Free DLC that adds more cutscenes of your war assets to ME 3's ending.
The lack of that is pretty much my only problem with the ending now.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Red Hood DLC for Batman Arkham City.
Also a proper campaign for Nightwing.
I dream of the days when Call of Duty map packs were free, when once you bought the game you could count on the developers coming up with new content to keep you hooked and bring in more players.
My nightmares are of Activision realizing it could add a monthly fee for multiplayer and people would still buy their games.
Current earworm: "Time of Death"Asuras Wrath DLC where you fight more Random Crossover battles with other Capcom Characters and add in some Action Anime characters while the developers are at it.
Watch SymphogearKind of did that with that Call of Duty XP thingy they launched.
Dream DLC? I'd go for some more crazy Zeke Bar Story DLC for inFAMOUS 2.

Remember! Hyperbole is an exaggeration made for comedic effect, and shouldn't be taken literally!New character for Persona 4 Arena...
"And you must be Jonathan Joestar!" - SueMore than 6 good songs on guitar hero.
A Skyward Sword DLC that gives you the ability to raise a pet Remlit.
More Kid Icarus Uprising levels where you can play as Dark Pit.
More mythological terms for Super Scribblenauts. Why even let me summon Horus and Anubis if you won't let me summon Set, Osirirs, Isis, and Bast? And where's Dionysus and Apollo and Hades? How can you have the Nuckelavee, but not Hades?*
"We're home, Chewie."Well, Scribblenauts Unlimited will let you make your own items, so that's an issue potentially solved.
Yeah, I've had that same thought process. A good chunk of the things I create with the object editor are probably going to be mythological figures. I shall re-enact the Titanomachy!
"We're home, Chewie."An update to the Mii Channel for 3DS... I want pink haired Miis...
More racers for Mario Kart 7...
Just floating around...Games should come "completed" as in you do not require DLC of any kind to enjoy the game right out of the box. Whatever happened to those days where an "incomplete" game was unacceptable?
Expansion packs should really be just that. Expanding upon the original game. Not bug fixes, not side materials, not Retconning a horribly written ending. Expanding upon the original game like expansion packs just 5 years ago did.
EDIT: Nevermind, I misread. Disregard.

"We're home, Chewie."Metal Gear Rising: Shinobi skin.
I drink 17 cups of coffee in court.Expansion packs should really be just that. Expanding upon the original game. Not bug fixes, not side materials, not Retconning a horribly written ending. Expanding upon the original game like expansion packs just 5 years ago did.
Those days never existed. There was never a time when Obvious Beta games were unacceptable. There was the Atari E.T, Double Dragon, Superman64...
A bunch of games that were unfinished and rushed out the door, before the era of DLC, and it infuriates me how often people forget that.
^He still has a point, though. Look at Half Life: Opposing Force, Mech Warrior 2: Mercenaries, or (for a modern example) Sims 3: Seasons. All of those add in unique content that expands upon the original game (OpFor's new gameplay aspects, the Dynamic Salvage in Mercenaries, the Seasons of, well, Seasons) instead of fixing a game that was broken to begin with.
And the thing is about those games, those are more on the level of shovelware, largely forgotten about after a while. These are modern AAA games he's talking about.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelThere aren't a lot of games that were broken that got fixed. If Sonic 2006 had gotten fixed through patches or DLC or anything at all, that would have been one thing. But it wasn't. I prefer a bad game being fixed over a bad game staying bad. And yes, a game should always be good to begin with. But that hasn't always happened. There have been plenty of times from the arcade games, to the Atari, to the NES and Sega Master System, and so on that have been rushed out the door and been terrible. There have always been games througout the entire history of gaming that were released as an Obvious Beta. It's only now that those games can be made in any way better, instead of staying broken.
ME 3 is the only thing that got any major update or DLC to fix a perceived problem, and the Ending DLC was free anyway.
My dream DLC is something to make Sonic2006 playable.

I prefer a game that comes out good, rather than bad at all. Saying that games should be fixed after coming out is like condoning the practice of rush releasing and money tapping
What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...No?
It's entirely possible for developers to think they've covered all their bases, but the discover, oh crap! X Y and Z are fucked up!
Would you rather they fix it, or just leave it because they shouldn't have released with that at all?
Not to mention the fact that developers who aren't Valve have strict schedules and can't always make everything perfect in time for release.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."I think you guys are missing the point. To me and some others, the point of an expansion pack is to, you know, expand on the base game. Consumers of a base game are entitled to the game working as intended and nothing more.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelMighty as a playable character in Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing.
(Agender. They/Them pronouns.)Dart as a playable character in Playstation All Stars Battle Royale.
Mass Effect 3: Yeah, Indoctrination Theory was correct, here's an ending that's actually good.
Kid Icarus Uprising: Now with an extra dating sim minigame.
Oh, and a couple of new weapons, and moar maps.
