A high-level monster summoned by the Super-tier spell "Ia Shub Niggurath". The number of Young summoned is proportionate to the number of victims killed by the spell's initial damage.

* AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever: They stand ten meters tall, enough to tower over the average building in a medieval setting.
* AwesomeButImpractical: In YGGDRASIL. In addition to the spell taking forever and a day to cast like other Super-tier spells, at high levels, it would have been quite difficult to find enough targets squishy enough to die from the initial damage and all packed together in one spot to summon any Dark Young at all. In the New World, however, its large area of effect and powerful summons make it [[ThisLooksLikeAJobForAquaman a great way to completely wipe out a large army of mooks in the flashiest way possible to drive in Ainz's superiority]]. As far as Ainz knows, nobody has ever been able to summon as many Dark Young in YGGDRASIL as he did in the New World.
* CombatTentacles: Their main means of offense, short of simply trampling enemies underfoot.
* EldritchAbomination: They look like black clusters of tentacles and gaping mouths on legs. Lore-wise, they are connected to Shub'niggurath, an eldritch entity referred to in the ''Literature/CthulhuMythos'' as "the dark goat in the woods with a thousand young". This explains their name, their incongruous bleating noises, and Ainz's nickname for them.
* IronicNickname: Nicknamed "adorable baby goats" by Ainz due to the above, despite being anything '''but''' adorable.
* LightningBruiser: Tough as nails, immensely strong, and - belying their ponderous, lumbering gait - fast enough to outrun warhorses at least.
* OneManArmy: Each of these things could destroy a kingdom in the New World on its own. [[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill Ainz summoned five of them]].

* CoolHorse: It looks extremely awesome and is level 100, which means that it's also extremely strong.
* HellishHorse: It looks like a black horse, but has horns like those of a demon and SuperStrength.
* OnlyTheChosenMayRide: As it's the opposite of a unicorn in every way, only non-virgins may ride it. If a virgin attempts to mount a bicorn, the creature is immediately drained of its energy.
* VirginPower: Inverted, a virgin can '''not''' ride this creature.

* WeHaveReserves: Unlike the more powerful denizens of Nazarick (who need to be resurrected using a ritual that consumes resources), these skeletons automatically respawn after a short period. Because they are also strong enough to be a serious threat to just about everything in the New World, Ainz makes a point of using them as Nazarick's first line of defense to avoid any potential casualties among more powerful NPCs.

* TerrifyingRescuer: Justified. The first Death Knight created by Ainz was ordered to eliminate the Slane Theocracy knights. As it was ordered to kill those knights specially, it's very understandable for the surviving Carne villagers to be terrified of it. They somewhat got over it after they met Ainz.
