* TheWorfEffect: Even though she's one of the most competent villains in the series, Cree is among the first to fall victim to Grandfather in Operation Z.E.R.O.

** If you type something vulgar into their database, it'll return a response either calling you gross or telling you to watch your mouth.

* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: The one thing they fear above all is [[AbusiveParents Father's fiery wrath.]] In "Operation: P.A.R.T.Y.", when they accidentally invite a bunch of teens over when Father is at the spa, resulting in an uncontrollable WildTeenParty taking place at their mansion, they're so afraid of Father coming home and discovering the mess that they actually ''[[GodzillaThreshold call the Kids Next Door]]'' to help them get rid of the teens.

* WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds: [[spoiler:After their origins were revealed in ''WesternAnimation/OperationZERO.'' They were once KND operatives, but were delightfulized by Father into becoming his perfect children. The delightfulization is permanent, and any attempt to return them to their previous selves can only be temporary.]]

* TheChainOfHarm: [[spoiler:As a {{Foil}} to his nobler brother's [[BreakingTheCycleOfBadParenting approach]], Father is absolutely ''horrible'' to his forcibly adopted children as a result of having an AbusiveParent himself.]]

* DoesNotLikeSpam: He hates broccoli. In fact, he claims that ''everyone'' hates it, and that the only reason that adults make kids eat it is so that ''they'' don't have to. In fact, [[spoiler:in "Operation: I.T.", Numbuh 362 was able to subdue him by threatening to forcefeed it to him.]] However, this is justified in his case because [[spoiler:[[AbusiveParent Grandfather]] forcefed it to him in such a way that traumatized him for life.]] While most other people, adults and children alike, will just react with disgust, Father curls into a TroubledFetalPosition afterwards, begging [[spoiler: Grandfather]], who's long gone, not to make him eat the broccoli.

* AbusiveParent: He's why Father is the way he is.

* GreaterScopeVillain: While he only appears in TheMovie, the current incarnation of the KND was originally founded for the purpose of ending his evil rule. On top of that, Father ended up the way he is ''because'' of Grandfather being such an AbusiveParent to him. Then it turns out that GKND has bigger plans than him.

* ObfuscatingStupidity: His de-powered appearance is that of a harmless, senile old man, who lives in a retirement home. The villains are not impressed by what they see... until his inner darkness is awoken.

* GloryHound: During his tenure as leader, Chad let all that glory and power go to his head that he couldn’t bear the thought of leaving the organization when his 13th birthday came. He went as far as throwing others under the bus to ensure he stayed leader even if he became a teenager.

* SuperpoweredEvilSide: His abilities actually have shades of this. When his memories are wiped, he returns to being a harmless grandfather. Numbuh Zero even happily greets his father now that he's back to non-evil mode.

* VillainHasAPoint: Once revived, he almost immediately admonishes Father for only choosing to reawakening him cause he and the other villains couldn’t defeat the [=KND=] by that point.

** The only time they are only mentioned (as his parents) is during "Operation: E.N.D." but they aren't mentioned by name. They attend many super villain meetings, but their bond with Chad isn't mentioned again.

* EvenEvilHasStandards: Even ''they'' think Mushi Sanban is crazy. Entering her name into their database returns the response "that kid is nuts."
