* WesternAnimation/Rugrats: Chas Finster may be a nervous and awkward NiceGuy like his son Chuckie, but he knows when he's had enough. In one episode, Stu and Didi are having a petty feud with Howard and Betty, both factions hating and insulting each other with poor Chas stuck in the middle and unable to make them calm down and reconcile. Near the end, the babies have wandered off (as usual) and when the families do nothing about it but argue some more, Chas is absolutely furious and calls them on their childish behavior, bringing them all to shame and ending the feud. As he delivers his reason-you-suck speech to them all, he even sounds like he's crying!
