This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

I got banned for replacing perfectly good images with my own fan characters. I will not do that again, but can I put them in the image gallery?
I have been suspended for editing wars involving X-Men: Apocalypse. It's been at least 3 months since i've last edited and I honestly feel bad about what happened. I hope I can be unbanned from editing and still be apart of this amazing community. - Clock

That's partially it.
On top of potential complaining being questioned for WTH, Casting Agency?, there was a case a while ago when you used They Just Didn't Care back before it got revamped per TRS...albeit as a misuse. For the WTH, Casting Agency? example, can you explain why players felt that their voice actors don't fit? If you can, that could help your case involving that trope.
You also tried to propose two complaining tropes in the Trope Launch Pad, both of which were discarded by other users. Here at TV Tropes, we're not here to complain about things you don't like.

On a side note, on the WTH, Casting Agency? example, I put the reasons why players felt that their voice actors didn't fit in the parantheses ("Elizabeth Daily's voice for Hinoka (for sounding too old, and sounds like she smoked too much), Marisha Ray's voice for Effie (for being too deep and jock sounding), and Laura Faye Smith as Male Kana (for being high pitched and grating, especially when compared to Nobunaga Shimazaki's teen-sounding voice of M!Kana in the Japanese version")).

That is not what WTH, Casting Agency? is about.
What that trope entails is "Viewers can't believe the casting department chose an actor for a certain role." It's not about how an actor delivers the role (Tropes Are Tools, after all), but instead it focuses on the role itself and how it relates to the actor.
Some examples include John Wayne as Genghis Khan (mismatch of ethnicity), Michael Keaton as Batman (comedian in a serious role), or one known for playing the hero is cast as a villain.

Even if Crossdressing Voices is an industry practice, the point is this: In the Japanese version, Male Kana had a teenish-sounding voice (courtesy of Nobunaga Shimazaki). The casting crew could've gone in that direction, but apparently, they chose not to have him sound like the Japanese voice and chose not to get a male voice actor like Todd Haberkorn (who also played Morgan from Fire Emblem: Awakening) or Spike Spencer (Shinji from Evangelion, who is known to have a kind of high pitched voice).
How can I rephrase it so it is not shoehorning? If there is no way, maybe I should stay away from the YMMV page of Fire Emblem Fates.
Could I have the suspension removed, please?
