* KickTheSonOfABitch: Freddy constantly insults Balloon Boy with "inhale my dong enragement child". Once Balloon Boy is revealed to be the BigBad of the entire series, and his insulting doesn't sound as callous as it would be if he were truly innocent.
* MakeMeWannaShout: His Lead Stinger skill lets him shriek into his microphone (or dildo) to amplify his scream to damage his enemy with a chance to poison them.

* KickTheSonOfABitch: She bites off Balloon Boy's frontal lobe and says that she'll tear off his head and shit down his throat if she ever sees him again, horrifying her allies. Though considering that Balloon Boy is a power-hungry megalomaniac who wanted to destroy the Toy animatronics and Fazbear Entertainment, and TakeOverTheWorld, it's hard to blame her.

* MakeMeWannaShout: Shared with original Freddy, his Lead Stinger skill lets him shriek into his microphone to amplify his scream to damage his enemy with a chance to poison them.

* MakeMeWannaShout: He can scream into his Phantom Microphone to damage and poison his opponent. Once he's beaten, Springtrap takes his power and learns how to summon a Phantom Microphone to shout into it to damage and poison his opponents.

* VillainProtagonist: While the protagonists of the first two games were [[{{Jerkass}} huge assholes]], they were still willing to [[AntiHero step up to save the world when they needed to]]. Springtrap, on the other hand, is a flat-out villain whose main goal is to revive [[BigBad Balloon Boy]]. Fittingly, he ([[DualBoss along with BB]]) serves as the FinalBoss of Golden Freddy's half of the game.

* GutturalGrowler: After a SkywardScream due to having his life ruined, he damages his voice box and is left with a more menacing, low-pitch voice with a static effect behind it.

* KnightOfCerebus: He's the closest the series has to one as his presence terrifies even [[BreakTheHaughty Freddy and his toy counterpart]]. Failure to wind up his music box will result in a nearly HopelessBossFight.

* EldritchTransformation: Ends up turning himself into a full-on clone of [[Videogame/{{Earthbound}} Giygas]] and later on [[Videogame/FinalFantasyVII Safer Sephiroth]] when he goes OneWingedAngel in ''2'' and the Save-Import Scenario respectively. Even after his original instance is killed he's still quite powerful and all sorts of fucked up.

* ADateWithRosiePalms: He ''loves'' to masturbate and in most encounters he is shown doing the act, and complaining when he is interrupted.

* ADateWithRosiePalms: Just like Foxy, Mangle is also pretty fond of masturbating and even forces Toy Freddy to buy her an esoteric sex toy to do the act.

The dialogue from Freddy in ''3'' implies that her boobs grew due to some weird chemical reaction, of which Freddy informs her that will happen in the next few years, presumably leading to her current appearance in ''2''.

* EleventhHourSuperpower: She learns her final skill, The Bite of '87, during the final fight with Balloon Boy. The damage count for each hit reaches into the billions, with the total amount being ''at least'' 779,483,200,720 hit points, which if no damage cap is in place, would OneHitKO the former page image of MarathonBoss (VideoGame/FinalFantasyXII's Yiazmat) ''15,554 times''.

* WalkThePlank: One of his signature skills, shared with original Foxy, is forcing the enemy to walk the plank. This attack possesses very high chance to palalyze, which is greatly helpful when dealing with bosses, as ContractualBossImmunity is a rarity in the game series (though [[{{Nerf}} not as much]] in the ''[[CompilationRerelease Complete Collection]]'', as the bosses are now more immune to status effects and the attack doesn't paralyze as easily as it used to before).

* InstrumentOfMurder: He uses microphones as his primary [[WeaponOfChoice weapons of choice]].

** He uses guitars as his personal [[WeaponOfChoice weapons of choice]], whether to attack regularly or to use for powerful skills.

* AbusiveParents: To take revenge on Splash Woman for ruining his life, Toy Freddy decided to send his son into the past before breaking up with her. When he meets his son again, he [[OffingTheOffspring murders him]] to not deal with him anymore. [[UpToEleven And then]], in ''[[CompilationRerelease Complete Collection]]'', he reanimates his son's desecrated corpse with {{necromancy}} he picked up as a hobby to bind him into servitude for Freddy and co.
* ContrastingSequelMainCharacter: Freddy in the first game is a crude, blunt, and frankly unhygenic arse, but can also be amicable and willing to do things for his friends if they pester him enough, and there are signs here and there that Freddy isn't as bad of a person as he first appears to be. Toy Freddy is Freddy turned UpToEleven: extremely callous, prone to giving up, ''very'' selfish and mean (to wit: the worst thing Freddy ever did was insult his friends, burn down Foxy's Pirate Cove (with no permanent harm done to Foxy himself), and have a night of debauchery, the latter of which is implied he wanted to spend with his friends; the worst thing Toy Freddy ever did was [[spoiler:sending his own infant son to the past with dark magicks in revenge]]) and helps out his friends less because they asked and more because he wants them to shut up.

* FlatCharacter: Even moreso than her 90's counterpart, as no one converses with her much, so her characterization never goes beyond "that one animatronic who always says "Devour my hot bird ass Freddy"".

* RedEyesTakeWarning: He has prominent red pupils in the center of his black eyes, a trait that he noticeably ''doesn't'' have in the original "Five Nights at Freddy's" series.

* MagikarpPower: Compares very unfavorably to Withered Foxy upon receiving her - her Paravolt is mana-costly and has only a meager 8% chance (2 times) to paralyze as opposed to Plank Walk's 50%, instead she can induce Sleep with 50% chance, but Sleep is underwhelming compared to Paralysis. She also has an attack which is like Bonnie's Backup Bash but it consumes ludicrous amounts of mana and has even '''less''' chance to hit. And to top it all off she only gets her [[InfinityPlusOneSword Real]] weapon from Omega Streamers, the toughest in the game to beat, which means that she will have crappy offense long after everyone else in the party is hitting in the thousands. When she DOES get her Real weapon, while she still cannot match Foxy's utility, she becomes an incredibly powerful damage dealer rivaling Toy Freddy in power with Electroshock.

* JokeCharacter: 80's Balloon Boy is a OneHitPointWonder with rather crappy stats. Thankfully, he's only around for a single battle. He does have a vein of GlassCannon, though, seeing as how his scream does more damage than anyone else's, and if you revive him he can "literally fucking explode" to deal some harsh damage. Good luck with that, though - he needs to be killed for his tech meter to max out and he dies again after performing it. He ''does'' have more HP in the ''[[CompilationRerelease Complete Collection]]''...but he has no new skills and is left with exploding as the only skill.

* ProngsOfPoseidon: Uses her trident in her Stab attack, [[GroinAttack going for the target's groin]].
