Even though "Haruhi is God" isn't actually confirmed, it is a running theory so it's not entirely non-indicative. In fact, you shouldn't have pulled her from the page; the fact that, at one time it was plausible that she was at one time is worth mentioning.
But beyond that, it's a very good image. The stained glass window look of it combined with the fact she's clearly in a schoolgirl outfit makes it very illustrative, even if it isn't necessarily an example. Wanting to pull because you don't like the meme is a bit of a kneejerk overreation, I think. No need to throw away the baby with the bathwater, you know?
That said, pretty much anything from minus. could probably work, if you want to look around.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.An image that looks like an example but isn't is the equal and opposite problem of Just A Face And A Caption: instead of confusing people unfamiliar with the series and making them ignore the picture, you'll instead confuse anyone who is familiar with the series and give them the wrong idea about what the trope is.
I think it's a fantastic image.
The image looks good. It doesn't have to be the truth that she's God. As long as it's suggested by a character in the show it shouldn't confuse anyone familiar with the series. I also say it should be put back on the page and mention that she's not actually a god but that someone in the show made the suggestion.
Caption does suck, though.
And I don't quite get the "she doesn't count as a young girl" bit in OP's complaint, to be honest.

I've read and watched the entire series, and I don't think it's misleading. I also think it counts as an example. For one thing, it's never proven that the god-theory is wrong. And even many of those who think she isn't still basically treats her as a god. But mainly, it's still a view that exists In-Universe whether it's true or not.
Also, the image is great.
Check out my fanfiction!Given that the ratio of work-knowers/work-non-knowers = not-an-example-problem-severity/JAFAAC-problem-severity >>> 0.1, I am fine with keeping this.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAnd I don't quite get the "she doesn't count as a young girl" bit in OP's complaint, to be honest.
"Young" is a relative term. In comparison to the intended audience and to the other characters in the show, Haruhi isn't young. The trope requires someone who's actually young, not the same age as the peer group.
The trope explicitly constrasts that young girl against Grandpa God. Intended demographics has nothing to do with it.
Check out my fanfiction! That. The trope description doesn't make any mention that it has to be "young" in comparison to the target audience. The only thing it says she has to be young in comparison to is a Grandpa God.
I'm going to put Haruhi back in as an example, but make it clear that it's not definite. Because it really should be in there, even if it's not positive.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I don't get why it doesn't imply "child" when it says "Compare Divine Race Lift, Goo-Goo-Godlike, Little Miss Badass."
also, the image seems "young girl god" enough if only because of the stained glass.
also agree that the Precision F-Strike caption needs to go.
That's nearly everyone approving of the image (and no one offering other possibilities). Suggestions for a new caption?
I think trying to cast aspersions about people's motivations is a lame tactic.
I think you're only saying that because you don't agree. I think the image is great.
Check out my fanfiction!Unless he's changing his mind he's saying that it's barely Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
I think you're confusing.
Check out my fanfiction!—sigh—, let me rephrase what I said in 13.

I like that one.

Crown Description:
Deciding on a caption for the current image.
I just took out a Haruhi reference from this page, then noticed it has a Haruhi image.
Haruhi is not an example because 1) The idea that Haruhi is God is only suggested by one character in the show, and not in a way that would indicate to the audience that that's the truth. The actual idea that Haruhi is God is a meme. 2) Haruhi is only young because the show has a young Competence Zone—all the main characters are teenagers. She's not a "young girl" in the sense required by the trope.
The page needs an image that doesn't depend on a stupid meme.
