Father's eerie children, supposedly an adult's view of the "perfect" kids. They are educated, well-dressed and polite, but uncivilized in their burning hatred for the Kids Next Door. They always appear clustered together, move as one and speak [[VoiceOfTheLegion in perfect unison]]. They are the most recurring villains of the show. They are voiced by Creator/BenjaminDiskin, Creator/DeeBradleyBaker, and Creator/CreeSummer. [[spoiler:As Sector Z, they are voiced by Ogie Banks, Creator/JenniferHale, Creator/TomKenny, and Creator/DaveWittenberg.]]

* FourEyesZeroSoul: [[spoiler:As revealed in the movie, Father wears a pair of square glasses underneath his Silhouette Suit. They're yellow tint seems to provide the yellow eye color to his Silhouetted form. At first the jarring contrast of his true form with his famous menace makes him seem comical, but as he rants on about Sector Z his eyes take on the same cruel expression that his silhouette had]].

* BodyHorror: A subtle example here ir there, such as Lenny rejoining their fold being accompanied by a disgusting fleshy noise, imply that on some level they're physically joined together rather than just psychologically.

* OneNoteChef: The annual birthday cake he makes for the Delightful Children, which is so good that the KND mobilizes a task force to steal it every year.

* PeekABangs: He starts to have this to his character as a teen.

* SupremeChef: Father is a very accomplished baker. The birthday cakes he bakes for the Delightful Children are always repoted to be absolutely delicious, which is why the KND goes to such great lengths to try and steal them.

* DoesNotLikeSpam: He hates broccoli. In fact, he claims that ''everyone'' hates it, and that the only reason that adults make kids eat it is so that ''they'' don't have to. In fact, [[spoiler:in "Operation: I.T.", Numbuh 362 was able to subdue him by threatening to forcefeed it to him.]] However, this is justified in his case because [[spoiler:[[AbusiveParent Grandfather]] forcefed it to him in such a way that traumatized him for life.]]

* ParasolOfPain: [[spoiler: As Numbuh 0.3 of Sector Z, she's shown wielding an energized umbrella as a sword]].

* PeekABangs: As [[spoiler: Numbuh 0.2 of Sector Z]].

* ChefOfIron: [[spoiler: As Numbuh 0.5, she fights the Sector V Senior Citizombies with a Spatula and Hot Dog Skewer (complete with Hot Dog!).]]

* SunglassesAtNight: [[spoiler: As Numbuh 0.5 of Sector Z, she sports these instead of her usual glasses.]]

* ThemeNaming: [[spoiler: Their KND operative numbers are Numbuhs 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5. Certainly gives them more reflection.]]

* ChronicVillainy: Literally. [[spoiler:Their delightfulization is permanent, so any attempts at reversing it is only temporary]].

* ABirthdayNotABreak: Every year, they hold a birthday party where all of the hungry guests are forced to watch as they eat the cake themselves. And every year, Sector V crashes the party and tries to steal the cake. [[HilarityEnsues Results tend to vary.]]

* EvenEvilHasStandards: Even they think Mushi Sanban is crazy. Entering her name into their database returns the response "that kid is nuts."

* TheChainOfHarm: [[spoiler: As a {{Foil}} to his nobler brother's [[BreakingTheCycleOfBadParenting approach]], Father is absolutely ''horrible'' to his forcibly adopted children as a result of having an AbusiveParent himself.]]

* EvilUncle: [[spoiler:To Nigel/Numbuh 1, due to him being his father's brother.]]

* TheSociopath: Leaving aside his more comedic elements, Father carries many traits of a sociopath, making him a absolutely malevolent figure compared to the rest of the cast. He has a HairTriggerTemper, has LackOfEmpathy for all the actions he's done, is content with mass murder, delights in the suffering of others (especially children), and manipulates others for his own purposes. There's also TheReveal [[spoiler:that he permanently brainwashed Sector Z into his own adopted children and considers it something he's done right]].
* StandardFiftiesFather: His silhouette is intended to invoke this with his pipe, conservative haircut and sharp, clean lines. His ''personality'', on the other hand, [[AbusiveParents is]] [[AxCrazy anything]] [[{{Jerkass}} but]] [[TheSociopath wholesome]].

* YouGotSpunk: [[spoiler:Why he prefers one of his sons, Numbuh Zero, over his other son, Father. Numbuh Zero successfully managed to defeat Grandfather when the latter was at the peak of his power, which Grandfather [[VillainRespect actually respects him for.]] Father, on the other hand, is evil like Grandfather, but too weak-willed and spineless to stand up to him. One must be curious of what Grandfather would've thought of Numbuh One's tenacity...]]

* {{Hypocrite}}: They go on about adult tyranny, consider adulthood to be a disease, and want to make the universe a better place for children, but their acts against adults and teenagers are both heinous and beyond despicable as it's genocide and the worse kind of evil. As Chad points out to Nigel that the GKND's plans are pure evil and they are the most tyrannical organization in the universe.
* KnightOfCerebus: They are the darkest and most evil villains in the entire franchise; as they lack redeeming qualities, have no comedic moments, and have committed the worst acts in the series as a whole: like mass murder, numerous genocides, and other heinous crimes across the universe.

* ScaryDogmaticAliens: All of them are different alien species of children, with two of them being revealed as PlantAliens, and they despise adults and teenagers to the point that they believe it justifiable to commit ''interplanetary genocide.''
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior: The fact that they're willing to commit genocide on an interplanetary scale would be an understatement.
* UtopiaJustifiesTheMeans: The GKND's vision of a perfect universe is one where kids rule. In the ''G:KND'' teaser, their so-called "Perfect Universe" is just to bring total carnage and genocide towards adults and teenagers, so they can have the universe all to themselves.

* EvilOverlord: They rule over both the Galactic Kids Next Door and most of the universe. They could also be a manipulative, tyrannical dark lord who is the mastermind behind numerous genocides on teenagers and adults.

* OffModel: His appearances in the KND VS DCFDTL comics frequently miscolor him and give him pale skin.

* DarkseidDuplicate: Though he lacks {{ComicBook/Darkseid}}'s physique, he still shares traits with him, being a god-like EvilOverlord with an obsessive goal of bending everyone to his will, [[spoiler: yet [[ParentalFavoritism favors]] his braver, more rebellious son (Monty) over his meeker, yet more loyal his ideals son (Benedict). ]]

* VillainDecay: In the first season, they were ''the'' primary threat of the Kids Next Door and their major ArchEnemy as a recurring encounter and threat, and willing to go to mighty extremes to prove it. This persists for the rest of the story -- but once [[BigBad Father]] was shown in the season finale, the series goes on to demonstrate that there are far eviler individuals, both child ''and'' adult, then they ever could be. With this comes an increase in the Delightful Children getting shown up, humiliated, thwarted before they can really put the Kids Next Door through the ringer, and eventually, ''sympathy'' for their crummy circumstances where no one even respects them at all as villains, not even Father. [[spoiler:Then there's the fact that they were [[AndIMustScream never intentionally villains]] in the first place.]]

* VillainDecay: In the first season, they were ''the'' primary threat of the Kids Next Door and their major ArchEnemy as a recurring encounter and threat, and willing to go to mighty extremes to prove it. * VileVillainSaccharineShow: He literally makes the environment around him viler. He's also the single most vile villain in the show, and despite his comedic moments, his actual plan and threat are treated with more seriousness than every other villain combined. The other villains are doing things like giving kids colds, cleaning their teeth, or banning sugary drinks, Grandfather is turning the world into a child-labor fueled dystopia and causing a ZombieApocalypse.

* JerkWithAHeartOfJerk: Despite favoring Monty, he won't hesitate to hurt him should he ever gets rebellious.
* KnightOfCerebus: Despite exhibiting the characteristics of a comedic super villain, Grandfather is arguably the darkest villain as a whole, due to how, unlike any other villain, is actually seen ''performing'' child slavery, and turning the world's population into senior citizombies.
