* LawfulEvil: His ultimate status after deciding that he didn't want to become a [[ChaoticEvil completely heartless monster]]. While certainly still rude compared to everyone else and a ManipulativeBastard playing the game to win above anything else, he seems to have at least adopted a code of honor stopping him from going too far. However, after developing his OddFriendship with Kanaya, he finally realizes he [[BeingEvilSucks doesn't want to be the bad guy anymore]]. This ultimately leads to him undergoing a [[HeelFaceTurn change into a better person]].

* LawfulEvil: His ultimate status after deciding that he didn't want to become a [[ChaoticEvil completely heartless monster]]. While certainly still rude compared to everyone else and a ManipulativeBastard playing the game to win above anything else, he seems to have at least adopted a code of honor stopping him from going too far. This ultimately leads to him undergoing a [[HeelFaceTurn change into a better person]] and becoming more of a LawfulNeutral.
* LawfulNeutral: His current alignment upon [[TookALevelInKindness becoming a better person]]. Ever since vowing to himself to become a better person, he's certainly far less likely to start conflict and has actually adopted a morality system similar to Kanaya's on some level. While he hasn't become an actually ''good'' person by any stretch of the imagination, he's certainly on the higher end in terms of staying neutral.

* NeutralEvil: His original alignment at the beginning of '''Total Xtreme Action'''. Beginning the show as a jerk intentionally acting as awful as possible in order to [[AllGirlsWantBadBoys get women interested in him]], he acted solely on acts that would aid him in what he wanted, caring little for others and never going out of his way to purposefully help others. Somehow became a ''[[TookALevelInJerkass worse person]]'' after his teammates voted off his girlfriend, becoming a rather sociopathic ChaoticEvil bastard.

* EverythingsBetterWithSpinning: [[InvertedTrope Completely inverted]]; during his time as a Whirlipede, Droog was ''easily'' at his absolute weakest, because he could ''only'' spin and roll in order to get around without other's assistance.

* TragicVillain: ''Jesus!'' Droog is known for possibly being one of the most relatable characters in the series despite being the BigBad of '''Total Xtreme Action''', and it all comes down to just how tragically cruel life has been towards him all his life. Born as the bastard son of a whore and a father he never met, he's lived his entire life either in an abusive household with with negligent and cruel mother, or he's ran off on his own, living on his own on the streets and barely getting by. Then he somehow is accepted into ''Xtreme'' and gets a girlfriend...Only to learn later on that she only started a relationship with him in order to piss off her own parents, causing him to have a mental breakdown and completely isolate himself further from everyone else around him. By the end of the season, Droog is very much a broken man, but decides that now that he won the show, he's gonna finally acknowledge this fact and actually get some help. But even then, it's awful that anyone would have to grow up under these conditions, and the bad part is that some [[RealityEnsues people probably have gone through similar situations]].

* {{Adorkable}}: A large amount of Droog's PetTheDog moments during the first half of '''Total Xtreme Action''' are due to how he reacts to and acts around Alia, with him showing a usually abnormally friendly and even kind of dorky side to her.

* BreakoutCharacter: Despite coming out of a season that's seen as [[SoOkayItsAverage mostly just average]], Droog ended up becoming not only the most memorable character of the season and the series as a whole, [[SugarWiki/MostTriumphantExample but became possibly one of the most beloved villains of the entire TPI fandom]]! What initially began as what most people believed would just be another [[{{Jerkass}} generic asshole]] ended up proving himself to be far more than anyone could expect when he went through what most consider some of the best handled [[CharacterDevelopment character development]] of the entire series. To date he's still absolutely adored, to a point where even people who have never read the series seem to know him in the TPI fandom.
