The usual reasons are
Hillary is a career politician who is a deeply-ingrained part of the system that many, many, many people would like to see some drastic change in, and while she may be many things, she is not seen as someone who will bring drastic change
and
Trump is a fucking knob. He's a bigot in too many dimensions to count, he's offensive, he's not remotely diplomatic, he's narcissistic, he's a warmonger, he's complimented Putin in ways that are totally inappropriate for a Presidential candidate, and it's flat-out offensive that someone as thoroughly 1% as he is could possibly be seen as an attractive candidate for people who feel like the system has let them down, because why on Earth, if you're broke and jobless, would you expect someone like Donald Trump to do anything for you?

I've also heard people turned off by the idea that they should "settle" for Clinton just because Trump is a shithead. Like, the Presidential election should be a choice between two viable candidates, not between the lesser of two evils. And while Clinton is leaps and bounds better than Trump by any reasonable standard, that doesn't make her an appealing candidate.
If someone forced me to choose between getting shot in the face or shot in the foot, I'd probably choose the foot, but I'd be pretty fucking unhappy about it all the same.

Because people are unhappy with their situations and they blame the government, and Hillary is seen as being firmly, deeply entrenched in the government as it exists, not wanting to shake anything up.
