I bet the same issue I'm talking about also applies to Fake Australian, Fake Brit, Fake Irish, Fake Russian, and Fake Scot. Fake Mixed Race too, maybe?

The nationality-related ones, yes. Fake Mixed Race might be less tricky to illustrate visually.

I've looked really hard at the current image on Fake American and I've come to the conclusion that an image for that trope would need to show an Australian, New Zealander, or Brit doing an American accent, which is just impossible to illustrate.
My suggestion is to pull the image and flag this trope as BUPKIS.
