-aligned Romulan "Freedom" arc.

The former Chief Medical Officer of Deep Space 9. The good doctor retired from Starfleet sometime after the Dominion War to practice medicine privately after he married the captain of the U.S.S. Aventine, Ezri Dax, and started a family with. Threats posed to the Galaxy however eventually prompt him put back on the uniform.

* InkSuitActor: Modeled after his actor Alexander Siddig for the most part, although intentionally made to look a bit older, with greying hair and him now sporting a beard.''

* Babies Ever After: Has started a family with Ezri and now has several children, who live live with them oboard the Aventine.
* Happily Married: Tied the knot with Ezri at some point after DS9's finalie and have been happily togehter for roughly 30 years.

Chief of Security aboard the USS ''Kirk''. The adult daughter of Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres, she was born aboard the starship ''Voyager'' as it returned to the Alpha Quadrant. Believed by some to be the Kuvah'magh, a messianic figure in Klingon lore.

* DummiedOut: He used to be a relatively important character but by 2014 every mission he was involved in has been removed. Nowadays he pretty much just stands around Earth Spacedock ([[WordOfGod he's the station CO according to Kestral]]) and doesn't even have any lines.
