They're pretty much the same as your apples, but there's a special kind of apple called a Zap Apple.

Zap Apples only grow ripe when tha weather's stormy, an' there's a special way ta harvest 'em.

Preparin' Zap Apple jam might look silly (we 'ave to be friendly with the bees to make sweet honey and also talk to the jam jars), but when it's done, it's really delicious!

In fact, it's was so popular back in tha day that Ponyville was founded because of it!

Well, I had always had an aura of killing intent along with my strength, but I didn't think much of it at first. Turns out it belonged to the other guy.
